All State Carpet and Tile Care is an excellent company that does amazing work.
I have [redacted] and his team come every year to steam clean my carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and clean all my tile and grout and reseal the grout.
It looks like everything is brand new!
He doesn't use chemicals and the steam cleaning dries much faster. My carpets are dry within 2 hours and is as soft as the day it was installed.
His real magic though is with the tile and grout cleaning. All the grout lines are the color they're supposed to be and resealed. I'm always amazed at how my tile (and we have a lot of tile)looks brand new again.

I have used All State Carpet & Tile Care for six years and have had them at my house a total of three times. Each time, the owner or employee are very professional, friendly and helpful in moving furniture and ensuring that I am satisfied before leaving the home.

I have recommended this business to others and will continue to use their services.

I appreciate a business that is reasonably priced, does excellent work and makes having them at your home pleasant.

Review: My wife and I changed cleaners from our normal cleaners after seen an advertised price. When the tech came the price was different. A manger showed up and stated how they measure room size and hall size. I have a house where our living room is large but we have a very small hall way. The Norma with any company except this company was to charge us for three rooms. This company explained May get charged the same. That portion was resolved only after further discussion with the manager who showed up. However my bedroom and living room have large heavy furniture that does not get moved so the square footage is smaller. The manager after sometime talking did honor the price. Thank you

But during our discussion to my surprise the manager claimed he been to our house before, we never used them before, so we explained then he knows how we been charged. He expressed their process is a lot better than our prior cleaner. During the cleaning he stated there was a lot of soap in the carpet then claimed our carpet is old explaining the carpet may not come as clean. We stated the carpet is not that old. So now we have a [redacted] carpet so it may not get as clean. Our carpet always come clean and never had a problem not coming clean just one time of poor service.

He cleaned the carpet but seemed he was not happy to do so especially for the price. Once the carpet dried we could clearly see spots no dirty areas. Normally our carpet always come out very cleaning.

We called and explained the carpet looked the same. He stated he would call the next day after certain time the next day . The return call was made, my wife answered and the person would come look in a day. She asked if they were going to come re clean to be prepared to move some furniture. He got snippy stated he told me he was going to send some one to look at it. She pressed being a unhappy customer why would just come back prepared to re clean. The representative got up set and asked if we wanted someone to go to you house or not and you better let me know by 6pm.

Based off this response I called before 6pm and the same person seemed rude and asked what I wanted to do. I expressed he told my wife they were coming to clean the carpet. Because of the way my wife was treated she was scared to call back and was visibly upset. I called and stated I would like a refund. The person said why would we do that. I expressed they do not want to try help a dissatisfied customer then why should I have them back. He stated he told my wife they were coming back to clean the carpet.

I sure the company is a A+ and one reason why I went with them but their customer service skills are poor and poor communication skills. I hoping better customer relations in the future before I use again or refer them. I would like them to come back and clean the carpet as stated scrub n steam not just steam the carpet. Thank you

On Friday the 7th [redacted] called the office and requested a service for Monday February 10th. On Monday our technician arrived to the residence and after quoting out the job [redacted] became very irate and began arguing about pricing. Our technician explained to [redacted] that the coupon she had was a total of $79.00 which included a living room that is 280sqft, hallway and one bedroom plus a $10 trip charge. After not coming to an agreement on pricing we advised our tech to leave the premises. We had a manager ([redacted]) that was in the area, called [redacted] and told her that he would be by to take a look at her home. Upon [redacted] arrival and walk through the total service amount was in fact $79.00, however, as a courtesy and inconvenience that [redacted] had already prepared her home to be serviced [redacted] dropped the price to $70.00 to please her. Before and after the cleaning [redacted] reiterated that all traffic areas were severely worn out. [redacted] expressed that several carpet cleaning companies in the past have serviced their home and they were not pleased. Upon completion the work order was signed and that everything was satisfactory. (See attached invoice)

Later on that evening, [redacted], [redacted] husband called our office and expressed that they were not happy with their carpet cleaning service. We let him know that we would call him after 3pm the following day to set up an appointment. On Tuesday the 12th we called and [redacted] immediately was unhappy and frustrated that we were not able to re-clean her home that day. She became short and hung up the phone on us. A few minutes later [redacted] called and accused us of being rude and uncooperative with his wife. This was not the case, we explained to him that we were extremely busy and that we were going to clean his home as soon as possible. We offered a next day (Wednesday) appointment and Mr. [redacted] turned it down because it was not convenient for them.

On Thursday February 13th, [redacted] arrived to their residence around 2:30pm., did a quick walk through and everything looked clean. However, they refused to accept that and wanted to make things very difficult. To avoid conflict [redacted] decided to pre-spray and steam clean the carpets all over again, as a courtesy and a way to resolve this matter. As work was completed they once again signed off that work was satisfactory. (See attached invoice)

Friday February 14th, our company received a complaint from the Revdex.com. We stand behind our work and take pride in what we do. Customer service and a great product has always made our company a success. With this said we have had an A+ rating for the past 7 years. Our company has invested in the biggest and best equipment available to carpet cleaners. We feel that we did everything in our power to accommodate [redacted] and [redacted]. Again, they expressed that several carpet cleaning companies were not able to satisfy them, and it seems our company has also fell short. With four adults, a dog and running a full daycare out of their home has made it impossible for their 8 year old recycled carpet to look brand new. As a conclusion, we decided that our company will not return and re-clean this home. Our company has been extremely patient and accommodating to resolve this situation, there is absolutely no refunds that will be issued to them.

Have used this company before. Arrived on time, professional, honest.

Awesome experience! Haven't had my carpets cleaned in years so I called all state carpet and tile and they showed upon time and very professional. They did not over charge like most other companies would by getting there foot in the door, they set a price and stood by it. I will definetly be calling them again as well as reccomending them to as many people I know. Its nice to know there are companies out there who do care about there customers!!

excellent customer service! did a fantastic job with my carpet which is why I called them out. I had them out about a year ago and they did such a nice job for a reasonable price that they were my go to carpet cleaners again!

My carpets were extremely dirty and had a strong odor. The technician was an expert in his area and did a very thorough job. After the cleaning the carpets look new and the smell was gone.

I was needing a carpet cleaner to do same day service, and I called several places that advertised same day service , but only one place came through for me. Allstate carpet cleaners were awesome. I called got [redacted] on the phone with enthusiasm that I called. I explained my situation to him he came back with a time between 1pm and 3pm which was awesome because it was already 12pm. He then called me at 130pm to say he was 20-25 minutes away. He arrived got right to work probably hour or so later my carpets looked awesome. I would highly recommend Allstate to anyone I talk to. Very professional and delivered everything he said they would. Great place and will tell everyone to use them.

I am the former Operations Manager that oversaw the carpet care program at [redacted]. When I called All State to come out and help us clean the carpets behind a sick dog that got into the kids Halloween chocolate. [redacted] explained the chemical he used to not only sanitize but deodorize the carpet in my daughter's room.
