Don’t expect to get a refund
They will come up with anything to reject your refund. I didn’t even take it out of the bag because I didn’t like the color, after returning it they said they rejected the refund because they said they detected a “faint odor” whatever that means. It arrived completely odorless, but there is no way to prove it.

Terrible return policies. I ordered the wrong size and notified customer service immediately.
A couple days later, customer support said they can only cancel orders and not change sizes. The order was shipped within an hour or so, which was not enough time for me to make any changes.
They charge very high shipping fees for very overpriced clothes. They couldn't make any exception even after I've spent > $500 with them.
Never shopping with this company again. Be warned!!

Package ordered on April 4, 2020. Shipped on April 9, 2020 via UPS. As per tracking status the package was transferred to the local post office in Bensenville IL on April 9, 2020. The package has not moved since April 9, 2020. Customer contacted UPS on May 2, 2020. UPS claims to have transferred package to United States Postal Service. Customer called United States Postal Service and they have claimed to never have received the package. Customer contacted Alphalete Support on May 2, 2020 to notify them that the package has been lost and to request a refund for the item.

Company contacted customer on May 5, 2020 to state that there are delays due to COVID-19 but that the package has been transferred to postal service. Company ignored the details in previous email stating that customer had already contacted the PO and they stated they do not have the package.

Customer re-contacted support via email (there is no listed contact number anywhere) to tell them again that the package was never transferred as per the PO. Company repsonded with a generic email stating that packages are just delayed.

Company has not looked into the matter, has not provided any support and ignores the client's original support message. Package has clearly been lost and company refuses to provide refund.

I ordered the ***. I was not sure what size to order so I followed the exact measurement guidelines that Alphalete provided and ordered a Men's Medium. Once received, the joggers were too small and I could not wear them. I asked for a return label because they listed the incorrect measurements on their website. I was told that I had to ship them back myself. In order to ship them back, it would cost me $15 which I don't have due to being a full time student.

Bought an item online. Followed the sizing guide. Measured everything to make sure I was getting the right size. When I get the order it did not fit me AT ALL. Then they tell me I have to pay $15 to ship it back even though it was faulty on their end. I email them to explain to them that I followed all their instructions and the pants still didn't fit me....they didn't care. So now I have to be short $15 because they refuse to have good customer service. Absolutely ridiculous.

I have ordered from this company many times before and just recently ordered on February 8, 2020. I just recently received this order on February 28th. I received two faulty products and I emailed them my concern 5 days ago and I have yet to get an email back about my issues but I continue to see them posting on social media platforms. I feel as if I'm being ignored and I am genuinely shocked at the zero assistance I have received with this awful experience. At this rate, I will be close to the return/refund period and the hundreds of dollars I have spent will be wasted. After much research I have noticed this is happening to many people and has times before, this shows their terrible customer service and they truly just don't care about anyone once items have been purchased. They have stated that the product I did order has been "fixed" so these problems wouldn't arise so with this statement to be false advertising I am unhappy. If I would have known these products would rip I would have never ordered to begin with. The leggings are now completely useless and unwearable. As I am in Canada we have to pay conversion, shipping, and duties for this company so I am spending all of this extra money on a product that should last me longer than 1 wear.

My address was incorrect on my order, within 30 mins of placing the order I realized this and contacted the company to change it. They informed me they could not help me and I needed to contact UPS, however UPS can't change an address until a failed delivery. I then contacted Alphalete again to cancel my order. They told me they couldn't cancel it because it had shipped even though it was less than 10 hours after placing my order and a Sunday. UPS customer service confirmed that my package was still in the Alphalete warehouse and had not been picked up yet. They also told me that when they tried to go in and change the shipping label, Alphalete had placed security restrictions on my package meaning the only thing they could do was misdeliver and have my package go back to Alphalete. I should be given a refund for this and their customer service is horrible. There isn't even a phone number to call.

I paid 400 in times to have them not fit, I went to do a return and was told my items are final sale. Final sale that is not posted and still at full price. I contacted Alphalete and they said they will allow a refund this one time. I sent my items in with tracking and Alphalete never received them. I’m out over $400 dollars and no return on my items. This company is a scam, buyer beware..

A respectable company that I’ve never had an issue with. High quality products and customer service.

Last November of 2019, I decided to participate in Alphalete's Black Friday event. I live in Canada in a PST time zone, whereas Alphalete is in a CST time zone meaning I am two hours behind. I set my alarm for 10:00pm (which is their 12:00am) and within the first five minutes, I had finished selecting my items and even completed my purchase by checking out. I had submitted an order for 5 items. A few days later, my sister had asked me to order her a couple of Alphalete items from the sale so I submitted an order for 2 items on November 30th, 2019. In the initial email, it did state that it may take up 7-10 business days for the company to fulfill orders therefore you would have to wait that duration of time to receive a confirmation email, which I was compliant with knowing that Black Friday is one of the busiest days of the year for retailers. Weeks go by, and I finally receive a confirmation email on December 12th, 2019.. but for my second order..? Being in a position where I was confused, I naturally go onto their Instagram which is where they do most or almost all of their marketing only to see that thousands of others were experiencing the same negative experience as I was. Alphalete eventually DELETES the entire post with over a thousand frustrated and unsatisfied comments, and shuts down their website claiming to be "on a break".. I was left in the complete dark. I had emailed their customer service team on December 17th, 2019 asking for an updated status of my package as I still have not received confirmation for my first order. I received NO response - however, many who commented on the Instagram post were lucky enough to receive a GENERIC response (talk about the amazing customer service team they have). I also find out through the comments that they emailed a selected bunch (I'm assuming domestic consumers) and stated that Alphalete will be accommodating complimentary "two day express shipping" to compensate for their mistakes. Since I live in Canada, I knew that that incentive would not be applicable to my order which I was 100% right about because it is now January 14th, 2020 and I STILL have not received my order. I did receive a confirmation email for my first order on December 18th, 2019 only to learn that they were only fulfilling 4/5 items that I had ordered - which I personally wasn't upset about, I was just happy my items were starting to move. But after waiting almost 2 full MONTHS for my order to arrive, not having any of my emails/comments being responded to, and just being left in the complete dark, I can say that this is the worst shopping experience I've ever had in my lifetime. I've been a loyal and returning Alphalete customer for quite some time now but this is just absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. I have filed a dispute with my bank and am hoping to get my money back that way as it seems Alphalete won't be replying to anyone's emails anytime soon!! At least address the issue and APOLOGIZE to your customers who are keeping your brand alive. It's alright to make mistakes, but to hide and pretend like nothing ever happened is unnecessary. Transparency is crucial.

I ordered on their black Friday sale 2019. They sent me the wrong item. Customer service took weeks to respond. They asked me to return the product after being asked twice for photos of it. They sent generic emails that were autogenerated. I was told to send the item back and to email with the ***. I have not received an email, phone call or any form of contact with information on a refund. They should have apologize offered to make it better and they didn't. I'm still waiting to hear back and get my refund.

Without a doubt the worst company to deal with. After numerous attempts to reach out to customer service, radio silence. Their clothing is not worth the hassle. The CEO should absolutely be more open with what’s going on in the company because this is ridiculous.

Ordered products for Black Friday (11/29/19), they have a 10 day minimum shipping, which it took over 10 days to ship my product out. They claim my product was delivered (12/19/19) but it never made it to my door. I emailed the same day, later on sent multiple emails, and did not receive any response until (12/30/19) which was during days that their website stated that they were “out of office”. After commenting, messaging not only the brand but the owner of the brand, I find that hundreds of others have the same experience as I do. One even showed us an email where they apologized for the poor Black Friday order and offered a 10% off code ( alphalete responded to her on 1/3/20 for a placed Black Friday order) instead of reimbursement.

With multiple complaints I’ve found that they added “Alphalete Athletics is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.

Alphalete Athletics is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of the shipping provider.” 5 days after their Black Friday sale.

I’ve been following the owner for years no wonder he’s coming across so much success with a new home and new cars when he’s stealing money from people who work hard and purchase HIS products.

Beyond disappointed with this brand, no wonder they have an F rating on Revdex.com.

Have ordered from this company three times within the last two years on launch days. Each time the items ordered were delivered ahead of projected time schedule by one day, and items were correct. Returned one item and transaction was smooth. Great quality of products.

I placed an order on 11/29/2019. I understood this was a busy time and they informed the customers to expect 7-10 business days before shipment. I followed up on the status of this order on 12/19/2019. There has been zero contact from the company. I was fine waiting until I received an email today that the site is open for new orders now. Given the number of people I see on social media complaining about not receiving month-old orders, this isn't isolated to just me. What kind of company accepts new orders when they have an enormous backlog to still ship?

Our team is currently working through the high volume of emails we have experienced since Black Friday sale event in 2019. If the customer has sent in an email to us we will respond to them as soon as we can. We respond oldest to newest fashion so, we kindly ask that only 1 email be sent in at a time to ensure the email timestamp is not resfreshed to the newer emails of the day so we can respond accordingly. In addition, I have reached out to the customer with regards to the order that was shipped from our warehouse, but has had no further movement after being picked up by the courier service, USPS. I placed an order during their Black Friday sale and it took 3 weeks to get to me. Upon receipt, one of the leggings was damaged and have send them an e-mail requesting an exchange for the damaged item. They have yet to respond back over a week later and I have even messaged them directly through their Instagram page. They are constantly posting all the positive feedback in their stories and taking photoshoots with new models but have no time to respond to their paying customers? Complete disgrace of a business.

Terrible company. Ordered over $350 worth of items on black friday, company wouldn’t respond to emails regarding the shipping. They said 7-10 business, then said they needed additional days, and finally on 12/19 they sent an email about “inventory discrepancies” so items I ordered will not be shipped. Finally received part of my order 12/23 but was never refunded for the items they did not ship. They refuse to email me back so I opened a claim with PayPal then they email me back hours after opening a claim saying they tried to refund me but couldnt do to the claim. And now all the items I am supposed to be refunded for are in stock on their website for full price. This company is a joke. I used to be a regular customer but their customer service is a joke and beyond terrible.

I first received my order mid December. I sent an email to Alphalete customer service a day or two later, December 14, letting them know about a pair of leggings I received that arrived with a stain on the waistband. I received a response to this on December 19, indicating I had
two options: I could wash the leggings to see if the stain comes out, or I could return them without washing. I was advised if the stain did not
come out in the wash, to let them know and they would be able to resolve the issue from there. I had sent a response email on the same day, December 19, and it has now been 14 days today and I have not heard anything back from the merchant. I would like to have this resolved as the stain is very unsanitary, and the item is supposed to be brand new.

Hello, I ordered from Alphalete Athletics during the black friday sale, and placed an order within the first 15 minutes of the midnight sale. My order number is 692662 from Alphalete Athletics. I spent well over $400 on this order, and my order did NOT get arrive until December 19th. I was refunded $73.60 on that order because on their end, they were dealing with a discrepancy with inventory and stocks. Thus, two of my merlot identity shorts were put off my order, and refunded because they were not fulfilled at the fulfillment center. The reason why I am contacting Revdex.com is because upon arrival and opening my package, I am missing a total of 4 identity shorts and 2 size large Camo Black Shirts. I am missing a total of $189.20 worth in the items not in my package. I have tried multiple times to contact their business email, customer service email, Instagram pages, and even Relay Distribution(The fulfillment company for Alphalete Athletics). When I contacted their customer service email, they replied with a generic, automated message, and this has been going on for WEEKS now. More on this topic, I am furious and frustrated that the items that are missing in my package were going to be Christmas gifts for my brother. Christmas has passed, and I wasn't able to get him anything he wanted. I even went on Alphalete Athletics website because I really wanted to repurchase the items not present in package since my brother is a big fan of the company. However, the items missing in my package are sold out on the website, and at this point, it feels like the company just took my money. It's like a sham where Alphalete Athletics took my money and ran off with it. At this point, my desired solution is just store credit so I can, AT LEAST, make it up to my brother for not being able to deliver on the gifts I had planned for him. Thank you for listening to me because no one else at Alphalete Athletics have been listening.

I ordered leggings from Alphalete and have not received them. I have contacted their customer service multiple times with little to no response. Alphalete’s website is now blocked and requires a password to enter, leaving no way for me to contact their customer service. I’m at a point where I’m about to do a chargeback with my credit card company.

The customer's package was fulfilled by our warehouse, seen in the picture attached. However, due to concern regarding it's movement with the shipping company a claim was opened on the customer's behalf through us on USPS. USPS then deemed the package lost as they could not recover it and we have since refunded the customer after receiving these results from them during our holiday break.
