Review: My granddaughter purchased their product "Expressions" which consisted of 300 glow in the dark rubber bands and clips. When she got home she found the a number of the rubber bands were broken and there were only 3 clips with the package. When she contacted this company she was given the run-around with their conclusion to bring back the product to the store in which it was purchased. I spoke with them and they gave this as their final answer. I far as I am concerned it is not the stores responsibility as they are not the supplier and/or packager. It seems to me that this company is taking advantage of the young consumers and relegating the problem resolution to the stores that sell this item. This product failure and packaging without a doubt is the responsibility of the manufacture I would not recommend anyone with young children to purchase any products from this lack of interest and consideration company.Desired Settlement: To be contacted by this company via Email with an apology for their lack of customer service and a replacement for the product (qty 3) that were involved with the initial purchase.
