Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
1-I didn't even receive a bill or any communication tool from the apartment staing any damages needed to be paid,
I just received a phone call from someone from the collection threatening me to pay on the same day or reporting my credit next day
Sancerre managers have in writing my mailing address and my email and my phone numbers
2-I left the apartment in excellent condition (literally excellent) , I showed the apartment assistant manager and I have video of him with his knowledge saying in the apartment that he thinks it is in good condition except for one little coffee stain cleaned already but have little residue less than a hand palm size(we have full pictures too)
3- The manager and the maintenance guy is clearly retaliating because we complained to the corporate office before moving out when she said" I am not entitled to Allied intent to vacate notice and we will charge you in full anyway "
that was not miscommunication that was an opposed statement to what we have in the written notice 
4-Another evidence of intention of doing harm when we asked the collection company manager why wasn't the bill sent to us first he said it was sent by Sancerre to our adress in Sancerre (so they are intending not to reach the bill to us) while they have in writing our new address.
5-In proceeding in comunicating with the respectful Allied we intend for now to seek  their good intentions of solving this , therefore we are ready to send the photos and videos of the unit after perfect cleaning to Allied office or by emai
