No, as soon as I closed the case I was unable to reach her via phone, e-mail, Facebook messages. No replacement or refund was given

I had previously submitted a complaint about this company on 11/17/assigned ID -*** We ordered a Zike for my daughter for Christmas after getting it out of the box we noticed that the paint was coming off/pealingI purchased from this company due to it being under warranty/ for defects etcNo one has replied to my e-mailsAfter speaking with M*** at customer service and explaining the damage she told me to send photos to her daughters cell phoneWhen I called her back the next day she told me she still had not seen her daughter to check photos, one excuse after another! After that I could no longer reach her on the phone, it always went to voicemail and she would never return my callsI expected better from a companyThe customer service has been terribleNow December 11th The issue still has not been resolvedThey company was very good about replying to messages while there was an open case with Revdex.comHowever as soon as Case was closed they did not do anything they promisedOnce again I am in the same situationSince I closed Case I can no longer reach them via e-mail, Facebook or phone all the numbers I have for them the mailboxes are fullI am now with an item with paint peeling and know that if I have any mechanical issues with it there will be no warrantyThey have quite a few complaints on there Facebook page under CommunityThere is no customer service and others appear to have been scammed by this companyI purchased the Zike back in October and have tried to get some answers on the phoneM*** who works for customer service has been No help al allShe was surprisingly helpful with sending e-mails through Revdex.com however she did not follow through with anything.I would like still like a refundHowever very doubtful this will happen I would like others to be aware that this company is a scam!
