Hi, Ms [redacted] – I do not have enough information about the quote of $that you received from the other company to confirm anything about that offer However, I did receive good offers back today from the international diamond traders we worked with on your behalf to try to get you the best price The quote we received was for $6,293.80, which is more than (eleven) times the amount quoted by the other company you referenced It seems that the company you received the quote from was not giving you the best price possible Again, keep in mind that the market for alternative assets is slow right now – so prices are depressed from their highs The prices can go up and down at any time, but sometimes stay the same for a while as well We’re sorry that it took a little while longer to get back to you with the BID prices from the diamond traders, but sometimes things can take a little longer when working internationally We’ll take a look at our process and see if there is any way to speed things up a bit in the future Please let us know if you’d like to proceed with selling your diamonds, or if you were just looking for a bona fide quote Best regards, The U.SGold Bureau Team

Ms***, We received your inquiry through the Revdex.com (Revdex.com) communication platform, and I have reviewed the details available to me about your interactions with our Company When you first contacted us you did so because you had purchased $90,worth of overpriced precious metal products from another precious metals dealer – and you requested our help to spread the remaining value out into products that would diversify your holdings At that time, we worked with you to get you the highest price we could for the items you had purchased at the other company Then, we worked with you to take the funds from those items and spread it across a diversified portfolio of products At the time, we worked with you to create the portfolio we suggested numerous different product types, which you ultimately decided to get a blend of gold, silver, platinum and some diamond products We cannot control the market factors for any of these products, the prices do go up and down based on market demands and other factors This is why we recommend that consumers plan to hold the items long enough to allow appreciation to occur There are times in the market when prices are compressed, which is currently happening in the precious metals and diamond markets (This is primarily due to the stock market performing well, which is resulting in lower demand for alternative assets.) Our client satisfaction is of paramount importance to our firm, it is what keeps us in business and it is why thousands and thousands of investors choose to do business with usAfter receiving this Revdex.com complaint, we opened an investigation into the claims made by the person filing the complaint, which included reviewing the details of the transaction, listening to all recorded telephone calls between the client and our Company, and reaching out directly to the person who filed the complaint After speaking with Mr [redacted] , he realized that he had mistakenly made a few claims in his Revdex.com complaint, including the claim regarding his items being overvalued by 400%, which is simply not true Mr [redacted] indicated that he had not fully understood everything about the asset class that he had acquired, but after speaking with Mr [redacted] at the U.SGold Bureau he now understood the benefits and drawbacks of each asset class.Mr [redacted] of the U.SGold Bureau also informed Mr [redacted] that he was within his return provisions for his order and we would simply provide him with a full refund if he would like Mr [redacted] stated that he accidentally did not see on his paperwork that he could just return the order However, he told Mr [redacted] that he wanted to keep the order and did not wish to return anything.In fact, after speaking with the client about this matter, he further stated that he was happy with our Company, he would be contacting the Revdex.com to ask if his complaint could be removed, and he would be sending an additional bank wire of $100,to acquire additional precious metals from our firm.As with any situation where a person is uncertain about their portfolio, we are very, very happy to spend as much time as the client requires to help educate them on their acquisitions or potential acquisitions We will always be upfront and forthcoming with the pros and cons of all the assets we offer to our clients Whether a person is looking to acquire $worth of precious metals, or $million, every client can expect to be treated fairly and honorably by our firm - we will always treat every client with respect and provide them with superb serviceMr [redacted] , we thank you for your business and we are happy to assist you at any time

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The higher price you talked about was a quote by a jeweler was for insurance purposes only and [redacted] was aware of that information. When I decided to attempt to sell the diamonds to another company that was when I was told the diamonds were only worth $568 because of the size and difficulty in mounting them independently. I am well aware that the diamonds value depends on the market. It is very interesting that I was quoted a buy back price last year of $8000 which was only days after the diamonds were sent to me. Again, this is not a fair settlement by USGB and they are responding now only because of the complaint to the BBB. I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted my bank business institution three times already and they have no way to collect any money which has already been paid forYou collected the funds so there is no stop payment possible.The reason I used an e-check to pay for the merchandise was done under your salesperson adviseI was never informed that I would have any identity problem when it is my bank and my company check.Otherwise, why would you go ahead and deposited the funds into your account

We are in receipt of the communication regarding the claimed issue with the order from Mr*** and we are working to verify the claim Specifically, we understand that two (2) gold bars are claimed as missing from the package that was delivered to the client; however, four (4) gold bars
were originally ordered All gold bars ordered and shipped were troy ounce of pure 24k gold.We opened an investigation into the claim with our *** *** ***, as well as with the *** *** from *** - the results of the investigation are still pending As part of our investigation we will review all video footage of the packaging and handling of the order while in our custody Additionally, we will review inventory records on those days to determine if any products were over their reported inventory amount (For example, if our reports are +gold bars for that day it would be a good indicator that the package may have been shorted.)It is also extremely likely that the two (2) missing gold bars reported were actually shipped in the package - sometimes they are simply missed when they package is opened.As stated in our terms, the client must retain all packaging materials in order for us to complete our investigation Our *** *** may be calling to request photos and/or the return of the packaging for inspection The retention of packaging materials is required under our terms of service.While our investigation is pending we encourage the client to check all packaging materials again - sometimes missing items are found when it is discovered that items are occasionally packed separately inside the same *** box

items back at our facility on May 1, 2018, and the credit for the returned items was allocated to your account.
