I have attached all email correspondents, signed service agreement, and sales receiptsWe had made several attempts to get in contact with client about our policies and procedures of canceling her accountOur first email was from [redacted] on August 3rd, we never received a response back from clientWe were trying to inform her of the process of canceling her account, it is stated in our service agreement that if client wishes to cancel the month agreement the client would need to pay any remaining monthly feesI finally got in touch with client on Oct 2nd and spoke to her in regards to canceling her account, my email that was sent prior to speaking with client mentioned that she needed to pay the outstanding amount toward her original setup fee which was $500, and that we would also need to collect the remaining monthly payments in order to cancel her accountDuring our conversation in October she mentioned to me that, her business model wasn't being appreciated by the small business owners in her communityShe stated that they didn't value the idea of her online business directories and that was part of the reason for canceling her accountI agreed to cancel the account if she paid the $which was from the initial setup fee, and I waived the remaining months of monthly fees in an attempt to satisfy clientClient was well aware of the nine month agreement and that we would be charging her card each month, the card was provided by client at the initial setup processIf we as a company were to adhere to what is stated in the agreement we would still need to collect for the months of monthlies, however we decided to take a loss on that amount in order to try and rectify this with the clientThe two payments that were charged to the client cards were done before anyone actually spoke to the clientIn our agreement it clearly states that there are no refunds under any circumstancesWe as a company have done everything in our power to keep the client happy, and we also lost money on this accountThis account has been canceled and there is not further action required on this account ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***

The point of this matter is the Service Agreement was fulfilledYou received a preview of the product and then a finished finished (final) product from our Subcontractors

Alpha Technologies does not misrepresent ourselves as any of our competitors [redacted] is our competitorMy system reflects work was completed and reports were e-mailedAlpha Technologies does not guarantee sales or trafficWe only guarantee our clients' Website being ranked within the first few pages of major search enginesWe do not pose as any competitor or companyAlpha Technologies is completely independent as stated in our service agreement and verification process

I reject your response and choose not to respond any furtherWe are a professional/reputable company and choose not to engage in the unprofessionalism you've displayed as a business owner

We started services on [redacted] 's account, however, did not give Alpha Technologies the opportunity to fulfill services per the Service Agreement [redacted] initiated a chargeback and per her contract, incurs a recoup feeWe also added her monthly maintenance fees hence the total amount sent to collectionsWe abide by our contract and are very stern in following the contractAnd we expect the same from our clientsWe treat our clients with respect and courtesy

Section of our Service Agreement clearly states, “All payments for paid packages are non-refundable.” Once a prospect becomes a client, we immediately procure services from our vendorsWe have a non-refundable policy from our Vendors, which is extended to our clients to protect Alpha TechnologiesAlpha Technologies does not refund the initial setup fee and clients are obligated to pay their monthly maintenance fee for nine monthsIf a client chooses to not participate or refuses to work with us to provide services in a timely manner per the Service Agreement, Alpha Technologies will make executive decisions for the client to fulfill our obligations [redacted] has been difficult to work with and would not provide us information or input regarding her WebsiteTherefore, we made the executive decision to create a Website based on what she originally discussedI offered a discount for her Website as an effort for retention and customer satisfactionShe denied my offerHere at Alpha Technologies we are dedicated to respect and customer serviceWe are not bulliesWe merely enforce our Service Agreement the same our customer's would enforce it with us

According to my records, [redacted] 's account was closed and she was invoiced a cancellation fee in December Upon paying the cancellation fee, a cancellation e-mail was sent herI do not have any other notes in my system indicating contact by phone, mail, or e-mailWe do not guarantee salesSales are based upon the niche or demand of the products our client is providing for their customersWe build and/or enhance website through marketing techniques proven to workServices rendered are documented in our system to show they were completed and in accordance to our service agreementHere at Alpha Technologies; we take pride in our services, go the extra mile for our customers, and lead the pack in digital technology for our customers

Reiterating, we do not guarantee sales or trafficWe only guarantee being ranked within the first few pages of major search engines

I am rejecting this response because:Russ W*** (your project manager) sold me on your company's ability to create a unique website loaded with MANY high quality original artwork from several artists This would indeed be an awesome NICHE website...for which I paid $ You know that this unusual fully loaded website did NOT happen He started very little...then left your company...left you embarrassed holding an empty bag! Your company did not deliver what Russ sold! It was a deceptive sales tactic I want a full refund because your company's credibility is at severe risk

the agreementIn addition to the monthly fees for a nine month period, her nine month agreement would have been finished in March of We have collected a total of $on her monthly fees, so in actuality she still owes months of monthly feesI have attached a copy of the signed service agreement for your reference.In the agreement it states that the client is on a nine month agreement and is required to make a monthly payment of $for the nine month contract, which was signed by the clientWe did receive email on July 30th from your client wishing to cancel the nine month contractHowever we did send her a email on August 3rd and then again on August 10th, informing her that if she wished to cancel her nine month agreement she would have to pay for the remaining months leftWe never received an email or phone call back from your client to confirm that she was still in fact wanting to cancel, and that she would pay off the monthlies to get her account cancelledShe did not follow the proper avenues of cancelling her account, she just expected that we would cancel the account but that is not what is stated in the contract that was signed.I sent your client another email on September 29th informing her that she had a balance of $1,100, which was the amount of the remaining monthly fees and the $that was still owedShe then reached out to me on October 2nd and left me a very nasty voicemail in which she states that we could take her website and stick it up her ***When I spoke to your client and she expressed to me her concerns with her websiteShe stated that she wasn't getting the traffic she expected, she was very upset and felt that a lot of small business owners didn't actually understand her business modelShe felt like a lot of small business owners didn't understand what she was trying to do with her online business directoryThe client felt like small business owners didn't need her small business directory services, we did implement the keywords to her website but if consumers didnt understand her business model that is not something that we can change or controlShe felt it was best to cancel her services with us, informed her that we could get her cancelled however she would have to pay the remaining monthly fees and the outstanding balance of $on the original price of her purchased packetShe told me that she was not going to be paying anymore of the monthly fees because she didn't feel like we were doing our job which is not trueWe also informed the client that these changes to their website do not happen over night, hence the reason for a nine month agreementUnder the circumstances and in an effort to just put this issue behind us I agreed with the client that we would accept the $for the original price of the packageMeaning that she no longer had to continue with the monthly fees for the remainder of her contractI didn't mention the previous three months of Monthly fees because the client was aware of those monthly fees, which again the information was in her service agreement I never stated that we would be refunding her any type of moneyThe agreement she and I had was that she would pay the $that was still outstandingThe monthly fees that were charged were from July to August, there were no monthly fees charged after speaking with the clientI believe that both the client and our business have lost out on this, we have paid out for the work that was done on her account We did the work and also paid out for the work, and we still worked with the client and waived the remaining monthly fees which was a total of $600. Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I clearly stated that the reason I cancelled was the sketchy company information and ineffective non-improvement on webpage visitors with a copy of this correspondence sent to both the Revdex.com and the companyThe cancellation e-mail clearly stated and quote "I would like to cancel the month to month which would have been for nine months and just keep the limited basic code done on the home page that covers the basic work for of which $has already been paidThereason is that there is absolutely no difference in the volume of searches and your company online information...nformation is sketchy at bestI have no way to know more about your company and no contacts just an e-mail by someone that placed basic coding with words that have done nothing to improvemy searchesI will agree to pay just the of which has already been paid(Cancellation e-mail copy enclosed in correspondence)I also noted that in July a similar complaint was filed of them being lay-back and not doing the work for it seems they use more the contract like technology Tech entrepreneur (technology used to bind) in making them the money vsdoing the actual effective workSo, again, its deceptive to now claim I cancelled due to clients not appreciating what I wished to accomplish in helping themThis was just a comment by me way after the fact when we negotiated the $which is what I told them in July of only wishing to pay the $of which $was already paid which is the basic homepage without monthlyThey never told of ($dollars ) taken out and provided no receipts to me nor notification which then caused my account to be overdrawn and to this day causing havoc in my business flow So again, its deceptive of her to say that I said I cancelled due to my potential clients not understanding my objectives when my cancellation e-mail to them in July proves otherwise. At this point they could just keep the agreed $which is the $down and the $I gave them but for them to return to my bank the non informed to me, nor receipts issued of the two ($100.00) dollars taken out of my bank accountSo, if they return the $back to my bank then that will then satisfy everything on my side and end my complaint process. I am rejecting this response because:Russ W*** said I needed a NEW website (present one was no good), talked of using REAL artists, unique products, massive product uploads, I'd be selling in months, he'd make the connections Made me excited Very little happened-then he left the company Other people contacted me-said they would start over...BUT I would provide products-which would be like what I had on the original website-that Russ said was no good Would not be the unique FINE ART that Russ promised...and for which I had paid $3800!! After that Alpha did some work but was futile because ordinary products can't sell against Amazon and such sellers!! Very disgusted after Russ's scheme disappeared
