On the 12th of Nov I called Emery Electric to replace my wooden electric mast due to a leak from the roof around the mast. they came the first thing in the morning of the next day to investigate the problem. The electrician went up the roof and examined the mast and found it was solid. I opened up the wall and he checked the mast entering the house. He then informed me that I did not need to replace the mast as it was it great shape and I would be spending $2[redacted].00 to $3[redacted].00 when it was not necessary. All I needed was to have roofers repair the the roof which would cost me $[redacted].00 to $[redacted].00. I would give them my business anytime and highly recommend them to my friends.

I am the agent for this customer and this is a claims issue with Allstate's corporate claims office, not a service issue from this office. [redacted] has an auto policy with Allstate, but does not have collision on his vehicle. This accident involved three vehicles and although [redacted] was not at...

fault the other two are still working out the percentage of liability that they are each responsible for. Whenever there is a claim where the customer has no collision coverage it is always a more complicated, and therefore slower process. [redacted]'s vehicle was totaled and Allstate offered him the full book value which he refused. As far as the PIP payments go, I believe that the letter he received about his PIP payments stated that they would be paid based on the Fee Schedule and he had a $200 deductible as well. We try our best to give our customers outstanding customer service at this office, but there are some issues that are honestly ou t of our control.

Very slow, very pricey and not what I was expecting. Needed an oil change and was recommended over $300 in work. Agreed to some of it, but it actually made my car run worse than before. When I called back to discuss it with the owner, his "secretary" refused to transfer my call to him and was quite rude. I would encourage any automobile owner to avoid this hole-in-the-wall at all costs.

I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work at reasonable prices. At AutoCare Tires & Service, the almighty dollar comes first and the customers dead last. Management is more concerned over making a quick buck than building lasting customer relationships. An appointment made well in advance could easily take until past closing time and the goal is sell whatever you can, even if the customer really doesn't need it...or even if it winds up making your vehicle worse (which has happened). How they've stayed in business all these years is beyond me. Horrible place.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not go to this place. They will leave you waiting all day and rip you off in a heart beat. We took our car there to get an inspection sticker. They told us there was a fog light out. We asked how much one would be and he said oh just a couple dollars or so. We went ahead and told them we wanted it. After an hour and a half of waiting they told us to come pay. $54 was what they said the total was. A sticker is only $16. We asked how much the bulb was they said $13.99. The rest was labor of putting in a bulb I could have popped on in 10 minutes. I do not like that they lied to us about how much it would be. They are not honest and they are so slow. The man just took his time like other peoples time does not matter to him. I will never go back I will never tell anyone to go there. STAY AWAY. After this happened I was telling some people I know and they have had the same issue! I do not know how they stay in business. The owner Don has a horrible reputation.

Review: I have both e-mailed and called Allstate to cancel my Renter's Insurance policy (both the Agent as well as Allstate's customer service department). I no longer want Renter's Insurance since I no longer live at the Apartment the policy was originally intended for. However Allstate automatically renewed the policy without notifying me and is now demanding payment. I went in to the Agent's office to show proof of home ownership and homeowner's insurance (gave them a copy of my declaration page) - they told me at the time it would be enough to cancel the policy. However they are still sending payment notices. The Agilent refuses to respond to e-mail, won't return voicemail, and won't answer the phone during normal business hours. Allstate's national customer service center refuses to cancel the policy and says I must work directly with the Agent to do so (even after I explained to them the efforts I've made to do so far).
