Alphalete has a 30 day return/exchange policy. However, they make their website inactive after the holidays which makes it impossible to execute a return or exchange of an item by clicking the link in their policy. There appears to be no other way to exchange or return an item. I want to exchange to of the many items I purchased for a different size. This is very suspicious.

The customer has been responded to via our support email concerning the request for return instructions since our website is down.

My husband ordered a pair of leggings for me for Christmas from this company. I tried them on when they arrived and they do not fit. We went online to the business' website to the returns/refunds tab to make/print our return label for the item. The website comes up with an error message saying the leggings are a final sale item and can not be returned. No where on the website/item listing does it say the leggings are a final sale item. A small message pops up after the return label website saying "this item is final sale and can not be returned" saying the reach out to their customer service through an email address with issues/questions. I emailed the address listed on their website concerning the item I wish to return and the fact that the website does not say it is a final sale item and have never gotten a response from the business whatsoever. So I am stuck with $65 leggings I can not wear and no way to get ahold of the company to be able to return them.

We do apologize that the item attempting to be returned is now a final sale item and the system has it marked accordingly due to our Black Friday sale event. Since the customer purchase the leggings at full price they are more than welcomed in our returns - further instructions for returning them have been sent through to the customer.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings from this company on November 29, 2019. The total charge with shipping costs was $64.18. I never received a confirmation e-mail with an order number or tracking label, and my account was fully charged that evening. I have communicated my complaint with the company, and they have yet to respond to my exact complaint, rather they try to inform me of their shipping process and the high demand of the company. I understand the demand around Black Friday, but no amount of money should be taken from someone's account when there's not a proper confirmation e-mail present. I checked all folders in my e-mail, and especially around the holidays, I'm very careful when it comes to checking e-mails.

The customer contacted us on December 11th in which we responded December 12th with updates concerning orders yet to be fulfilled for shipment. We were in contact again with the customer on December 16th when we were asked to cancel the order and provide a refund, which was done on December 18th. Please see screenshots attached of both contact with the customer as well as the proof of cancellation/refund.

I placed an order that was several hundred dollars worth as a gift for my husband and after 16 days I received no communication, shipping information or explanation for the status of our order. This company completely disregards their consumers inquires and has horrible customer service

I placed an order on 10/14/19 for a hoodie. Still to date I haven’t received the item and I requested a full refund. Their response time is the worst I’ve dealt with in a long time. Don’t buy from them whatsoever!!!!!

Alphalete held a large Black Friday sale on November 2018. I made a purchase of 8 items totaling around $184. The package arrived to me December 3, 2018, slashed open, and taped back together. Inside the damage parcel was only 1 of 8 purchased items - not even a packing slip. I filed a claim with ***, the shipper, who contacted Alphalete. Alphalete refunded (around December 6/7, 2018) my order stating that they rarely restock and cannot re-send my order.

However, on December 11, they post on social media, a restock of items - many of which were in my original order. I emailed the company requesting them to re-send my order instead of my refund but they never responded.

I feel cheated that my original order was not fulfilled and they continued to sell their supposedly, “limited and rarely restocked” items at full price. They rather sell their product at full price than fulfill orders that were placed on sale.

This customer had already been fully refunded. We restock returns as they come back. We cannot send this order because it has already been refunded, and we also do not have stock.

Hello,

Yes, I am confirming I received a refund. I requested that I send back my refund in exchange for them sending me my order.

I received 26-11 a mail that my order was send out from Alphalete Athletics to the Netherlands. I bought a few products from there Black Friday Sale. Today (7-12) still my order not received and no respons from Alphalete on e-mails (a lot of custumers complains this problem on Instagram etc).

This order was shipped under tracking ***, with ***. We have contacted the customer on Dec. 12th to see if they have received the parcel, but have not received a response back.

Tried contacting customer service about an issue with my order and no response was ever given. After placing the order, I contacted them through the site and wanted to see if I could cancel the order or swap the items out and it also says a reply will be given within 3 business days which did not happen. They ended up shipping it out anyways days later and have not responded to any emails at all. They do not even have a phone number to reach anyone at. I really do like this company's apparel and it was supposed to be a gift but they do not respond at all to solve any issues.
