My husband and I had a very positive experience with All Pro Shade Concepts. Phone calls were returned and questions were answered promptly. They worked with mine and my husbands work schedule. They were on time for measurements and installation. All personnel were friendly and courteous. We are pleased with the quality of the product.

We recently replace our solar screens on our house and hired All Pro Shades to complete the installation. They were very professional and did an excellent job installing the shades on our home. I would recommend All Pro Shades if you are looking at installing solar screens on your homes windows.

I worked with Danny on our sunscreens for our Scottsdale condo. He was prompt and professional. He knew our new sunscreens would have to be approved by our HOA so he matched what we had on our condo with the expectations of our HOA.

After years of having the original bug screens on our house windows we decided to look into having sunscreens put on all windows as well as our two patio doors and windows. All Pro Shade concepts was found to be the most competitive cost effective quote, prompt in making appointments, delivery and service. They are certified with [redacted] so we will also receive the rebate from [redacted] with the completed form All pro gave us to submit. The entire project was completed in 12 days from proposal appointment to installation. They always called ahead of time and were always on time. Entire installation took less than two hours by [redacted], who did an excellent job and was very polite and courteous. The owner, [redacted], gave us the quote and delivered on the service as promised. We can noticeably tell the difference inside our home with glare from the outside sun eliminated and can't wait to see a difference in our electric bill come this hot summer. We highly recommend this company to anyone desiring sunscreens.

Review: I had the company come out to my house for an estimate, to which I signed a "contract"

Company attempted to get me to pay for services that were not rendered.

I advised them that I no longer need their services to which I was replied with 'You will have to pay this we have a contract"

They advised me that I would have to pay for solar screen shades that are not in my possession and the work was never completed.

They used tactics such as calling repeatedly, questions of my character all to collect payment and have duped another customer with these predatory tactics.

They do not have any kind of deposit for the work or have provided me with an itemized invoice stating all charges and what days the work would be completed.

They have left me several voicemails requesting a install date that I have not agreed to.

They will have you sign an "estimate" and later advise you this was a contract.

I feel that they use this method of keeping customers "on the hook" when no work has been completed.

As well they are attempting to collect all labor charges and materials when either came to fruition.

I do no have the material or did anyone come to my house to install.

I would not do business with this company for any reason as the sales tactics they use to trick customer into signing a legally bind contracts.

In short, RUNDesired Settlement: I would like them to either complete the work they are attempting to charge me or not charge me for the services rendered.

My salesman [redacted] went and met with [redacted] on 8/2/14 to provide an estimate for shade screens for his home, [redacted] agreed he wanted to move forward with the proposal and signed the proposal stating he was willing to pay for services once the work was complete, it was such a small job that we didnt even get a deposit, we informed [redacted] that the screens would be ready in 1 week and we would call a day or two ahead to schedule install, So Yes we have been calling him to schedule his install but have never demanded payment from him and would never do so until the work was complete, when he finally answered the phone after 2 days of calling he told us he went with a different company and if we wanted to get our money to (Sue me) and then hung up. As far as I was concerned the situation was over we do not want to do business with someone who acts like this, so we will not attempt to contact [redacted] at all regarding payment or install of his screens, The job was $328.00 and now we are out over $200.00 in material and labor so far So Im the one who should be filing a complaint but have no recourse when we get stiffed so I consider this matter over.

All Pro Shade Concepts is reasonably priced and provide quality product and service. We have used them to purchase and install sunscreens on two homes in the Phoenix area and in both cases we were provided with professional service and superior quality sunscreens. We have recommended them to many friends. They just installed screens on a new home we purchased and they are timely in delivery and installation. Very professional job.

All Pro Shade Concepts came to my attention through a recommendation by another of their customers in my neighborhood. From my first contact with them through the final installation they were very professional and courteous.

Their product shade products are custom made in their own facilities and represent the highest quality available. Installation took only about one hour for the 28 screens that were purchased. Because of my experience with All Pro I would highly recommend them to others.

We recently installed to large sun screen shades on the patio of our new home in Peoria. This company, including the sales rep and the installers, was extremely professional and courteous to work with. We are very pleased with our shades, and would recommend them highly.

All Pro Shade Concepts was friendly and professional answering questions and providing a quote for sunscreens and reg screens.Once I decided to use them all I needed to do was call and within a week my screens were installed. All look great and installers were efficient.

I received my window shades in June to help with my skyrocketing energy cost and my only regret was that I should of gotten them sooner. My equalizer plan is reviewed twice a year (in he spring and fall) and my summer bill went down $38 a month and that was even after I installed an unfriendly unfriendly freezer in my hot garage. I am not a big fan of salesman or having to negotiate deals with people who are experts in a field that I know little about, but that was not the case. I called to schedule an estimate which I received that day and was half the price my neighbors had paid. I gave the rep the go ahead and they were installed faster then I had ever anticipated. Besides their great look and energy savings, I can also have my windows and blinds open all winter long because the shades allow me to see out but my neighbors cannot see in. In short, sun shades are a must have in Arizona and All Pro Sun Shade Concepts are the best company to get them from.

All Pro Shade Concepts provided fast, high-quality service. Quote took about 20 minutes (arrived on time), the delivery took less than 2 weeks, and install was about an hour (window screens only)! Everyone was professional, polite, and top-notch. I would recommend to anyone interested in getting some shade on their home!
