I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Looks like All Season's is just going to continue to argue the facts in this matter rather than returning my moneyThey are admitting they installed it in the wrong manner, "as demanded by the customer." I would have never demanded a patio be installed in the wrong way especially if it would leakThey, the professional installers and licensed contractor's should have only sold me the job if they were going to install it in the proper wayWhen we discussed the installation method, *** *** said it would be no problem to install it in the way they didHe was obviously wrong about thatThey just can't admit they messed upI would advise the Revdex.com to consider this an unresolved complaint and downgrade their business rating accordingly so other unsuspecting consumers don't get ripped offI will be contacting the Contractor's State License Board next if there is no resolve.

UnfavorableVery poor customer service from MrSwadley and MrHays! Pergola design did not meet my needsMrSwadley was miles from my home on 9/16/14, day of installation, & did not come by to discuss resolutionNO ONE discussed revised design DETAILS with me although I asked timesThey ordered yards of material although yards was required - because no one cared to discuss the design with me! On 10/16/MrSwadley instructed installer to perform work without any advance notice to me and no confirmation from me although I insisted to MrHays that I needed to be home to oversee the jobMrHays confessed afterwards that my job was too small for him to pay an installer double-time on a Saturday although at contract signing I was told they work on Saturdays! 10/16/job not done to my desired design and had to be reworked days later They expected me to pay based on yards of materialsI paid based on yardsMrHays spoke to me in a condescending mannerI had unpleasant phone calls with him due to his demeanor*** the installer was the hero! He has GREAT customer service skills and he saved the day!

The lead paver is highly skilled and takes pride in perfection of his workHe meticulously laid and set each pave stone with precision in following the very complicated patternGood demolition and clean upHighly recommended business

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The response from the business is a gross misrepresentation of the facts and a ridiculous exaggeration of their efforts thus farThe business has made it clear they are aware their product installation was not consistent with the best methods in the industry and they are well aware that the patio leaks as a result of their installation techniqueThey have verbally abused me on the phone and I cannot trust them to do any more modifications to this project after allowing them to try for over a yearThey need to do the right thing and refund my moneyThat is what a legitimate business would do and they have made it clear they will not return the money even though the product I paid for is not functioning properlyShameful.

The company sent a salesman who signed into an agreement contract on a settled priceThey took a deposit and wrote on the contract that the price is depending upon approval from the ownerThey took a $deposita week later the owner sent another person from his company and took the 2nd installment payment of Then a week later the salesman calls and tries to change the final price of the contract stating the company was off by $then the price the company was off went to $and ended at $I tried explaining that once they accepted not only the deposit but the 2nd installment that the contract was a binding legal documentThe owner became very belligerent and stated the reason he breeched the contract was he didn't like my attitudeI was not yelling one timeAll the hostility came from the ownerI was totally shocked that one former military company owner could treat another veteran in this mannerI also would like to help others who are thinking of using this com

We just recently moved to a new home and needed to shop around companies for shuttersI had a friend who referred me to All Seasons Windows and PatiosSpoke with the manager Larry and who also came to our house and gave us a free consultationWe went with All Seasons b/c they seemed like they definitely knew their products and they suited us best for the price and quality we were looking forAnother guy named Don came to our house before ordering the shutters to double check the measurements which pleased me b/c I am a detailed orientedDon knew everything there was to know about window treatments and was a pleasure to speak with A little over weeks later our shutters came and were installed a bit later d/t holiday conflicting schedules (installer was on vacation)But when we finally got a date that worked for installation, guys came, Jerry and Mark, and they were professional as ever and even so nice to my dogTook about hours to install shutters and did they turn out beautifulShowed me how to work the shutters, how to maintain them, as well as cleaned up everythingNeedless to say, the whole process went very smoothlyFrom consultation to installation, it was a great experienceI would highly recommend this company, very knowledgeable and experienced staff and great customer serviceThis company gets thumbs up in my book

My house was built in 2003.windows from all All Seasons Windows and DoorsA black rubber-like material hanging down into the viewing area of the windowyear warranty is goneJust thought windows were things that lasted the life of the houseUnless broken in an accidentI was told that I would be responsible for material(glass), and the labor to repair all windowsThe company says they are giving me a percent discount, but given the large number of windows that all have the same problem; sounds like some kind of defectAll windows are doing the same thingI wish to only do business with companies that stand 100% behind their productsNeedless to say I am not pleased

Contract signed on Mar 22, now Jun 5, and no work has started. Permit drawing was incorrect. Personnel did not submit payment with permit. Very unprofessional.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Problem: After tremendous delay (please refer to our prior Revdex.com complaint), the replacement windows we purchased for our home were finally installed. About a month later and with the first major rain storm, the majority of the windows that were installed upstairs are leaking. Water is dripping and running down the interior of the Windows and walls. The carpet below the windows is drenched. We telephoned and left a message with the "evening operator" who indicated that the company does not offer "emergency service" and they'd likely get back to us tomorrow. When we purchased the Windows, [redacted] informed us that there was/is a lifetime guarantee; however, we did not expect to be accessing it so soon and frequently.
Desired Outcome: We expect the Windows to be repaired. We also expect any other damage incurred to our home (i.e. Water damage, carpet damage, damage to furniture, etc.) as a result of the failure of All Seasons Windows & Patios to properly install the windows to be immediately repaired.

Last year during the month of November (2014) my husband & I decided to have our back patio enclosed & covered along with the side of our house between the back of the garage & kitchen door covered. We looked up 3 different patio covering businesses & decided to hire All Seasons Windows & Patios because after going into their showroom to see what they have to offer & one of their sales representatives, Larry, coming over to our home, free of charge, & laid out a design plan as to what the patio enclosure & cover would look like, we were thrilled! After all the work was completed in a timely manner, we are so amazed at how it all turned out. It looks so wonderful & beautiful! Many special "Thanks" goes out to the Whole team that worked on this project!!!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Once again, with the rains, there is water leakage and streams of water running into our property upstairs due to the company's failure to effectively install our new windows and due to their failure to effective repair the leakage when initially notified.  This is unacceptable.  It is anticipated to continue to rain throughout the week and this needs to be remedied immediately.  It was our expectation when we paid nearly $7500 for window installation that the work would be performed properly.  As you may recall the initial contract was closer to $7800 and the company offered us a minimal (less than three percent) discount for the installation delays.  We've already had [redacted] come to our home to allegedly repair these exact same leak issues the last time it rained (November); however, the water leakage continues.  We are extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company.  We contacted the company again today to express our dissatisfaction and inform them of the continued leakage.  Further, it is noteworthy to state that the signature on the bottom of the page is "cutoff" so it is difficult to discern if it is, in fact, my husband's signature and the line above the company technician's signature where it appears that a customer would sign remains blank. Finally, it would be difficult for any homeowner to assert that he/she is satisfied with the repair when it has not been tested to determine if leakage continues.

It is amazing how many customers want salesman or stores to provide and be responsible for warranties rather than the manufacturers of the products. The manufacturer for [redacted]'s patio cover was [redacted] ( [redacted].) The [redacted] wananty is three years labor, ten years materials. No customer should ever want a product to be warranted or guaranteed by a salesman or a store. Their purpose is to distribute the product with the warranty being provided by the manufacturer. [redacted] is frustrated that his patio cover, provided by Metals and installed by their factorytrained contractor, [redacted]n, is leaking. We have been there several times to service the product. ( For example: a customer buys a television, manufactured by **, from a salesman that works for [redacted] and needs service from an authorized factory warranty center. The product is repaired at no cost to the consumer if it is warranted and the bill is sent to the manufacturer. Assuming that the television was not dropped, installed or hooked up electronically incorrect, this would be a normal process for manufactured products including **'s aluminum patio cover.)
Wood patios are normally built from scratch with wood, nails, and etcetera. In this case, the builder would certainly be responsible for the warranty. [redacted]'s patio cover was a premanufactured aluminum cover that, at the time of sale, was recommended to him be mounted under the eve as opposed to on the eve. Most pre-manufactured covers should always be mounted under the eve. ** had a new roof on his house and made it quite clear that he did not want his new roof disturbed. We would gladly return to his house, disassemble his cover and reinstall it under the eve if he would grant us permission. This has been offered to him as a solution before, but he still didn't want his new roof disturbed. It probably will leak occasionally because of the way [redacted]'s house is built. His main roof dumps their water onto the patio when it is mounted to the eve. Where as if it was under the eve and had a gutter on the eve, then the roof would be dumping the water into the eve gutter and there would be no leaks. The patio cover's gutter system is designed to handle only the water collected from the patio, not the water from the entire roof. [redacted] contacted [redacted] and received no response from them. We were going to continue to service and try to help ** receive some resolution from [redacted], but he chose to complain to [redacted] and the Revdex.com as opposed to complaining directly to [redacted] who would have been glad to help him as long as he understood that it was the manufacturer that was providing the warranty, not the salesman nor the store. If ** had simply confronted [redacted] rather than taking out his frustration through [redacted] and the Revdex.com, a solution may have been found working together to persuade [redacted] to provide some relief.
** has insulted and threatened lawsuits to several people at All Seasons Windows and Patios, and at this point, unless we receive an apology from him, we are no longer interested in helping him attain relief from [redacted], his warranty provider. If he wants to adopt a conciliatory attitude and apologize to the people trying to help him, then we may assist him in resolving these issues. After twenty years, I have never known [redacted] to grant any refunds. Their policy is to repair their covers and install them under eves as they recommend. So until that is done, I am afraid ** will remain frustrated and his cover will continue to leak and he will not receive refunds from [redacted] or anyone else.
Thank you,
[redacted]

I agree with both reviews below especially with Joanne's review. I had a similar bad experience with this company, especially the owner, Larry Hayes.
They installed my aluminum covered patio last fall.
When I told Larry Hayes, I had chosen someone with a lower bid, (big mistake), Larry Hayes lowered his price to get my business.
Then he sold me "upgrades" and gave me free extras to justify a higher price. He said I was getting a "cadillac" vs. a "Ford".
Then, after I signed the contract, he was condescending and rude when I called him to ask about the product.
When the product came, I discovered that I was oversold some upgrades (steel footings) and extras (large gutter) I did not needed and did not fit together. This meant I did not get everything in the contract. In short, they broke the contract and did not bother to notify me. I only found out because I happened to be watching when they were installing cheaper footings that go with this style. Had I not been watching, I would not have of this change because the footings go inside the columns.
I was upset so I withheld $200.00 from the final payment even though I could have withheld more.
Gary Vandergraaf saved the day. Gary and the installers were helpful and professional.
Lastly, there was another minor promise, All Seasons did not keep.
I should have stuck with my original decision to hire [redacted] who were nicer, more professional, they take credit cards and they don't require money upfront. You pay at the end or work out a payment plan, is how confident they are of their services.
I was dissatisfied with All Seasons Windows and Patios. In the end, I got the same thing I would have gotten with [redacted] and paid more.
, he oversold upgrades that I did not need to justify the higher price.

I do not understand the part of [redacted]'s complaint mentioning the "gross misrepresentationof the facts and ridiculous exaggeration" of our attempts to resolve this issue. We had previouslyoffered to take [redacted]'s cover down and reinstall it under the eve as was initiallyrecommended by the factory and the salesman. However, it was made clear to the salesman that[redacted] did not want his roof to be cut or disturbed due to the fact that he recently hadpurchased a new one. With this assertion in mind, the cover was installed on the eve, asdemanded by the customer, which resulted in some patio leakage.
The last matter I want to restate is that **'s product, a pre-manufactured aluminum cover, is aproduct of [redacted]. [redacted], a refund may only be obtained from [redacted]. But as previously mentioned, to our knowledge [redacted] never offersrefunds to its customers if its installation recommendations are not followed. ln this case, [redacted]'s patio cover was not installed under the eve as was recommended.
Thank You,
