Aloha Construction and Alison were great! They did all of the work for me with working through my insurance company and completed my roof in one day The roof looks great and the experience was hassle free Would definitely recommend

My experience with Aloha Construction was excellent! My house was hit with the April hail storm and I reached out to *** to assess the damage before reaching out to a contractor *** did not find much damage which not knowing I accepted, so I reached out to Aloha to see if they could do minor repairs Aloha came out to check out the damage and the advised me to get a second assessment with the *** rep and a Aloha representative With the next assessment *** admitted to more damage to the property but still did not want to cover the roof Aloha was very professional in this visit but still felt that they were not seeing the damage and recommended I escalate We ended up with a 3rd assessment with an *** rep apologizing for the previous visits and he stated that the would cover the roof The Aloha crew was so knowledgeable in assessing the damage and they did not give up until the house was taken care of They did a great job on the house, they worked quickly and did an excellent job cleaning up the scraps/nails etc My house looks great! I would highly recommend Aloha Construction!

These guys are life saversAfter a storm a tree fell on my home, Aloha Construction worked hand and hand with my home insurance company to restore my home to pre-storm conditionsThere were no hidden fees or extra charges, all that I had paid was my deductible as promised by the Aloha Construction claims specialist

Ms*** was not the person that signed our agreement, it was her husbandHe was fully aware of the terms of our contractThe word "agreement" is in bold writing at the top of the contract they signedThey called in the claim with
our reppresentThey called us back to tell us when there adjuster was coming outWe met with their adjuster and did a great job showing all the damage to there propertyRoof and gutters were approvedMr*** pick out style and colors for there new roof and again signed off on the contract for a second timeIt is a complete falsehood that they thought they were signing a permission slipIf the adjuster told her nothing was wrong with her gutters than why did he pay for them to be replaced? Attached is a copy of our contract that Mr*** signed twice, as well as e-mails between my sales manager and Ms *** that show she knew what was going onThe truth of the matter is that Mrs*** has fed us a lot of mistruths from day oneShe is trying to find a lower price so she can pocket money in this deal witch is insurance fraud and we will not be part of itSo with that behing said we will issue a zero balance invoice and put this matter to rest

I think it is funny how Aloha only included on sentence of our emails, and did not include his emails but I did not expect honesty from themThe contractor that I went with was more than Aloha so the statement about wanting a cheaper price is on their partI was the one handling all this with Aloha after they got my husband to sign the fake FREE estimate paperworkI still to this day do not have a zero invoice as Aloha has stated they would send me in this response or when they stated it to Pam Zekman CBSSo I still stand by my first feeling of Aloha that they are not to be trusted or used for any work

From beginning to end Gary *** helped us through the process of getting our roof and guttersHe has always been friendly, respectful, and very patient in helping us with our questions and needs I would recommend Aloha to anyone who is thinking of any type of home repair or improvementsYou literally can't go wrong!!

On 11/28/we called the *** residence about a past due balanceMrs *** stated she didn't have to pay her deductible and that she has a leakWe found it a little odd that she did not call us when the leak happened, and that we only were told this when we called for the remaining balance
We provide all our customers with a 10-year craftsmanship warranty as well as our manufactures limited lifetime warranty upon full paymentEven tho there was a balance we sent our sales manager to the home to take a lookHe did not see any evidence of a leak or staining so he put in a request to our production department to perform a water testOn 12/14/we performed the water test and did not see anything leakingWe believe we went above and beyond for the *** by honoring our warranty with a past due balance of monthsI attached a copy of the contract that clearly states that the homeowner is responsible for there deductibleThe deductible was an agreement made between the *** and their insurance company long before we were contractedWe have prepared a waiver of lien and warranty info that we will exchange for final paymentWe sincerely hope that the *** are now happy with the new roof and that they now are confident that we will honor our warranty

Aloha Construction is the best contractor I have ever worked with They are sharp, on time and communicated well If anything comes up, I'll be calling again

I didn’t know what to expect from a company like Aloha Construction, as I’d heard all of the “horror stories” about roofing companies inundating neighborhoods after storms and scaring people into purchasing new roofs But, when “Aloha Debbie” came knocking on my door after a terrible storm in our area, I decided to let her check things out(why not, Free estimate!) She was extremely personable, and talked to me in layman’s terms so I knew exactly what was going on with my roof She wasn’t pushy or demanding….just factual, and really seemed to know her stuff I signed the contract that day, and of course, was a bit nervous about next steps, etc I shouldn’t have been, as Aloha Debbie was a true representation of her company The guys who worked on my roof were so professional, and were careful not to make a mess in my yard They were extremely efficient, and I certainly didn’t expect such quick turnaround I was happy with the results and have experienced zero leaks Aloha Debbie kept me informed throughout the entire process, including dealing with my insurance company so I didn’t have to I would highly recommend (and have recommended) Aloha Construction, and specifically Aloha Debbie, to family, friends, and business acquaintance, and I couldn’t be happier with their service and the finished product, and the guarantee Best of all, Aloha Debbie continued to stay in touch and followed up, even months later …she didn’t “disappear” after the saleGreat job!!!
