Review: In early September, 2013 I sent a $39 check to Batista Travel to pay for a boat trip to celebrate a high school reunion scheduled to take place on Sunday afternoon, September [redacted]. I received the ticket in the mail and was looking forward to celebrate our 40th reunion. On the night before the boat trip, I was informed that the trip was cancelled because the boat engine blew up. We were informed that our money would be refunded. [redacted] promised a full refund along with a ticket to a comedy club to make up for the disappointment. As of today, February **, 2014 I have received nothing. I have called and sent several text requesting my refund plus interest.Desired Settlement: Refund plus interest plus promised comedy club ticket.
