We apologize for your experience and will refund your money. If you paid with paypal it is best to resolve directly with them with a complaint or if by credit card to contact them for a refund. We no longer have access to Shopify to refund through that portal at this time.

There is a conflict in that the customer has filed a chargeback on their credit card through Shopify. I have until the 6th to respond. We don't want the customer to receive both the Zike shipment and also the chargeback/funds from the sale.Thanks,M[redacted] A[redacted]864.[redacted].[redacted]

J[redacted] M[redacted] Why should I buy another Z600 for parts, the parts I need should only cost about $25.00 or $30.00. I have checked Ebay, Craigslist and Offerup for parts. When I originally called him in May he had bikes for sale I asked him to sell me the parts from one of the bikes he had he said he could not.Now that I contacted the Revdex.com he doesn"t sell them any more. I think he should find the parts I need. There are other businesses that sell this bike, what will other people do to get parts.

K[redacted] sorry to bother you but,I still have not received my product from this company. I see their has been other complaints filed on them since mine. I believe this is a scam and who ever M[redacted] is with Zike does not exists. Not sure if anything else can be done. Revdex.com:I am not happy with response from this company, they made no effort to get back in touch with me via phone or e-mail. I have since  noticed they have many complaints on there Facebook page about standing by there warranty, people unable to get replacement parts. These complaints are from the last couple of years. I am worried that if we receive another one in the mail and we have problems again they will not stand by there warranty. I am not happy with this company and there customer service.There is no mention of a return label so we are out of pocket for shipping a very heavy item.This has been a huge inconvenience as this is a Christmas gift for my daughter.This item should have been checked prior to being shipped out. The Z600 has been discontinued and we have been out of the part he needs for quite some time. We thought we might be able to order from the manufacturer, but we cannot. They are discontinuing this individual model and we do not sell this model. There are some solutions for this if he wants to...

keep riding this particular model. Riders often sell their Z600s second hand on Craigslist, Ebay, Facebook Yard sale sights, Offer Up, etc and he could find another unit very cheap used. A majority of riders are not serious bike riders and there is usually not much wear and tear on their unit.Please advise.Thanks,M[redacted]864.[redacted] or 864.[redacted]

They have not responded to multiple left messages or emails. Their website has been down which further makes us nervous about them fulfilling our order.The only communication has been with the Revdex.com. They even stated that they would personally call us to take care of the matter and have the item to us by the end of the week. No communication and no bike.It is correct that we contacted Visa to a possible fraudulent company and they agreed to hold the payment until the issue was resolved one way or the other. We have up to 90 days to cancel or release.We would like to resolve this transaction, but have received nothing from Zike that leads us to believe they will actually do what they say. You can not promise communication and results and then do nothing and then think we will be ok with trusting them.
