I ordered February 28th of this year and have not recieved my order. I email a few time a week and get no response. I order February 28th and I have no recieved my order. I send emails I don't get responses. I also asked for a refund. My tracking number still says preshipment in April. I stil have not recieved a email and they post on a regular on Instagram and sending out daily emails and well but no responses to emails. Desired SettlementI would like to recieve my order. If thats gonna take months like how it is doing now than I just want my refund. Business Response Customer order went out 6/16/15 order should be in transit if [redacted] has scanned the package in.

RUDE, GHETTO, UNPROFFESIONAL! I ordered my products from All Things Hair back in MARCH! It is now JULY and I haven't received ANYTHING ! Now I'm a very patient person but this is ridiculous. So they sent me a email stating they had a flood in April. Okay I understand that things happen. Then I waited. Sent a few emails , NO RESPONSE!! Until I had to curse them out!! So now it's May. They said I should receive a tracking number. I didn't get it until June 16th AFTER I cursed them out again. Now I'm irritated because I've had ZERO MOVEMENT on my tracking number. I call the hotline to find out what's going on. it's LOUD in the background and the girl on the phone was GHETTO and RUDE!! Then she lied to me and said that she took it to the post office that morning. Still no movement. I left a comment on Instagram stating my issue, they deleted my comments then responded to me saying they are going to block me. Lol such a joke. Never again. ","neg-1

I have 5 different orders missing from last year, I have emailed no reply. And I have 1 order from this year that I am missing. I paid for a product received a shipping number but never received the product.On 6/10 I placed an order for their product. A hold was placed on my account and the business received the funds. They never emailed me back and just erased my comments off the page without saying anything the only time they said something is when I told them I wouldn't be ordering from them again. This company has fraudulent business practices. They purport to sell hair products however, the client never receives the product.Purchased hair cream on April 2nd, received the confirmation number and they money was withdrawn from my account. Placed order March 2016, as of May 2016, no order or refund issued.I placed an order on All Things Hair website on March 9, 2016. A total of $56.16 was taken from my account on March 10, 2016. In April I emailed about not receiving the products. A email was sent pertaining to sale and tracking numbers for order batches. After a week, I emailed again stating I haven't received a tracking number, no response. I emailed several more times and to this day no emails have been responded to. I sent a DM on instagram in April asking about the order and was told that March orders had not shipped. I asked when and got no reply. I sent a few DM's asking for a refund after not receiving my order after TWO months. I got the reply stating that they had to send the order because I paid for it but could get no refund. She offered a gift card and a shipping date of Friday, May 13th. Nothing shipped. I last sent a DM to [redacted] (the owner) on Sunday stating that I was done with the cat and mouse game and wanted a refund. She stated that she would issue one for $55.60. I told her that wasn't the amount she took from my account and to issue a full refund. She proceeded to get an attitude with me because I wanted my money back in FULL! I told her the action I would take if she didn't issue a refund and she again got an attitude with me stating "all over $56!" to which I explained to her that I don't have that to just throw away seeing how I work hard for my money and decided to do her a favor by shopping with her business. Bottom line, she's a scam! Do NOT buy from her. She's rude and unethical. She does NOT fulfill orders. And the sad part about it is, she's located in [redacted] I'm in [redacted] it should not take TWO MONTHS to ship anything from [redacted] to [redacted] I informed her I would file a complaint, seek a lawyer and news outlets (that's when she said "all over $56!")just so she can't do this again. She has now blocked me on her social media because I inquired about a tracking number. Filing this complaint with Revdex.com is action #1 to get a FULL REFUND OF $56.16. If she chooses ignore this, action #2 is to go to all of the news outlets and make consumers aware of her dirty dealings. If my refund isn't issued after all of that, action #3 is to move forward with a lawyer to shut her down altogether. With a lawyer, I'll seek to cease and desist all of her business operations. It is ridiculous that I have to go through all of this just to get my money back. I do not want any of her products. I do not want anything like this to keep happening to people. People work hard for their money and shouldn't be taken advantage of simply because someone feels they can do so. All I'm asking for is a refund!! On their instagram page @allthings_hair2 they delete any comments that's shows them in their true, negative light. It takes them 30 days to send a tracking number, then another 30 days to actually ship your product. I made a simple comment saying- their lack of distribution skills of their products could be the downfall of their company, they blocked me. I placed an order for hair products from this company approximately three months ago and have not received said product.On April fifth I ordered two 16 oz jars of the company's "[redacted]". Purchased a product from them March 27 still have not received my order. I want a full refund plus shipping but they will not give it to me. March 27 I purchased moisturizer from them for a total of $23.11 order#XXXXX.
