I had Pyramid install a new furnace and central a/c in my home, The entire Pyramid team was polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with. No high pressure sales and the installers were knowledgeable and efficient. They also cleaned up nicely after they were finished their work. The Pyramid sales rep quickly responded to any messages/e-mails etc. and completely took care of filling out the Hydro financing paperwork. All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase and the level of service I received. I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their heating/cooling equipment.

We had a great experience dealing with Mike during the initial quote. Once we confirmed the installation, his crew was here less than a week later. They were courteous and professional during the install, and answered any questions I had.

Pyramid came and installed my new furnace. Initially, they were the lowest bidder out of a few for similar equipment. I negotiated that a high end communicating thermostat be included in the price, which they agreed to.

The actual install went smoothly. They showed up on the agreed upon date and on time. The actual install took three guys just under 4 hours to replace a furnace and thermostat, and run new intake and exhaust lines out the back of the house. There WAS a little trouble installing the thermostat, but it was quickly sorted out by reading the manual, and I chalk it up to the thermostat not being a commonly used one.

Overall everybody at the company (from Mike the salesman to the installers Matt, Max and Derrick) were all very professional and courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new HVAC equipment.

I was able to connect with someone to schedule a plumbing repair via email, the response was very quick. She answered all my questions and was able to get me scheduled in asap. The plumber was timely and worked quickly with his assistant to fix the problem. He showed me what repairs he made, and explained why he had to install a new length of pipe. The repair looks good and is very detailed (the pipe now has several angles that brings it directly where it needs to go, instead of being bent to meet the main pipe.). I am happy with the results, I am happy with the experience, they were upfront with the price when I asked, and no more leaks. They cleaned up perfectly, and I will not hesitate to call Pyramid again if something needs fixing or installation. I would also recommend that and family or friends call them first because the experience was not frustrating or stressful at all!

I have had a furnace and an air conditioner installed by Pyramid Plumbing and Heating Ltd. and am very pleased with the installation and maintenance service I received. Work is always done quickly and effectively, and the work area is always clean and orderly when the service staff leave. Staff are friendly and always explain how to use and maintain my systems.
