I have attached all email correspondents, signed service agreement, and sales receipts. We had made several attempts to get in contact with client about our policies and procedures of canceling her account. Our first email was from [redacted] on August 3rd, we never received a response back from client. We were trying to inform her of the process of canceling her account, it is stated in our service agreement that if client wishes to cancel the 9 month agreement the client would need to pay any remaining monthly fees. I finally got in touch with client on Oct 2nd and spoke to her in regards to canceling her account, my email that was sent prior to speaking with client mentioned that she needed to pay the outstanding amount toward her original setup fee which was $500, and that we would also need to collect the remaining monthly payments in order to cancel her account. During our conversation in October she mentioned to me that, her business model wasn't being appreciated by the small business owners in her community. She stated that they didn't value the idea of her online business directories and that was part of the reason for canceling her account. I agreed to cancel the account if she paid the $500 which was from the initial setup fee, and I waived the remaining 7 months of monthly fees in an attempt to satisfy client. Client was well aware of the nine month agreement and that we would be charging her card each month, the card was provided by client at the initial setup process. If we as a company were to adhere to what is stated in the agreement we would still need to collect for the 7 months of monthlies, however we decided to take a loss on that amount in order to try and rectify this with the client. The two payments that were charged to the client cards were done before anyone actually spoke to the client. In our agreement it clearly states that there are no refunds under any circumstances. We as a company have done everything in our power to keep the client happy, and we also lost money on this account. This account has been canceled and there is not further action required on this account.

I am rejecting this response because:they led  me to believe the services they would provide were associated with my school.  The NEVER told me they were independent.  Since Alpha Tech showed up with 48 hours of my agreeing to be trained in e-commerce by KSG Sourcing, I naturally believed they were a part of  KSG.  That was not the case, and they took my money and never told me all the facts.  Their business standards are questionable as well as business tactics.  I want people to understand that this business is predatory and dishonest.  I want my deposit back.  I and they know what they can do with their contract.

Technologies. Alpha Technologies does not refund the initial setup fee and clients are obligated to pay their monthly maintenance fee for nine months. If a client chooses to not participate or refuses to work with us to provide services in a timely manner per the Service Agreement, Alpha Technologies will make executive decisions for the client to fulfill our obligations. [redacted] has been difficult to work with and would not provide us information or input regarding her Website. Therefore, we made the executive decision to create a Website based on what she originally discussed. I offered a discount for her Website as an effort for retention and customer satisfaction. She denied my offer. Here at Alpha Technologies we are dedicated to respect and customer service. We are not bullies. We merely enforce our Service Agreement the same our customer's would enforce it with us.

I am rejecting this response because: Alpha Technologies has not provided the services that I paid for. I had 1 phone conversation with them which proved to be with a very rude young man. I repeatedly requested that no work be done on my site & their contract states that once work is started the "Site" that there will be no refunds. I have attached my emails along with a brief summation of what has taken place. I respectfully request that they provide a recording of my conversation with them on 4/25. The way this young man spoke to me is why I requested a copy of the contract and contacted my lawyer the very next day. I do admit to reacting to the bullying I received by contacting my lawyer.

I am rejecting this response because:Original payment of $2500 to Alpha Tech Group was paid on 2/13/17 after discussing this with Freedom Financial  Education they advised that I should not have signed that they was nothing Alpha Tech could do for me.  Called Alpha Tech within 7 days to cancel, they were rude and ulgy and threaten me.  I cancelled the payment , but after being intimated and scared it would ruin my credit I paid it on 3/24/17.  I then received a bill from a collection agency on behalf of Alpha Tech requesting more money. I then filled a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and at that time, the collection agency withdrew their complaint and submitted a request to the credit bureaus for removal of any information concerning my debt.  The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau advised me that they couldn't help me any further, but I could pursue this other ways.  I am a senior citizen that has been taken advantage of by these scams over the telephone and this is exactly what this was.  Why would the collection agency withdraw the complaint because they were working with Alpha Tech, but they knew it was a scam and didn't want to get caught in wrong doings.

The point of this matter is the Service Agreement was fulfilled. You received a preview of the product and then a finished finished (final) product from our Subcontractors.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: This business had NO AUTHORITY to help themselves to my business account without any receipt to me nor authority or notification of such activity and is deceptively using a paper generating technology to bind and deceive victimized clients across state lines.  I expect a full refund and filed complaint with my bank and expect a full refund. I reject your response and choose not to respond any further. We are a professional/reputable company and choose not to engage in the unprofessionalism you've displayed as a business owner.

According to my records, work has been completed and quarterly reports were e-mailed. Alpha technologies does not guarantee sales. We only guarantee search engine ranking on major search engines. Reiterating; reports were sent by e-mail, there was phone dialogue, and work was completed.

We started services on [redacted]'s account, however, did not give Alpha Technologies the opportunity to fulfill services per the Service Agreement. collections. We abide by our contract and are very stern in following the contract. And we expect the same from our clients. We treat our clients with respect and courtesy.
