Now they want me to pay for they mistakes.Yesterday I payed the total bill for don't have my credit affect, but I think they have to give my money back. thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
As impressed as I am with Alina's discipline in sticking with their narrative, it merely illustrates that fact that they are much more dedicated to fighting me than their physicians were in caring for me.   So as not to hide behind any HIPAA excuse, I am requesting a medical release form ASAP. In the meantime, since Lynn [redacted] brought up their "detailed" response, I thought it only fitting to provide the totality of their responses, as well as the lab results from my stay. Please find the attached PDF. Aside from a few opaque statements of "we addressed your concerns with staff", and "we will use this as a learning experience", the only detailed response was a thorough breakdown of the billing, clearly their only concern. Please note that there are no specific responses to any of my concerns, there exists a concerted effort to make this about scheduling, (it wasn't), and specifically absent is any singular reference to the lipase testing, or the failure to act on it.   What should be terrifying to any patient at Allina, is that according to their "detailed" responses and thorough investigation of my medical record, the five Allina physicians responsible for my care followed protocol by ignoring my test results. Therefore, either malpractice, reckless endangerment, or simple neglect falls well within their parameters of “appropriate care”.   A friend of mine went to Fairview Riverside with stomach pain, and after testing revealed high lipase numbers, he was admitted to the U of M medical center for three weeks to deal with his pancreatitis.  According to Lynn [redacted], Anita [redacted], MaryBeth [redacted] and the official Grievance Committee at Allina, ignoring test results indicative of pancreatitis, and 950% higher than the acceptable range is not only standard, but appropriate operating procedure.

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/11/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
First off, the response to the Revdex.com from Lynn [redacted] is just a copy and paste from the other Revdex.com complaints they have received. I specifically stated that Allina could share any and all information with the Revdex.com. Clearly they have already decided not to take this matter seriously. I attached their response since they seem unable to do so.
Allina seems to be happy to spell out the specifics of what go into a physical exam after the fact and never did so before. It is agreed that a physical exam is exactly AND ONLY what I scheduled. At no time before or during my annual physical was it disclosed I was going outside the scope of this visit. Dr. [redacted] felt my testicle while preparing to do the hernia check. He never actually did a hernia check, perhaps getting distracted when I asked a question about the bumps. Again, never did he say that this was going outside the scope of a physical nor did he indicate that asking a question would result in additional billing. To describe my interaction with Dr. [redacted] as a discussion would be a large exaggeration of what actually occurred.
Lynn [redacted], what was the total time that I spent with Dr. [redacted]? What is the average time for a physical exam? I would be willing to bet you track this type of information and that this visit was at or below the average.
Ms. [redacted] describes "split billing" as an industry standard. Standard or not has absolutely no bearing on right or wrong. Allina has received $378.12 for this brief visit. The correct and proper resolution to this issue is to NOT bill me $152.78 for undisclosed charges before or during the visit. Anything else is just an abuse of a consumer.
You can't go to an auto repair facility and have them bill you for additional work the way that Allina is now attempting to bill me. You must disclose the work and estimate in advance. I would expect a health care provider to have standards at least equal to a auto repair facility.

I...

am rejecting this response because: the business did not respond to me directly since I submitted the complaint. I last spoke to the business before submitting the complaint and was told that (i) the business could not bill the insurance company for services I did not receive (which I never requested) and (ii) therefore the business could do nothing to respond to my dispute. I disagree.  I believe the business could waive the portion of the bill not covered by insurance ($184.23) because those charges were caused by the business's scheduling error and not properly incurred by me.  Thank you for your assistance.Regards,[redacted]
