Please be advised after review of the account Alliance Security is agreeing to null and void the account at no charge to the customer At the time of the install it was known that their may intermittent signalling which may have resulted in either having to hard-wire the system or add on two additional panels, both being an additional cost The customer has declined both options At this time due to the nature of the complaint & being unable to adequately protect the detached buildings, we will cancel the account and nullify the agreement
After speaking with the consumer (who is the homeowner of where the system is installed) we have relieved them of any responsibility of the account after transferring the agreement to the tenants name Consumer is satisfied with the resolution
Please be advised Alliance Security offers a basic package through our promotion which includes door sensors, fire protection and motion sensors. In most cases motion sensors are preferred over window contacts as the window contacts only work if windows are opened or closed and can easily be... breached by breaking the glass. The customer at the time of the original install (10-8-2015) received 2 motions sensors which were centrally located through the home. Any window sensors typically come at an additional cost to the consumer. In regards to the outdoor camera, it was no excuse. Our technicians are not stocked with these devices as they are a $400 piece of equipment and are special ordered through our distributor. We ordered the camera upon the install being complete and returned within 14 days (10-22-2015) and completed the installation of said device. After the camera was installed the customer called back a week later stating she would have like to have the camera positioned differently. We agreed to a service date of 11/4/2015 and also agreed to install 3 additional window contacts at no charge to the customer due to the return trip.On the day of the scheduled service the technician was running behind on an earlier job due to issues with phone line seizure. We had spoke with the consumer and informed her of the technicians tardiness and she did agree to wait an additional hour and a half for the technician to arrive; unfortunately he was unable to make the deadline and we had to reset the appointment to November 17, 2015 which has been confirmed with the customer.

Please be advised Alliance Security has been attempting to resolve this matter since mid-July when the account became delinquent for non pay No payments have been made on the account since May resulting in the account being sent to collections During the time which the customer was delinquent we had made over dozen calls to the number listed in our database (same number on this complaint) - all of which had gone unheeded We are unable to resolve the issue if we were unable to speak with the customer Since the time this complaint has been opened we have made three calls to the number listed, all resulting in no answerAt this time the customer should call into Alliance Security at [redacted] so we may resolve the matter
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I already had door sensors, motion detector from my previous alarm company I never got the motion detector that alliance stated that they gave me All I received from alliance was a key pad, key rings, and a smoke detector I requested that the camera be install at time of installation If the camera had to be order why not wait until it get in and then come install everything at once On 11/upon my call alliance 12:00to inquire how much longer it would be before technician arrive I was told at that time he would be here between 1:30-2: I had a 2:appointment that I could not get out of also had to be a work at 4pm that dayWhen I called to set up appointment to have camera relocated and to get window sensor I talked with Iris she stated that they would give me a free sensor if I paid for the sensor I told that alliance used the sensor that were already here I explained that a house doors down back window had been broken into and that the back of my house had no protectionI told her that I was contacting the Revdex.com She stated she would give all sensor free of charge In alliance reply they stated they were giving me free sensor due to the extra trip they were making to my home On 11/ [redacted] called me to ask questions regarding my outdoor camera the outdoor camera (unable to connect to internet or cell phone) stop working on 11/ She stated that technician said he told me to get a strong router ( I was never told this him) I feel that this company in downing playing issues the technician was not being truthful he never install any door sensors or motion detector in my home They making it sound like it my fault that I could not wait on 11/ I waited during the time frame I was told 9- I just can't do business with a company that is not trust worthy One lie after another has been told This same technician that lied about giving me door sensor is coming into my home on 11/I don't want any trouble I just want out of my contract which I stated in my original complaints Thanks Regards, [redacted] ***

Please be advised that Alliance Security installed the Security System in August and it was signed for a month agreement Between August and March there is no record of the customer calling in with any concerns On March 22nd the customer called in with concern over his SECONDARY panel not working Besides this, the rest of the system was fully operable This includes the door contacts, motions, camera and keyfobs The customer was able to arm and disarm through his MAIN PANEL and/or keyfob Again, only device not operating was the Secondary Panel It was at this time the customer was demanding a credit equivalent to months of service for something that 1) did not affect the overall functionality of the system and 2) something that could be easily fixed It was agreed upon that we would offer a month credit for the customers troubles Be advised all during this time, customer was arming and disarming the system daily through the keyfob remote.Regarding the service call itseld, it came down to the fact that we abruptly lost one of our service technicians in the area customer is located and were unable to get a tech out for 2-weeks which is understandably frustrating for the customer but it was then reiterated that all other components of the system were working and he could continue to arm and disarm through fob until technicians appointment was scheduled Due to the customers demands and demeanor on that phone call we were actually able to schedule an appointment with one of our Rhode Island technicians who offered up to drive hours to one appointment to go above and beyond for the customerrather than making him wait 2-weeks.The day comes when we service the accountits scheduled for 3/only THREE days after the customer originally called in requesting service, demanding months of credit Technician drives hours and finds there is nothing wrong with the secondary panel and was able to arm and disarm with no issues Technician resent signals from the keypad and all has been working well.As of today, based off Alarm.com and our interactive service there is no current trouble conditions on the account The customer refuses to troubleshoot over the phone and is again demanding a technician to the home Be advised per our contract there is a $trip fee for every service, another charge the customer is unwilling to cover At this time should the customer wish to cancel there service they would need to cover the 80% buyout cost associated with the Alarm Monitoring Agreement Finally, per our records on Alarm.com the customer is still arming and disarming, no trouble conditions and cameras are passing their access test Customer [redacted] Customer ID: [redacted] Current Trouble Conditions:No trouble conditions

I get Robo calls almost once a week on my cell phone. It starts out saying it is not a sales call and I have been referred by a friend or neighbor about a free security system. Press-1 to talk to someone. Since my phone is registered with the Do Not Call list, this pisses me off and I was hanging up. Eventually I started pressing 1. you then get a message that says press a number to be removed or a different number to talk to someone. First few times I removed myself but that obviously did no good so I started selecting the option to talk to a real body. The 1st time I started with, "were you aware that my number is on the Do Not Call list?" and they hung up. I then discovered the number showing on my callerId was invalid. Next few several times I talked to them to find out who they were ( [redacted] ) and even got a valid phone number. Then I politely explained that I was getting these calls almost weekly and they were burning up my pre-paid cell minutes, that I was on a don't call list and HOW could they ensure I would no longer be called... Each time they apologized and assured me they had flagged my number so I would never be called again. Well, I continue to get the calls. This is a company that wants you to entrust the security of your home and family to them and yet they are incapable of managing a phone list. I have been telling them I was going to report them to the don't call list and BBB for the harassment and they immediately hang up on me. I would never do business with a company like this
Yes in response to their letter it did not come or try to reach out to me over the last weeks after I sent the pictures I had to call them for them to a knowledge that I sent the pictures to them and yes if they want to pay for my down time I would like for them to pay for my downtime which means that I took off three consecutive times for them to come and do an install this will be a fourth time when they send the guy back out so I would like to be reimbursed for those for down times and in the amount of $per visit minion that's $cuz that's how much I make when I take off work for my days so if that can be reimbursed and sure other than that then no we still have a problem Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved Regards, *** [redacted]
After speaking with the POA involved we have come to the agreement to remove the system on February 14, 2017. The account will be nullified upon retrieval of the equipment. Any costs already paid into the account will satisfy the cancellation fee.
Alliance spoke with the customer after the rejection of our response At this time we have agreed to lower the agreement term to months and also provide an additional glassbreak sensor at no cost We have a service set on 12/and customer passed a satisfaction survey with our Monitoring Company At this time, everything is resolved
Please be advised after speaking with the customer we have agreed to sending a reimbursement check for the amount of $to offset any taxes being applied and we have also shipped yard signs as requested by customer
