My personal ticket was sent in on Aug **, 2013 for $64 The date of this event was Sunday Sept **, 2013, the boat was supposed to board at 1 p.m. The Boat is located at the NY Skyport Marina, [redacted]. The night before this event there was an rmail stating that the engine blew up(?) and they would send a refund...I have yet to recieve my refund. My classmates that received their refund only did so after reporting this business to the Revdex.com. I hope to receive my refund soon. Unfortunately, the comedy boat ride was cancelled and the group was upset, which I understand.

Review: I brought tickets on [redacted] for a comedy show presented by this company for fathers day. On the day of the show I call the number provided & the person said the show was canceled due to not enough reservation. She offered me some tickets for later that night & I explain that I wo be able to attend. She said she would get back to me. After several emails she said she would send me a check for the refund. Never received the check. I did not see their business on [redacted] after that and figured they closed but just today I seen another event for a talent show. I'm upset because they messed up my Father's Day plans & never returned my money. I don't ea this to happen to anyone else. [redacted] said I had to go through vender to get a refund. Review: Booked a boat trip for high school reunion. Everyone paid upfront. The boat had a mechanical problem and trip was cancelled the night before. The date was Sept **, 2013.I have contacted the owner [redacted] in regards to refunding everyones money. I have sent 5 emails . she responses and keeps saying the refund is coming. I myself am owed $ 64.00.When the boat got cancelled our checks should have been sent back the following wee. Review: This involves a comedy boat cruise around Manhattan for a 40th reunion.....Sept. **, 2013.......[redacted].

My check was sent in and cashed. I arrived from Connecticut at the dock for this affair and was notified that the cruise was cancelled because the boat was disabled. The money was never refunded.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded. They should be penalized for their lack of professionalism as no action was taken when complaints were made.

Review: My friends organized a boat ride for our class reunion through batista Travel in New York City. We all sent our money in and received tickets but the night before we had been told the boat's engine exploded. we were informed that we would get a refund for the money given ( for me it was 39.00) but never recieved anything. The event was scheduled for Sept. [redacted] 2013 and none of us have received anything yet as promised.Desired Settlement: I would like a cash refund, dont trust any checks from this company unless its a bank check.
