Review: I stayed at the allegria hotel on my wedding night Aug [redacted] 2015. When I went to check in my wife and I pulled up to valet to park the car. The bell man came out to take our bags and did not attend to the bell cart which rolled down the sidewalk and hit the curb flipping over and denting my new 2015 Nissan Altima. I reported this to the Hotel and security which I have all the paper forms that acknowledged that it was totally their fault. They said they would take care of it and make it right. I have had numerous talks with hotel which was sketchy and they keeps pushing me off. Finally got in touch with the new general manager who said he would get me a check issued. He later called back and said the hotel is out of money and cant pay for my estimate of 1300.00!
What a scam hotel!! Do not stay there they will not pay if anything happens to you!Desired Settlement: Pay for the estimate I got to repair my car ASAP!!
