I just had my furnace die on me on a Sunday and called Pyramid Plumbing and Heating to check it outThey had a service man out within the hour to check it out and found the mother board that controls the gas valve was burntWith the furnace being over years old it wasn't worth replacing the board and we decided to replace the furnaceIt was scheduled for the Tuesday and Derrek, the service man, set the system to work with a watt electric heater till TuesdayAs luck would have it we had a blizzard starting Monday night through WednesdayNeedless to say they could make it Tuesday and called me to let me know they'd be there Wednesday morningTrue to their word they pulled up am sliding through the snow driftsThey pulled out the old furnace and installed the new one in about hours, cleaned up after themselves, and out they wentYou'll never have known they were thereThey were very professional, courteous, and skilledThey installed a hi-efficiency gas keeprite furnaceIt's very quiet compared to the old unit and the house is nice and toastyThis was also the same company that installed my old furnace years ago I wouldn't go to another company for a furnace or air conditioner
Pyramid came and installed my new furnace Initially, they were the lowest bidder out of a few for similar equipment I negotiated that a high end communicating thermostat be included in the price, which they agreed to The actual install went smoothly They showed up on the agreed upon date and on time The actual install took three guys just under hours to replace a furnace and thermostat, and run new intake and exhaust lines out the back of the house There WAS a little trouble installing the thermostat, but it was quickly sorted out by reading the manual, and I chalk it up to the thermostat not being a commonly used one Overall everybody at the company (from Mike the salesman to the installers Matt, Max and Derrick) were all very professional and courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new HVAC equipment
