I placed and paid in full for hair products on March 6, 2015. As of April 28, 2015 still no products or even tracking information. I've called the "customer service" number, only to speak to a loud unprofessional person. She didn't seem aware of procedures. The back ground noise was very distracting making it difficult for either of us to converse. Very very very upset. ","neg-3
