***corresponding documents attached.Re: Revdex.com Case Number [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] :Thank you for your letter dated March 16, regarding the above referenced annuity contract.Allianz Life received a withdrawal request from Ms [redacted] on February 4, The request was processed on the same day and the check was mailed to her address of record Ms [redacted] did have the option of having the funds wired for a $fee or having the funds overnighted to her for a $fee Ms [redacted] elected to have the check mailed by the United States Postal Service We have verified with Ms [redacted] the address the funds were mailed to is correct.Ms [redacted] contacted our office on February 23, advising us that she had not received the check The funds were wired to her account on February 24, without fee as a gesture of good faith on our part.Ms [redacted] provided a copy of the envelope she received the check in from Allianz Life and it was stamped on February 24, there appears to be a problem with the United States Postal Service We are sorry Ms [redacted] experienced a delay in receiving her check However, the funds were sent from Allianz Life in a timely manner to the correct address of record Ms [redacted] 's comment in her complaint to the Minnesota Better Bureau about a scam in delaying her funds is without merit.If you require any additional information, please feel free to contact me.Sincerely,Mary Lou [redacted] mlfAttachment

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** A supervisor from Allianz contacted me regarding the missing check and reissued stop check He located the reissued check, and had it overnighted to my home address He also assured me that he was personally going to check on the December 1st check to ensure it went out in the mail. I have not yet received the December check, but have hopes that it will arrive before next Monday, December 5th

I am rejecting this response because:
I will send further information about our claim even though they have received paperwork from me on three different occasions.I just need time to put it together
