Have yet to receive my order which was placed on April 12, 2015. It is now June 11,2015On April 12th I purchased two 8oz containers of the "[redacted]" for a total of $17.66 including shipping and handling as well as tax. I have yet to recieve this order or even a tracking number. My purchase was made through [redacted]. I have since tried calling, messaging on [redacted] as well as emailing and it's gotten me nowhere. This has been a bad experince and customer service has been terrible. Once on June 3rd and twice on June 11th. I also spoke with someone via direct message on [redacted] June 5th in which I was told to call the phone line the next day. I finally got a response from someone about my order on June 11th in which I was told that it has been shipped priorty mail 3 day. It is now June 19th and I have no tracking updates as well as no product. So as I stated earlier I would like a refund for the products that I ordered in which I still have not received.Final Business Response
