I highly recommend Allphase Construction & Roofing Company! We had Hail Damage, Jake Murray (based in Tucson,Az) come out and told us about our Damage and he was right on ..When our insurance adjuster came to look at the damage Jake came and made sure we were treated fairly. Jake is Amazing, He follows through and makes sure all went well. He Always returned our phone calls and was on top of everything. Jake made sure we were satisfied completely ! We were amazed how easy He made our process with the insurance company as well as how fast the work started and was finished!...Thank you Allphase and Jake Murray for a Very Professional and Amazing experience.

I am very pleased with the job. Rodney and Linda were very professional from the beginning. They assisted with filing the claim for the hail damage. They also supervised the job. The workers did an excellent job on the roof. I am extremely pleased with Allphase.

This company installed a new roof on my house as part of the closing agreement and I have had nothing but problems since day one. The flashing was done with huge gaps and they had to send out another team to fix. At this point I found out they employed contractors who had hired undocumented workers for the initial install. Next issues was the whole back side of the roof leaked. They sent out a guy who had to seal all the flashing where the pipes and duct work came through the roof as this was not done on initial install either. The roof still leaked and they agreed that the whole backside of the roof had to be redone and scheduled an appointment for September 1st. The shingles arrived the day before at 0550 with out prior notice. On September 1st no one called or showed up by 1000 and I placed a call to the contractor. 1158 still no return call and I placed a call to the office and was told I would be called back in a few minutes. 1345 still no call so I call the office again and at this time was told they will not be showing up. I took a day off work and cannot believe they care about this job as it is covered under the installation warranty. Now the sheet rock in three rooms needs to be replaced as well.

Frustrated consumer

I was out of town when the hail storm hit my city last October. I did not even know my roof had damage until Rodney and Linda from Allphase came by and did an inspection. I also didn't know that I could file a claim to my insurance company. They called the claim in for me and they even met with the insurance adjuster. When I received the paperwork from the insurance company, they came by and Linda explained everything to me. They took the time with me to make sure I understood the whole process. Rodney and I even played a game of pool. They called to let me know when the roof was going to be replaced and they were here during the replacement. Everything went just the way they had said. I even referred them to a close friend of mine.

I would recommend this company to anyone. Jeff B[redacted] made sure he met both the insurance adjuster and myself to go over the problem and solution. The communication by Jim G[redacted], Jeff B[redacted] & the foreman during the entire process was more than I would have asked for. The foreman and I walked the roof and what I thought needed to replaced actually turned out to be fine. The quality of their work and professionalism was excellent!

This company is inefficient and untrustworthy. [redacted] (the manager) is clueless and passive aggressive. I would NOT hire this company to do any type of installation or repairs at my home.

my experience with this company through their representatives Rodney and Linda H[redacted] was easy, I have always done, hired, followed through on my own, but this go around I decided to take a chance and let someone else handle the details on my replacement roof. I was highly satisfied, I was kept informed of when they would be here to start the replacement, and my concerns were heard. My roof was replace in record time- 1 day with clean up. Rodney and Linda both came out to check on the progress and completion, even though Rodney was not feeling well he still made the effort to come and make sure all was complete... Now that's a company plus the representative's that I can trust. I highly recommend them.

I'm not one to complain but this has to be said. All the quoted roof repairs were not completed and there was poor attention to detail - I signed it off to get them off of my property. Messes left that I cleaned up, nails in my car tire and in my feet - contact numbers I provided not called. Payment check cashed prematurely even after specific instructions. Salesman continually appologized along the way. I feel that my good nature was taken advanage of and know that once they get their money, they are done with you. I will never allow them on my property again or recommend All Phase to ANYONE.

this is an excellent company to do business with. they worked very fast and diligent on our home due to hail damage. I would recommend them to anyone.

I dealt with Jim G[redacted] consultant; he was in our area just after a huge hail storm dealing with a neighbors roof and he was GREAT with taking the time to go over the roof with my husband and going over our 5-yr old roof and pointing out issues we would have if left alone in the AZ heat. He has taken time out to answer ALL our questions since we are new to AZ and don't know about what storms do and how the heat effects our roofs and our house. I am SO glad we ran into him and we were more than thrilled to sign up without checking with anyone else. He took care of everything...from beginning to end. I feel like we made a new friend, I am very thankful for Jim and all his hard work for us!!!!

Hail damage to the roof. Rodney and Linda have been kind and courteous throughout the process and have frequently checked back with me to keep me informed.

Mrs. [redacted] has been a difficult customer from day one.  Allphase has went above and beyond to try and satisfy her to no avail.  Allphase has done more work to home than her insurance company has paid for and Allphase made zero (0) profit as a result of doing so.  Mrs. [redacted] during the...

process of working on her home and handling her claim with the insurance company called numerous times into the office and has verbally abused and mistreated staff.  Eventhough we have made every attempt to resolve any complaint or issue she has brought to our attention in a professional manner.  As a result Mrs. [redacted] paid us for the work we have completed.  Approximatley two weeks after paying Allphase She filed a compalint with [redacted] list in Indiana asking for $4,000.00 (which we declined to do).  Next she called the lead Building Inspector in Spearfish, S.D. (where her home is located) and complained about something all together different.  [redacted] (from the building Dept.) inspected her home and the work she was complaining about.  The result was that there was no issue structurally.  Now she has filed a compalint with the Az. B.B.B. asking for nearly $4,600.00 dollars for "Damage to her home"!  She also claims that Allphase does not return phone calls or text but has no proof of this claim.  In closing Allphase feels we have went above and beyond to Satisfy Mrs. [redacted] and add her to the list of over a thousand Satisfied customers.  Unfortunatley we have been unable to accomplish that.
