April 29, 2015Dear [redacted]:Thank you for your recent subscription to The Washington Post newspaper. I am sorry that you were unaware that your subscription would convert to the regular subscription rate after the promotional offer. All of our new subscription offers include language that...

specifically states that the subscription will continue at regular rate unless you contact us.Unfortunately, our records do not indicate a request to stop prior to April 12, 2015. The $22.20 balance on your account is for Service from January 12, 2015, through April 11, 2015. Our primary concerns is that customers are Satisfied and that we are meeting our service standards, so we have adjusted the amount to the reduced rate you previously received and restarted service effective Sunday, May 3.Please do not hesitate to contact me, if you have any questions or concerns.Respectfully,Gregg F.Vice President Distribution & Customer Care

January 31, 2017[redacted] Martinsburg, WV [redacted]Dear [redacted]:Sorry to hear that you are not renewing your Washington Post subscription due to accounting and delivery issues. We are constantly trying to balance the latest news of both national and local importance...

while providing our customers with the highest level of service possible.According to our records, the $137 payment processed on 2/7/16, paid you through 12/4/16. The additional charges were associated with the premium day papers that we now distribute. However, prior to any premium day delivery, a notice is posted in the Sunday paper and Subscribers receive a notice informing them of the change. Subscribers are automatically charged the Sunday home delivery rate for this edition unless they notify us not to deliver this issue. In addition to your Sunday paper, you received and were charged $2.65 for each of the premium day paper delivered on 9/7/16, 1 1/10/16, 1 1/24/16 and 1/20/17. I apologize if you were unaware of the charges and for the manner in which your call was handled. As you requested, we have suspended service and removed the balance due on account. We appreciate your feedback; and thank you for subscribing to The Washington Post. If you consider renewing your subscription, please do not hesitate to contact me.

complaints promptly. When you feel that it fails to meet your expectations, its important for us to know. I apologize that you received Savings Now Coupon that prompted you to contact the Revdex.com with a complaint, and regret any inconvenience or frustration this experience has caused you. We have in our system that your neighbor is a Savings Now Coupon subscriber. It appears that the carrier accidentally delivered the ads to the wrong driveway. I will be addressing this matter with the carrier as well as the agent for your area to assure that this is corrected immediately. Your concerns are important to us and we always will make every effort to resolve any complaint expeditiously.
