I ordered a collar online in early June Payment was debited from bank acct but has never been delivered On June 7, I ordered a Sirious Pro Remote Dog Training collar from Alpha Dog Technologies wesiteThis was to be a replacement collar for one that we had lostThe first collar was purchased from same company about months earlier with no problemI placed order June 7, $whick was charged to my MastercardThat amount was debited from my bank on June 8, I received no confirmation from the company regarding the orderAfter numerous attempts to contact the company by email and voicemail to customer service in June and July, we have received no response The last message that I left indicated that I would like to request a refund or that I was contacting Revdex.comNo confirmation number was given to me after order was placed, my "cart" was shown as "empty"

Contacted Alpha Dog Technologies on 4/5/18 about returning a new, unused collar, still in original packaging, that I no longer needed. I was sent a RMA number and given an address to send the return to. I notified the company the following day with the tracking number, and was told I would be refunded "soon". The return was received by their company from the postal service on 4/12. On 4/20/18, I contacted the Alpha Dog Technologies again, as I had still not received a credit. On 4/24/18, I was sent another email saying that I would be refunded "soon". I have reached out to the company three times since, and initially they kept telling me that I would be refunded soon, now they will not respond at all. The business has no published phone number, so the only way to make contact is by email. It has been thirty days since they accepted my return and have still not issued me a credit. I bought a Sirius Pro Platinum edition dog collar.I paid $by c.conline 03/19/shorty after I e-mailed alpha about product not working , they sent more that didn't work as advertised, I was promised a working model on or about 07/20/2018, I never received one and since then they have refused to answer my e-mailsThe units in question went to sleep after minutes and not wake up .service tech said this should not happenNote: they never said the units worked or didn't work properly , only that would send me another one I would like a unit that works or my money back
