Rodney and Linda were very nice people to work with, enjoyed conversations, and easy to contact when I had a question. The workers cleaned up area very nice. Job was done quickly and I was very pleased with the work.

ALLPHASE contacted me after some storm damage last fall. Their representative was very thorough in the explanation of repairs and reroofing needed. Our insurance company was notified and after inspection noted the new roof should be approved. Their contract was thoroughly explained along with costs. The service of ALLPHASE was excellent. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Clean up was done with nothing left behind. We have received several compliments on our new roof and we are very pleased. Would definitely recommend ALLPHASE to anyone looking for this type of work.

Jeff B[redacted] of AllPhase Construction and his roofing crew did a fantastic job! Our new roof looks beautiful!!!! I could not be more satisfied. It started out with Jeff taking his valuable and vast experience in the construction industry and dealing with our homeowner insurance company. It proceeded right up from there to the tearing off of the old roof and instillation of the new one (including new roof turbines and other accessorizes like metal drip edges, etc). I have already recommended Jeff and AllPhase to my family members and good friends. I found Jeff to be very trustworthy and professional and the construction quality to be top notch and through,

We are working diligently with Mrs. [redacted] on resolving her issues.  We are going to replace some of her siding however due to the fact that it is special order we will have to wait a couple of weeks for it to come in.

I am writing with regards to Rodney and Linda H[redacted] of Allphase Construction, who are Claim Consultants. Rodney and Linda have worked diligently with my insurance adjuster to have the roof replaced on my house. They advised me every step of the way and made the project run smoothly. Visits, when necessary and telephone calls were responded to immediately. The workers were very kind, neat, helpful and hardworking. I would recommend Rodney and Linda of Allphase Construction very highly for any project needed. They take care of it all without any worries to their customers,

Rodney and Linda with AllPhase Roofing were great to work with. They coordinated with insurance and solar panel companies to avoid delays. The roofing crew was fast and did great work too.

Great experience with this company, worked with our insurance company after a big hail storm to get us a new roof and money for all other things that were damaged outside our home. They were always available to answer questions and to help. Made filing a claim and getting work done easily.

This company is the biggest Joke and someone had better stop them as they bill you for more materails than you need and then take what is left over when you are not around,they wont give you itemized statement as this would put them in bind where you could catch them takeing from you .they lie all the time I got a Representive that told me that two of the people were not with the company any longer and there still there,then they will be here to fix this and call oh the lighting sruck the trailer and cant come. Then they send someone out to patch things up,and want me to sign off it .I do have Pictures if you would like to see them I want my home back to the original way before they came and wrecked it!

All Phase just replaced our roof due to the hail damage. They did an outstanding job. We are so pleased with the quality of their materials and workmanship. Jeff B[redacted] did an outstanding job handling every detail of the job. He is the reason we chose this company. We highly recommend All Phase. And we also highly recommend the man that did such a professional job, Jeff B[redacted]. He is truly an asset to his company.

Review: I have a lot of concerns:

1. The contracted insurance work has not been completed from claims reported last year in September and October.

It seems Allphase just did the big work and left all the small details hanging, with an endless amount of excuses.

Our bathroom screen still has not been replaced.

The pool repair was never completed. Chance, the owner of AllPhase, said for the amount of work involved he would just reimbursement us for the entire amount of that claim. Now saying we owe our deductible, which was included into the claim.

My wife and I have called repeatedly, with no result.Desired Settlement: I want the screen to be replaced immediately, waiting 10 months is not acceptable.

I want the full amount of the pool repairs to be reimbursed, or have Allphase report to Green Tree and AllState this work was not completed.

Review: they put in windows and tore up the siding on the front of my house and will not fix told me to have my insurance pay for it. There was only one little mark on the front of my house that needed replace but they tore the siding and cut the siding all around the windows. the back side (west end)of my house the siding has to come of as they stapled it wrong and it wont move for the heat and the cold. Both estimates we got are over four thousand dollars to fix, but they wont fix it until Allphase comes and shows them how much was cut from load bearing wall. They painted everything on top of my house that was not to be painted.Desired Settlement: I want my house fixed and them to have to pay but they will not return calls or textes I have called the Attorney General in SD and the Building inspector and they will not return calls or texts from anyone I feel like this is a fly by night construction.

Mrs. [redacted] has been a difficult customer from day one. Allphase has went above and beyond to try and satisfy her to no avail. Allphase has done more work to home than her insurance company has paid for and Allphase made zero (0) profit as a result of doing so. Mrs. [redacted] during the process of working on her home and handling her claim with the insurance company called numerous times into the office and has verbally abused and mistreated staff. Eventhough we have made every attempt to resolve any complaint or issue she has brought to our attention in a professional manner. As a result Mrs. [redacted] paid us for the work we have completed. Approximatley two weeks after paying Allphase She filed a compalint with [redacted] list in Indiana asking for $4,000.00 (which we declined to do). Next she called the lead Building Inspector in Spearfish, S.D. (where her home is located) and complained about something all together different. [redacted] (from the building Dept.) inspected her home and the work she was complaining about. The result was that there was no issue structurally. Now she has filed a compalint with the Az. B.B.B. asking for nearly $4,600.00 dollars for "Damage to her home"! She also claims that Allphase does not return phone calls or text but has no proof of this claim. In closing Allphase feels we have went above and beyond to Satisfy Mrs. [redacted] and add her to the list of over a thousand Satisfied customers. Unfortunatley we have been unable to accomplish that.

Please assist me in resolving this matter.
