CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS
After receiving half my order. I tried contacting them via email and phone several times with out a response. When I finally got hold of someone they said they would look into it. A week goes by and I call and luckily am able to talk to someone who states that the product has just shipped an they will send me tracking info. 3 days go by without a response. I call again and told that the product can not be shipped to me and the will credit my CC. I see a credit on my card for less than half for the shipping cost when the item I received was much small then the item I did not receive.
THIS COMPANY IS UNTRUSTWORTHY

We ordered helmets from this company online and paid $(cases at $each plus shipping) Only helmets were ever received I spoke with customer service on and They concluded that there weren't any more helmets in stock and they could not fulfill the rest of the order I stated that we would keep the and would like a refund for the remaining The customer service person I spoke with (Samantha?) said that the refund amount would be $ When I asked if they could just refund the money to the *** credit card we used, belonging to the law firm of [redacted] ***t, she said no that "the terminal wasn't working." When I asked how long the credit card machine had not been working, she said since "the [redacted] of the month or so." The rep said that they would put a check in the mail that day which should arrive by today (which it didn't)

I placed my order for an assortment of colored men's socks with this company for a grand total of $My order number is: *** The order was shipped to StLouis on I received the incorrect product which was an all black assortment of men's socks I called the company repeatedly within the five days for returns as specified in there return policy and finally received a return product label on The return label was addressed to: Wholesale In Motion [redacted] I was told that my exchange would be in transit upon notification that the incorrect product had departed StLouis I have tried to call the company several times to find out when my new ship date will take place There has been no answer, only voicemail during the working hours as stated on their website I simply want the product that I ordered!

I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received my whole entire order. I have called All Time Tradings customer service multiple times and still have no information as to when my order will be shipped out. It has been awful. Every time I call I get the run around. They promise they will call and have information, but do not follow through.

These are the biggest crooks I have ever encountered in my life I was excited starting a new business and everything looked great on-line The products showed up, they were mismatched sizes, they stunk, they had previous sales tags on them from other store I was able to recoup half of what I lost They were willing to send me two shipping tags It was going to cost me more than the crappy merchandise they sold Avoid these people at all cost If I have one positive, it would by they have a sales rep named Jessy, and while she may hate what she does for a living, she had empathy for my dilemma Sometimes you live and lean and I did, while they pocketed $dollars on stuff, I would be embarrassed to give to charityThis company also goes under WIM - Steer clear

I called this morning and received the worst customer service ever !!
this lady was so rude on the phoneI've never been treatly that badly by a bussiness! She is the reason why I won't order anything from them at all and rather go for another seller even if its more expensive
I usually don't review (positive or negative) but this time believe me she infuriated so much that I am taking the time to write reviews everywhere their name is mentionned
IF she does not like her job as a customer service representative, I advise her to find something else where she does not have to deal with people as she really really (I cannot emphasize enough...) SUCKS at it

When I called to see where the remainder of the order is, they told me it hasn't shipped because it was out of stock(Would've been nice to know when I placed my order weeks ago!! Not days after my due date! I called to cancel and return the items but they insisted on a 25% of the order withheld as a "restocking fee" plus I will have to pay for shipping both waysWhat a joke
Do not buy from this company, they will not honor your deadlines and will try to milk you

Charged me $for shipping with my order, and then contacted me the next day to try to extract another $for shipping They claimed the initial charge was an "estimate." That's not how this works And that, in fact, is called "bait and switch," and it's illegal AVOID

Id give zero stars if I could I recieved the wrong product, which was poor quality anyway, and their return process is a hassle! You have to pay for your own return shipping, even when they’ve sent you the wrong product Communication is terrible, I can never get ahold of anyone!

days after submitting a large order, I received an email asking me to call their sales department immediatelySales rep told me that I would have substantially increased shipping costs because they had decided to load my order on a palette, allowing them sneak through a clause about "lift gates" in their shipping policyThis policy is buried on their website, and nowhere to be found in the order confirmation which shows the cost of the item and the cost of shippingAs I see it, if there is some problem with the cost of shipping after an order has been confirmed, it should be up to the business - who set the costs - to cover their mistake and the differenceInstead, I was all but encouraged to cancel my orderI cannot help but believe that ATT baited me to cancel this order rather than you them make it right and take a lossDo not do business with this company!

This company is a joke I sent back some merchandise because of advertisment and they refuse to give me a refund! I have called and emailed numerous times Approximately four days ago, I was contacted by customer service because of my initial Revdex.com bad review, with a promise to waive a restock fee and assist in my refund With no surprise, I haven’t heard back, even after multiple emails to them Please note, they’ve recieved their merchandise back almost two weeks ago Do not do business with this company! They do not stand by their product, do not own up to their advertising mistakes and have absolutely terrible customer service and communication! Oh, and I had to pay to send the items back

customer had advised us half of there merchandise arrived- we investigated the matter and determined *** has lost a case - we accepted the liability for this case once *** has finished there investigation that the case cannot be foundCustomer was refunded on 11-**-for the missing merchandise total amount
