Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Since the date of the original installation, we have spoken with numerous persons at Alliance Security who have failed to provide us with a solution for this very serious problem We attempted to schedule a follow up appointment as they noted and then realized the security system was not connected as we were mislead to believe At that point, we requested the system be removed and end our contract as we were not willing to trust the service after finding this serious glitch in the security system We have since physically removed the equipment from our home which never triggered the police or Alliance Security to our home for a tampered security system There is absolutely no way our home could be continually monitored as Alliance Security noted in their response Upon removing the equipment, this has not triggered an alert to Alliance Security or the local police department to indicate any concerns for the system being tampered with, leaving us to confirm the security system was not completely installed and is not being monitored as alleged by Alliance Security We did not receive the service we signed up for neither has, or is our home being protected by Alliance Security and therefore the original terms and conditions of the contract have not ben fulfilled by Alliance Security and therefore we are requesting a full refund for the money submitted and or expected to be paid by us to fulfil this invalid contract At this time we would appreciate a full refund of any money submitted to Alliance Security and we will gladly return the defective equipment left at our home We do not wish to continue with this contract Regards, [redacted]

The rep used dishonest tactics and took advantage of meI have a cancellation fee from my previous company and no one would pay it
I had digital life for my alarmI was not aware the the representative was with a different company until much laterI was also given a cancellation fee from digital life that I was not aware of and now no one at Monitronics will pay me back for the chargeI had to pay it out of my pocket so my credit wouldn't take a diveI am stopping my paugments to Monitronics and will need everything voided out

I get Robo calls almost once a week on my cell phone. It starts out saying it is not a sales call and I have been referred by a friend or neighbor about a free security system.
Press-1 to talk to someone.
Since my phone is registered with the Do Not Call list, this pisses me off and I was hanging up.
Eventually I started pressing 1. you then get a message that says press a number to be removed or a different number to talk to someone.
First few times I removed myself but that obviously did no good so I started selecting the option to talk to a real body.
The 1st time I started with, "were you aware that my number is on the Do Not Call list?" and they hung up. I then discovered the number showing on my callerId was invalid.
Next few several times I talked to them to find out who they were ([redacted]) and even got a valid phone number. Then I politely explained that I was getting these calls almost weekly and they were burning up my pre-paid cell minutes, that I was on a don't call list and HOW could they ensure I would no longer be called... Each time they apologized and assured me they had flagged my number so I would never be called again.
Well, I continue to get the calls.
This is a company that wants you to entrust the security of your home and family to them and yet they are incapable of managing a phone list.
I have been telling them I was going to report them to the don't call list and Revdex.com for the harassment and they immediately hang up on me.
I would never do business with a company like this

Alliance security called from 2 different numbers wanting to put security in our home. We set a time and day to which they never showed. When I called both numbers. It's saying they're disconnected! Now I'm scared to be home alone. What if it was someone seeing if we have security for a break in or worse!

Review: The day after my service was installed- it failed to work properly. I contacted several people and it took 3 months for me to get a replacement part for it to work properly. For 3 months my services did not work and I was billed full amount. I decided to cancel service since it did not work. I spoke with several customer service reps whom insured me the service was cancelled. My card was still be debited. I called the billings and claims department and they told me they would not stop debiting my acct even if I cancelled. I was told to contact my bank to stop payment. I cancelled service and you continue to bill for something that doesn't workDesired Settlement: I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED AND MY CC TO STOP BEING CHARGED
