Comunico el constante incumplimiento del seor Claudio F, representante de la rma ALPHA & OMEGA
2 TILE INC. ubicada en 11507 Blackmoon Dr. tel. 407404-8921.
Mediante Factura--Propuesta #*** de septiembre 26 del presente año, el señor F se compromete a
terminar el trabajo detallado en la misma, en el término de un mes. Empezaron y adelantaron pero fue
necesario parar.
Si bien es cierto se presentaron retrasos por inconsistencias y problemas en los planos, hablamos de adelantar
varios asuntos al interior de la casa y el arreglo del laundry mientras éstos se solucionaban, cosa que nunca
hicieron. Una vez solucionados y con Iuz verde el dia 16 de Noviembre, el seor F sigulé con mentiras y
promesas sin cumplir y lo poco que hicieron logico quedé incompleto y mal hecho.
Les asuntos varios del interior de la casa, citados en la factura-propuestas quedaron sin hacerse y hubieran
podido adelantar todo mientras la ciudad aprobaba Ias correcciones e inconsistencias de los pianos. Paso el
tiempo prometiendo y hasta la fecha la obra en si y lo acordado, todo esta incompleto.
Entre tanto, conando en la honestidad, ética y responsabilidad del seor F, con Ias promesas de
adelantar y cumplir, le hice abonos, pero nada pasé, incumplimientos a diario, hasta que tuve que decirle que
me devolviera el dinero, pues claramente me estaba engaando y después de tantas mentiras y engaños le
habia perdido la conanza.
Estuvo de acuerdo, dijo que yo tenia razén en mis reclamos y que me devolveria el dinero pero que lo pensara.
Luego dijo que terminaria seguro y le di una oportunidad mas... pero nunca llegé.
Ahora ni ohra, ni dinero, no responde el celular, no devuelve llamadas, ni mensajes de texto. Esta perdido con
mi dinero. Ademés, ahora mi techo est:a curvo y con una gotera. Lo responsabilizo pues mi techo estaba derecho
y no tenia ninguna gotera.
Con ésta queja dejo constancia y queda el precedente para Ios nes pertinentes que correspondan a éste
despacho, para que por favor procedan de conformidad.
Agradezco su amable atencién y la guia para que por favor me ayuden y ademas me indiquen como puedo
recuperar mi dinero.

I communicate the constant breach of Mr. Claudio F, representative of the rm ALPHA & OMEGA 2 TILE
INC. located at 11507 Blackmoor Dr. Orlando, Fl. 32837 tel. 407-404-8921.
By Invoice-Proposal #*** of September 26 of this year, Mr. F undertakes to complete the detailed work
in it, in the term of one month.
While it is true there were delays due to inconsistencies and problems in the plans, once solved and with green
light, on November 16, Mr. F started with lies and promises without fullling, the little that made logical
was incomplete.
The various matters of the interior of the house, cited in the proposal-proposals were left undone and could
have advanced all while the city approved the corrections and inconsistencies of the plans. I spend time
promising and to date the work itself and what is agreed, everything is incomplete.
Meanwhile, trusting in the honesty, ethics and responsibility of Mr. F, with the promises to move
forward and comply, I made progress, but nothing happened, violations every day, until I had to tell him to
return the money, because I was clearly cheating and after so many lies he had lost condence.
He agreed, he said that I was right in my claims and that he would return the money but I would think about it.
Then he said that he would end up safe and I gave him one more chance but he never came and I denitely
told him that he wanted my money back given his constant breach.
Now neither work, nor money, does not answer the cell phone, does not retum calls, nor text messages. He is
lost with my money. Also, now my roof is curved and with a leak. I hold him responsible because my roof was
right and there was no leak.
With this complaint I leave evidence and the precedent remains for the pertinent purposes that correspond to
this ofce, so please proceed accordingly.
I appreciate your kind attention and guidance so please help me and also tell me how I can recover my money.
