This company, ALLURALUXE, will have your money like it or not even if you cancel before the day trial is over I did not even know it was a day trialI received the cream and eye serum in a plain brown box which they fit in...no paper work or anything else just the two small bottles, having to pay only the shipping on each oneWhen I read about the scams I immediately made sure to cancel so they would not send me any more or charge me for more jars All the time I was cancelling they were trying to give me discounts and kept interruptingI finally got the cancellation # when I kept saying no no no no! I checked my bank account the next day and they had taken the full price out of my acct for $178.00...I will never get this money backThat is why I am warning others to know about this scam to get you moneyThey make at least the on each person they scam! Lesson learned!

I signed up online for a free trial of face cream and could not find anywhere on the order website to proceed unless I added the eye serum order also Website clearly stated in large print I would only be charged $and $for product shippingThis Order Number: [redacted] was placed on May 11/ I never received an email confirmation of this order or tracking status and it arrived while I was out of country (in Canada) tending to family issues Upon returning I was shocked to see the extra charge of $on my credit card $( [redacted] )and $( [redacted] )These charges were billed on May 24/ I contacted Alluraluxe customer service by phone and the first agent rudely hung up on me in the middle of me asking a question about billingTen minutes later another agent did exactly the same thing Both times, the agent started out very friendly and congenial but quickly changed their demeanor when each of them could not adequately answer

I ordered a sample of their facial cream product as advertisedMy cart was populated automatically with the eye serum sampleI paid approximately $for the samples to be shippedThere was absolutely no indication of any future charges or need for me to contact the company againIn addition, the packing slip makes no mention of any future chargesIt simply reads "thank you for your order" and the products I purchased A couple of weeks latter I was billed $from this company in two separate charges of $I immediately called the company because I did not authorize any other charges nor did I purchase any other productsI was told that I had "agreed" to a trial period which I needed to cancel prior to some date or I would be charged the "full price"$apparently in the "full price" for these two very small samples I let the CSR person know that I absolutely did not agree to this charge and that this whole situation was a scamI demanded an immediate refundThe rep

Hi there I receive a free trial from this company for for a face creamI receive my bank statement after days and was bill and I call the company and told them that the cream broke my Skin out in a rash I asked for a Refund They said no but they will send me a complementary gift

My wife had a problem not with the product but with a misunderstanding of returning unused product that was not orderAfter filling a complaint with the Revdex.com we were contacted by a representative who resolved the problem and apologized for the misunderstandingWe are happy that the problem was resolved

So I saw an ad about *** *** and it was talking about a cream that she created and that she doesn't need any more money so she has allotted some day trials to give out and you only have to pay shipping and handlingWell days later I'm charged 88.08$ I call and they state that it's in the terms and conditions well I go to look for that and there is a completely different cream associated with the ad called dermaliftI'm apolled with the advertising and I feel scammed, I thought I was getting a trial for the shipping and handling and ended up paying $for a scam creamI want my money back plus the fees I have to pay for my insurance and car payment being lateAnd I think it should be properly labeled that you have to contact them to cancel some trial to not be charged $And they should not be allowed to use the same advertisement with the same people's faces showing results for different creams it's advertisement!

Like the others, I ordered the free trial of When I got my credit card bill they had charged

In July 2018, I was offered a free sample from Alluralux Face cream Not realizing that they added Eye cream to my free face cream order I decided I would accept the Eye cream and the face cream When I clicked to add my mailing address, they then charged me for shipping I agreed to pay for the shippingAs I was balancing my accounts, I found that Alluralux debited my account in August and September for $88.04, Today on September 18th, I received a package with more cream I contacted my bank to have then return the debit, but because of the way I purchased it with my card, I have to have the selling company refund me I contacted the company, and found that, this was happening more than they knew what to do They agreed to refund me the charge of $but would not refund the prior charge I am very disappointed in this I contacted the company in July after I ordered the "FREE" samples and told them then I did not want to subscribe to a monthly charge I assumed the
