All Pro Shade Concepts

My Sun shades were installed mid August by the professional staff at All Pro Shade Concepts. I would refer them in a heartbeat to anyone in need of some sun shades for their house. Professional, Efficient, and Polite are three words I would choose to describe this company.

I had sunscreens installed on most of my home's windows, and Danny & Brian did an excellent job from beginning to end. This has been a very positive experience with a customer-centric company! They called when they said they would, and kept appointments. A no-stress experience!

My salesman [redacted] went and met with [redacted] on 8/2/14 to provide an estimate for shade screens for his home, [redacted] agreed he wanted to move forward with the proposal and signed the proposal stating he was willing to pay for services once the work was complete, it was such a small job that we didnt...

even get a deposit, we informed [redacted] that the screens would be ready in 1 week and we would call a day or two ahead to schedule install, So Yes we have been calling him to schedule his install but have never demanded payment from him and would never do so until the work was complete, when he finally answered the phone after 2 days of calling he told us he went with a different company and if we wanted to get our money to (Sue me) and then hung up. As far as I was concerned the situation was over we do not want to do business with someone who acts like this, so we will not attempt to contact [redacted] at all regarding payment or install of his screens, The job was $328.00 and now we are out over $200.00 in material and labor so far So Im the one who should be filing a complaint but have no recourse when we get stiffed so I consider this matter over.

All Pro Shade Concepts just completed the manufacture and installation of over 465 square feet of 90% solar shades on our two story house. The measurements were exact, the price was good, and the installation was quick, clean and complete. Danny was our sales person and Brian was our installer. Both were very professional. The job was completed on time and for the exact amount of the estimate. The product looks great, sturdy, and compliments the appearance of our house. We proposed a problem to All Pro where we wanted to be able to switch between solar and bug screens upstairs without having to get on a ladder. Their solution was to install solar screens where the bug screens would normally go. Great solution. Not noticeable, but will keep me off the ladder but still allow me to switch to fresh air during the OTHER 9 months.

Jason H[redacted] was thorough in his proposal about a shade for my patio. Installation was sooner than I expected, and Sean and Curtis did a great job installing the shade and explaining how it worked. It looks great and cuts the sun better than I expected.

All Pro Shade Concepts did an awesome job installing solar shades on my house. We did a combination of 80, 90 and 95% screens. Wow did it do the job, my house already feels cooler and I finally got over abundance of sun out of the house. Not that I don't like the sun, but I was getting way too much. The styling and color of shades really add luster to the house and curb appeal. They were right on time and the job lasted as long as they predicted. I recommend All Pros hade for several reasons. My request for a quote happened in two days and Robert had options for selection. After ordering my product was installed within 1 week. The installers were courteous, answered all my questions about care and maintenance, plus they were just nice people.

I am very satisfied with All Pro Shade Concepts, LLC. They had installed widow shades/screens for our son and he was satisfied with them also. The estimate was very prompt and work completed very prompt as well. They installed screens on the home and two detached garages. Also we had a roll down shade on the west end of the patio installed. Brian installed the screens quickly. Two other gentlemen installed the roll up shade. Everyone was very friendly that I had contact with. I have recommended them to another couple in the subdivision.

He gave me a wealth of information and was a friendly positive guy, fun to talk with. [redacted] showed up two weeks later per the schedule we set up and just finished the install of my sunscreens. He was fast and did a clean and thorough job on the install. I notice as the sun is shining brightly the screens are certainly blocking out much of the heat (great improvement over my old screens) while letting an adequate amount of light in. I wanted sunscreens for a couple of years and finally called Robert at All Pro Shade Concepts. He came out, provided a quote and once I accepted it the screens were in installed one week later by Brian. The whole experience from quote to installation was great and we are very pleased with the sunscreens. I highly recommend All Pro Shade Concepts to anyone wanting/needing sunscreens. They just make desert living better and ours look great.

We just contracted All Pro Shade Concepts to install 3 exterior patio shades with electrical and sensors for sun and wind. Doing business with them has been very nice. They were prompt and very professional, even completed the job earlier then proposed. The installers Curtis and Sean were very professional and courteous! Great company to deal with.

I hired All Pro to install sun screens on our children's windows. We recently moved and the rooms on one side of the house were unbearable. The sales representative for All Pro was so professional, and the installation tech was swift, polite, and courteous. The sun screens look great, and the kids feel so much for comfortable in their rooms. We plan on using them again to install blinds and sunscreens on the rest of the house.

All Pro Shade Concepts, LLC did an outstanding and timely job of providing shade screens for my home. The owner did a tremendous job of measuring, taking my order and providing information to forward to SRP for rebate purposes. His employee was prompt and most professional when installing the screens. I was instantly pleased once the shades were installed.

Had a retractable awning installed by the company and they sent out two techs (Curtis & Sean) to do the install. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable on what they were doing and they explained to me in detail each phase of the install. The job was completed with no problems and the end result was something that I was very pleased with. Overall this company and their workers do great work.
