The siding job was completed in July. After the siding job was complete is when Ms. [redacted] added the fascia and soffit job. Originally Ms [redacted] wanted wood fascia and soffit, but then changed to aluminum in September. The material in now in and we have a scheduled install date...

on Saturday 10/7/17.

I just have unpleasure expirance with some of the Aloha employees. It wasn't job related but it happens on the parking lot where they parked their truck overnight.
I was publicly discriminated, verbally abuse and they used racial words as well. All in front of kids and my 10 years old daughter.

These guys were awesome! I had a tree blow down onto my house, an hail damaged my aluminum siding. I called aloha and in less then an hour they showed up at my door and got everything started, with my home insurance company. After aloha worked with my insurance company agreed with aloha to cover my roof and siding based on a inspection done by aloha and my adjuster. I watched aloha bring my home back to pre storm condition in less then 14 business days!!!! would def. recommend these guys to anyone looking for any exterior work storm related or not.

The staff at Aloha Construction have not only effectively manage our claim with a balance of good judgement and cost efficiency, they understood the complexity of the insurance claim process and knew how to proceed from start to finish. I would recommend Aloha construction to anyone needing a roof replacement. They were there for us and serviced every one of our needs.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/21) */
We spoke to Esther and cancelled the contract that her husband signed. She told us that she was recanting her complaint. Since no work was done and there is no longer a contract between us, she is not a customer so therefore the complaint...

should be invalid
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2015/07/29) */
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
They have cancelled the agreement; there practices are not right but in my case they have recanted and no longer am dealing with them.

Aloha Construction employees are very good at what they do and in fact, I have already recommended them to someone else who is going to use them.

We spoke to Mr. [redacted] and he told us he is satisfied and does not have any complaints. He told us his wife would call your office to rescind the complaint if needed.  Please remove the complaint. Thanks for your time on this matter.

I would recommend Aloha Construction because I believe they have totally met all of my roofing needs in the past . I have been extremely satisfied with every experience. I never once thought about calling another company. The work is always performed correctly the first time and the prices are reasonable.

No nonsense. Good price and quick job. New roof on house I one day. Highly recommended.

I am rejecting this response because: On 3/24/17 we spoke to a sales rep. (Larry) with Aloha Construction Inc. he stated he was in the area and wanted to see if we could qualify for quote, he stated to me that I had to sign an agreement so he could check things out and he also needed consent to do so. We said no, Larry R. stated its OK its not a contract in any way. We asked 3 different times are you sure we are not obligated at all in any way, he stated no your not, its just an agreement which shows we were mislead at the beginning. We were pressured and intimidated into signing. I had an appointment we stated had to go and he knew this. Larry then told me hurry and sign and I'll check things out in the meantime, he then stated he needed to see something with insurance name & number on it, just to verify we have ins. and that's all,. I then brought out some papers and showed first piece of paper to sales rep. with just general info on it. Sales rep. then snatched paperwork out of my hands and ran to his car and proceeded to drive off, this is mail fraud. We called sales rep. repeatedly concerning getting our paperwork back.No one from Aloha Con. Inc. ever came out for any reason on 3-25-17, I never signed off on any siding work what so ever. How ever I do see by Aloha's second copy to Revdex.com of agreement they like falsifying signatures and falsifying that no one ever signed off on way after the fact. There definitely was never permission given to order any siding what so ever verbally or written. On 3-30-17 Sales rep. called and asked could we get anymore money from insurance, we stated no we are not discussing any concern ins. or anything else. We asked about the paperwork and  he hung up. We did not get a call from Aloha on 3-31-17 concerning 4-13-17, this is repeating lying on their part. On 4-6-17, when Aloha called concerning dropping off materials for roof on 4-7-17 we said no that we are still undecided, they were dropped off anyway without any approval or consent. They kept refusing to pick the materials back up we kept calling and they kept hanging up us repeatedly on 4-11-17. The materials were repeatedly in the storm all week. I was told no and also told if they get wet it doesn't matter material is still good. Aloha called several times after this leaving message can we do work yet. Sales rep. came by on 4-13-17 to ask again could we get some more money from Ins. he was told we are not calling them for anythingv he stated yes you are because I don't work for you I work for Ins. This was definitely red flag this was not the company for us, Aloha or theirb employees never scheduled for any work to be done on 4-15 or 4-24. this is another one of their fabrications. On 4-19 Larry came by banging on door with fist then would call from car stating heh, this is Larry Im outside across the street I know someons home give me a call. On 5-4 a Chad called left message this is Chad from Aloha Im a manager calling about the roof you have material sitting by your drive so when are you going to get work done. On 5-12 sales rep. called and left message this is Larry im calling to see what your gonna dp , cause im going to rip tarps off of roof throw them on the ground take sign out of yard and put a lein against house for 15% of restocking fee which we've been advised this all illegal. there was never an agreement made with Aloha and/or employees concerning a claim amount of $11,783.78 what so ever. we are not obligagted in any way to Aloha and oer employees or third party. there was never any price agreed upon what so ever paper work with the amount on it was copied that Larry snatched and stole from us. There was never any purchase ever and as far as tarpping or tapping of a room or roof the tarp belongs to another company and they never installed a tarp. The so called countless hours were spent harassing, intimatating, threatening coehersing, manipulating and last of all falsifying. I pray that someone stops this company. there are already so many complaints from helpless people that have been scammed threatened by Aloha. Im sure there are more out there, but their afraid. they will not stop un less someone stops them we do niot deserve being treated this way I still request that materials be picked up only with our consent and NO!!! further contact, legal actions or illegal actions or anything else from Aloha COn. Inc. Note: copies attached this paper work is the only we ever recieved from aloha sales rep larry as you can see there are no falsified signatuires or facts. It was first copy of agreement which is now deleted from system theres was only two signatures aloha has coviently changed documents we will bring document in to business of document and legal one.

Met with Aloha Debbie after a storm passed through my area, and she literally got on the roof herself to survey the damage. She explained the contract to me, put me at ease about the fine print, and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. No leaks or issues since, and Aloha Debbie even called me about 2 weeks after they finished the roof to make sure I was happy. Great experience!!!

We received a flyer on our door and checked them out. We were then contacted and dealt with Brian and he and the crew were very responsive and helped call our insurance company to work out the approval. Great company, our roof and gutters were done and no mess afterwards. Brian responded quickly day or evening! Would highly recommend!

Aloha construction was referred to us by a good friend and they did not disappoint at all. Our insurance company was only going to pay for small repairs in the amount of $4700. Aloha construction worked with our ins. co. and thoroughly inspected the damages on the house with the ins. adjuster and they concluded that the roof, siding, gutters, and window screens would all be covered to be replaced. Aloha construction did all the work in timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend them to work with your Insurance Co. and restore your home to New!!!=

Be careful working with this company, they will send you the invoice for any roofing /work they do on your house instead of sending the insurance company,
They always lie about the insurance company not paying them
I learn the hard way, they put a lien on my house because they want me to pay them instead of them sending the insurance company the bill. Even though the insurance company approved the roofing and waiting for them to send the bill
they very unprofessional and rude

I have had a wonderful experience with Aloha Construction replacing my siding and gutters. From my initial experience with Alex [redacted] followed by Russ [redacted] Mike and Pedro. I would definitely recommend Aloha to anyone.

Aloha Construction provided very good service. They replaced my roof timely, where very helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns

They did a fantastic job with the siding on our house, came back to fix a small problem we had quickly, and we had a ton of help from their rep picking between the options. Great value for the price too! Love the final color.

Matt was great to work with. He explained everything that needed to happen and worked with the insurance company as well to explain the situation with my siding. He worked around my schedule and was always available when I had a question. Nice guy and great work.

Loved these guys working for me and my family. Its a family owned biz that doesnt cut corners. Just good work for a fair price. Glad we went with them and would def rec to anyione in need of a roofer, sider, and or gutter guy.

In November Aloha came out and replaced my roof after hail damage. They have replaced 5 roofs in my cull-de-sac. 1st of all when their salesman (Gary ) came to my house I told him that I have gutter helmet on my gutters and I wanted it taken off so I could keep it as I have another property I was going to use it on. The ins. co. paid for replacement also. When the crew tore of my roof they just ripped the gutter helmet off not only tearing up the gutter helmet so it could not be reused but they tore holes in the top edge of all of my gutters. I had taken about 45 feet of the gutter helmet off the gutters before they started to help them out. When they cleaned up they took the 45 ft that I had taken off and stacked in my backyard away from house. This is just a loss to me as they refused to do anything about any of this. After many calls and arguments with different people from aloha they said they would only replace the gutter on one end of my house. They told me that I would not be able to see the other damage from the ground therefore they refused to replace anymore gutter. When the gutter helmet guy came to install new gutter helmet on the damaged gutters he said he had one hell of a time trying to get the gutters straightened for the new gutter helmet. Of course Gary tried to back out saying that was not what was decided on. My feelings at that they should have replaced all the damaged gutters that their crew tore up. I also had to have them come back and replace two pieces of flashing that they reused and was cracked all along the roof where it was installed. They said the reason for that was they didn't have any flashing material on their truck. So if I would not have checked the roof out after they were done I would have this damage and not known it. They also broke some of my wife's lights in her flower bed. They did finally go to Menards and buy her new ones. After arguing with this Gary I finally refused to allow him on my property any longer and told them I would have him arrested if he did. This guy acts like he will bend over backwards for you, but most of what he says is lies.
One of my neighbors roofs they ran out of drip edge and just didn't install about 30 ft. of it they also threw the shingles off and left scratches and black marks along that same side of his home of which he just restrained this summer. The other neighbor had them out several times during and after his roof was done for different things that was wrong.
They also make you sign a contract stating that after they agree to do your roof you cannot back out and have someone else do the job or you pay them 15% of the estimate. I think there is only one home that didn't seem to have complaints and I think that is because they new the guy is an attorney. Would I ever have Aloha do any work for me in the future or recommend them to friends. DEFINETALY NOT!
