Very frustrating to deal with this company; once the salesman (*** ***) got the order he was a phantom; had to deal with office staff (***) which was not always positive Took months from order to installation to get impact windows The workers removed window shade brackets without my knowledge which will cause me to purchase new ones and hire a handyman to install them In addition, I wrote a letter to the "Managing Member", ***, about questions and concerns with NO response I DO not recommend this company

On October 10/I signed a contract with Alpha Windows and Doors to install Hurricane Windows and two doors at my house in FtLauderdaleThe project took months and was not completed in a timely fashion or to generally accepted construction standardsI made several payments to them but final payment was delayed as the company was provided a "Punch List" in February of items including notice of a scratched hurricane door window upon installationIn March 2017, they sent out a person to look at the list of items and that person tinkered about for awhile but never made the repairsI brought this to their attention on or about March and never heard from them until an estimated months later (October 23, 2017) now asking for final paymentHonestly, I thought that they were disregarding my formal DEMAND to complete the proje

I just wanted to send you a note to thank you and your team for all your help on my window/door replacement project. I am very happy with the results and it looks great! From the initial meeting everything was very straight forward and all the steps were explained clearly. Everything moved along very promptly and professionally, right through to the final inspection.
The installation by [redacted] and [redacted] went very smoothly and they are clearly very a experienced and hardworking crew. They were always on-time, very friendly and got right to work and did not stop for a minute. I got tired just watching them! They answered all my questions and completed a very clean installation without damage to surrounding floors, sills and walls. (yeaaaaaa!) They really know what they are doing and I could not ask for a better installation.
Obviously you guys have your act together and it was a pleasure dealing with the Alpha Window and Door team. Its so rare to find an contractor who is honest, professional, customer oriented and delivers what they say.
Needless to say I will recommend your company to everyone I know who is considering window/door replacement.
