I think this should be iklegal.I am in disability and the took $out of my accoubt I was unable to pay my electric bill or but groceries! They use different stories to sell the same product! It is totally a scam!

I ordered a sample of their facial cream product as advertisedMy cart was populated automatically with the eye serum sampleI paid approximately $for the samples to be shippedThere was absolutely no indication of any future charges or need for me to contact the company againIn addition, the packing slip makes no mention of any future chargesIt simply reads "thank you for your order" and the products I purchased
A couple of weeks latter I was billed $from this company in two separate charges of $I immediately called the company because I did not authorize any other charges nor did I purchase any other productsI was told that I had "agreed" to a trial period which I needed to cancel prior to some date or I would be charged the "full price"$apparently in the "full price" for these two very small samples
I let the CSR person know that I absolutely did not agree to this charge and that this whole situation was a scamI demanded an immediate refundThe rep

DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY! They are scammers! You must read all the fine print! Plus, the product is just cream...nothing special! I put one star...but they don’t even deserve this!

I wanted to order one trial size from Alluraluxe for $ As I tried to put this through, they automatically charged me for a second trial of some eye serum for $ I just thought at the time, "okay, it's not much money, I will try both then." Well, the samples arrived and I was charged the correct amount on my bank statement Fourteen days later I find bank charges from them totaling $178.00! I called Alluraluxe and was told that when I signed the terms and agreement (a document that I can't even find on their website or anywhere else for that matter) I agreed to pay this amount if I did not contact them within days First of all, I only wanted one product and second of all I WOULD NEVER HAVE AUTHORIZED THIS RIDICULOUS AMOUNT FOR HALF AN OUNCE OF CREAM I did call today and spoke with a customer service representative I was told that by no means could I receive a full refund and that she would reduce my charges by 50% and send me more product I demanded a full refu

Hi.I ordered a trial sample for $received product in about a week opened removed product looked for receipt just a white piece of paper saying what it was and that was it no price,no receipt, same on email they sent.Recieved another box with same product so got suspicious.Checked my bank account cause my account was short found my account was charged $and each product different price.Made phone call to customer service explained to representative what happened she told me that I wasn't going to get nothing back because I checked some little square somewhere on order. Then I ask her for her supervisor she said they can't talk to me she was going to redirect to another customer service representative then hung up the phone. So basically I was charged 4times for $and 2for $87.95.I read some other reviews they all say same thing I just don't think it's fair to take advantage of a person like that especially for seniors who probably wouldn't even catch this
I myself

This company falsely advertise their products I ordered what I thought was a sample eye cream and a sample face cream for the price of $each I received both creams in the mail and both were fairly small but more than a size sample Then I get a charge on my debit card for an additional $and $89.95! In no way whatsoever would I have paid these amounts for face cream!! I disputed the charges to my bank but they denied my request This company is baiting the customer and then charging exorbitant amounts

As previously stated, before customers commit to our day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxesIn conclusion, we have provided a 75% refund for each product: $for the eye serum and $for the face cream on 01/02/and are unable to provide further refunds as the customer filed a dispute through their financial institutionThank you

to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. According to our records, the customer ordered our face cream and eye serum on a 14 day trial basis back on 12/16/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.95 and $4.95. The trial expired on 12/30/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 12/30/2017: $89.95 for the eye serum and $88.05 for the eye serum. The customer contacted our Customer Service on 01/02/2018 and requested refunds. We immediately cancelled their account and provided a 75% refund for each product: $67.46 for the eye serum and $66.03 for the face cream. Unfortunately on 01/08/2018 the customer's account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution, in which their financial institution has ruled the dispute in our favor. At this time we are unable to provide the customer with additional refunds, we appreciate your understanding.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have attached photos of the order screen on my phone which is where I ordered the face cream from. On the webpage, there is no mention of a 14 day trial when you are purchasing. On my phone, there was no notification of a 14 day trial, no boxes that needed checking to accept this, etc. There was no email communication following the order, no order confirmation, no confirmation of a trial that needed to be cancelled. In the actual order, there was no information about a trial that needed to be cancelled, no order confirmation or receipt. Yes, they credited back the 75% but I sent a dispute to my bank for the remainder because this is a very sketchy and scheme-worthy business, preying on customers with misinformation and making it almost impossible to get your money back after you've been scammed.
