Contacted Alpha Dog Technologies on 4/5/18 about returning a new, unused collar, still in original packaging, that I no longer needed. I was sent a RMA number and given an address to send the return to. I notified the company the following day with the tracking number, and was told I would be refunded "soon". The return was received by their company from the postal service on 4/12. On 4/20/18, I contacted the Alpha Dog Technologies again, as I had still not received a credit. On 4/24/18, I was sent another email saying that I would be refunded "soon". I have reached out to the company three times since, and initially they kept telling me that I would be refunded soon, now they will not respond at all. The business has no published phone number, so the only way to make contact is by email. It has been thirty days since they accepted my return and have still not issued me a credit.
