over prices, unsolicited merchandise sent in the guise of a free sample.

I live in WIS. and contacted a FL company on-line to send product samples to me for $8.00. Samples were sent and I sent a credit card pmt.
I sent the $8 fee for the samples and did not contact them again. My next C card statement had new charges dated 12/15/18 of $98 and $93!! Also an add'l charge of $98 on Jan 15!! I am told by my CC company that the FL vendor has a written statement that was not shared with me allowing them to charge my acct at will. This is a SCAM!!

Desired Outcome

That they must return the $$$ from the unauthorized charges of $98, $93 and $98. I have closed my acct. and they cannot continue this scam of charging without authorization.

This product was originally offered on a free trial basis but was continued to be delivered and charged to me without my authorization.

I tried several times to contact this company on the telephone number provided on the package but was continually asked to hold and no one ever came back on the line.
The subject product is: MHL-S-CT-F6553-DA150-60-ALH-TBP-L01 SKU#: Testosterone Premium F6553.
Also MHL-S-EC-F6543-DA250-120-ALH-NOP-L01-SKU#:
NO2 Premium F6543

Desired Outcome

This business is a scam and should be shut down!

Charged $201 for "trail offer" supplements that were supposed to be free unless you call in 15 day. Called for credit & they tried to negotiate. $0!
In December 2018, I was charged $98 and $93 for trail offer supplements that were supposed to be free unless you call in 15 days. This was not disclosed when ordered. I was charged $98 & $93 dollars for a trial offer (only ordered one supplement). I noticed the charges on my credit card and called the company in less than 15 days. They argued with me and tried to negotiate the credit at different credit percents. We agreed they would credit the $98. I did get the credit card company to block the $93 as I assumed the company would honor the $98 credit. I have still not received the credit and have called them 3 times and sent multiple emails. They claim it was done but I have confirmed with my credit card company twice that it was not. I would like a full refund. I don't want the product as they do not work.

Desired Outcome

Full credit as agreed by this company $98

Customer Response • May 15, 2019

I have not received the $98 payment as they have stated. I have asked this company to provide proof with no success I have also checked with my credit card company twice to confirm that it was not submitted.

Alphentyx Health Response • Jun 03, 2019

good day, am glad the charges have been reversed.
but I requested the amount to be refunded back to my bank credit card.

if the check has been issued, is there a tracking number?
havr not received it yet

Customer Response • Apr 04, 2019

good day, as per checking, have not received a check for the refund. alphentyx not respond to emails. was requesting to just send me a cancellation memo so my bank credit card will handle the reversal instead of a check.

The "market" for mature men and ED is unfortunately populated by scammers. The problem with this company is their Alpha TRT product. I actually would have purchased A bottle of it after trying it, but the Revdex.com complaints plus the fact that I had to demand to not ship me any more when I got the trial bottle speaks volumes about this company. Too bad because the formula (probably stolen) was not bad.

I was charged $98 twice. I did not see any box to ccheck any box for auto ship. They said they said they wouldould only hav to pay $4.95
Alpha trt charge Nov 12 and Dec 12..2018 8 dollars twice

Desired Outcome

My money back

Once I got off the website I could not the it. BE here should not have auto ship because I cannot read the tiny print. It's not fair. I wondered how any other Seniors fell for this..I o And I received 2 bottles and 1 was supposed to be free. I did not see any kind of refund yeyet

I placed an on-line order for a "sample/trial" from Alphentyx in Nov. 2018. Since then they made a series of invalid charges to my bank account.
In early November I saw an on-line ad for some testosterone booster pills that featured a picture of Terry Bradshaw who apparently was a paid supporter. That said, I placed a "sample/test" order the total cost of which was to be $9.94 for a 30 day supply of two kinds of pills. When looking at my November bank statement due on December 19, I saw that not only had Alphentyx billed the sample amount but had also billed $93.00 and $98.00 on November 17. I contacted my bank to suspend the two invalid charges and to begin the process of finding out what I needed to do. Here it is Christmas, my wife had just had major cervical surgery, and here I am trying to deal with a business using highly questionable business practices at a minimum.

On Friday January 11, 2019 I sent an e-mail to Support at Aplentyx to advise them to stop all charges and make refunds of the unauthorized ones. What I got from them was a return e-mail, on Tuesday January 22, 2019. An 11 day gap in time. They stated "You have been successfully unsubscribed from Alphentyx premium membership". Two things. Didn't know I had one and they didn't mention at all the overbilling and refunds I had identified. And to add insult to injury, another statement in the e-mail, in large letters"We Miss You Already!" and "Remember The Good Times. WHAT? And so on it goes. Now I seek help from the Revdex.com and possibly even the FTC if necessary to deal with the shenanigans now documented herein and in other places. Having done some research, I have seen many documented cases being handled by the Revdex.com on this very subject with this same company. Many cases I see have been resolved where Alphentyx has made full refunds to unhappy customers. As I read some of their claims, it sounds very much alike the same set of circumstances I have been forced to deal with. I do think a full refund is in order and an apology is in order as well. And from the grand scheme of things, this questionable Company has to be regulated in a way that prevents a continuation of their system of customer abuse.

Desired Outcome

I expect to see a full and timely refund of invalid/unauthorized charges made to my account by Alphentyx. The total amount is $480.00 made in the following increments with posting dates also shown: $93.00 (11/17), $98.00 (11/17), $93.00 (12/17), $98.00 (12/17), $98.00 (1/17). I have two unopened boxes of product that can be returned to Alphentyx if they want them and are willing to pay the freight.

Customer Response • Mar 05, 2019

I am both confused and upset that the response date to this questionable vendor has been extended to March 15. What will happen then? Will the time allowed for them to respond be extended further?

I have kept in touch with my bank and they have advised that Alphentyx has issued one credit in the amount of $98.00. This reduces the amount owed to me by them to $382.00! This is ridiculous given the facts and the history of how this Company has operated in the past. I am forced to pay the bank the entire amount to avoid finance charges even though my "claim" with the Revdex.com remains open and unresolved. I will mention again that I have two unopened boxes that were sent to me that I do not want. Why can you not insist that they provide a "return authorization number that will allow me to return this product that I neither need nor want. I want to return it and be credited for the amounts I have been charged. If for no other recourse, I should be allowed to return unused, unwanted product for credit. The shipping dates on the unopened boxes are December 18 and January 18. Please approach the vendor to pursue a return authorization from them. They would know exactly what they shipped to my address on those dates. I would tell you but as I said, the boxes have not been opened and are in the condition they were in when delivered. Thanks for your help.

Advertised as trail product where purchaser pays shipping. Separate document with terms states purchaser will pay a lot more after 15 days.
Packing slip shows order date shown as 11/29/18 for 30 days supply of 2 supplements. After 3 weeks or so I realized that supplements were not working. Meantime bank statement reflected that my acct had been billed $191. I immediately attempted to contact the company and cancel product. I received no response.

I disputed charge with bank and they investigated and responded that charges appear to have been authorized. I then contacted Alpentxyx and was told that my order had been cancelled but since I did not contact them within 15 days, to contact them that there was nothing that can be done about the charges.

In essence, they are requiring customers to cancel a 30 day supply within 15 days or you will be billed an amount that was nowhere in the promotion you were responding to.

I believe their advertising and their subsequent billing practices are deceitful and misleading. To add insult to injury, the advertising for the product is fraudulent and misleading.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund of the $191.00 that was charged to my debit card. I would also like to see the company prohibited from making false claims in their advertising; both about their products and their sales practices.

It's a complete and total SCAM! Market it as FREE just pay the shipping and handling and if you don't respond within 15 days you are billed $93 for 1 worthless product and then $98 for the second! $191.00 plus the original shipping and handling. Totally a rip-off from SCAMMERS out of Florida!

Same as prior 10+ complaints! Unauthorized charges of $191, which after 8 calls and hours of my time they said they would refund the $191. But did not
unauthorized charges of $191 were charged to my credit card. After 8 calls and hours of my time hey said a full $191 refund will be made. But then, they could not credit the card they had charged-Twice!!! Then they said the would send me a check and an email in 2-3 months!!!! Just stalling!!

Desired Outcome

CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD THEY ILLEGALLY CHARGED FOR $191 immediately. How many identical reports are necessary for Revdex.com or Attorney General to take action against this company?????

signed up for a 15 day trial with us on 10/17 and was shipped a 30 day supply of two of our products. Customers are under no obligations to continue after the trial as long as they contact us via phone or email to cancel. We received no contact from the customer prior to the trial expiring which was why they were billed for the products they were sent. Once the customer called us to cancel, all shipments and charges were discontinued and advised the customer they were eligible for a full refund upon returning the original shipment. In good faith, we attempted to refund the customer in full but due to the fact a chargeback was initiated, our system was unable to process the refund. We did not dispute the chargeback and the customer has been refunded in full.

Alphentyx perpetrated a scam in promoting their product as an inexpensive trial, then sending more unauthorized product at much higher prices charged
On 9-28-18, Alphentyx offered a product as a trial for $4.99 for which I gave credit card information. They then suggested a companion product for $4.95 which I took. When they tried to add a more expensive product, I stopped the communication. I never subscribed to their services. Shortly thereafter, I received two bottles of pills and my card was charged $9.94. I still have the unopened and sealed bottles as my cardiologist advised not to take them. In mid-October Alphentyx sent another package which I "returned to sender-Did not order." However, my card was then charged $284 and then later another $98. I spoke with Alphentyx's rep Carlos who finally agreed to credit my account $191 (which he did) I am still out $191 for something never received nor ordered. I complained to my card company (Citi) whose representative stayed on the line with me trying to resolve this matter and was kept on hold for over an hour while waiting for a supervisor. I lost the rep, but finally an Alphentyx supervisor advised this matter was settled when my card was originally credited. This is a scam, pure and simple, directed at the senior population with it's TRT Performance and ALPHA TRT products.

Desired Outcome

I want my $191 refunded. If Alphentyx wants the two bottles of product (unopened and still sealed) back, I will gladly return same even though I paid for them. Ultimately, The company should redesigne it's marketing approach and return scammed money to victems such as myself.

I opted for a free trial only and so far I have been billed for 2 shipments of two products each at $191.00 per shipment for a total of $382.00.
The product was advertised online as a free trial which is all I ever asked for. The company advertising online was is at 11918 Lewis Drive, in Sellersburg, IN 47172. The company name there is unknown to me but the two products advertised are ALPHA TRT, and PERFORMANCE TRT both promoted on the web by a celebrity as a total cure for Erectile Dysfunction.

I have been charged for product I did not order after first ordering a male enhancement product for $4.95
I ordered a male enhancement product. It was either free or cost just for shipping. (I don't remember which). Then I received several bottles of product I don't recognize from companies I never heard of. Holsumnutra for $98 and Healthy Max Mart for $93. Apparently subsidiaries of Alphentyx. I have received 3 bottles of something from these companies that I didn't order. I spoke to someone at Alphentyx this morning who said I would get this money back in 3 to 5 business days. The kid I spoke to was barely articulate so I have no confidence I'll get the money back. They did send me an e-mail telling me I would get $4.95 back. (Not $191)

Desired Outcome

This company is a total scam. They offer you a trial with 4.95 shipping. They then charge your account for automatic refills that you don't agree to. Thankfully my bank caught it and called me. I had to get a new bank card. This company is very shady and I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them. This company should be shut down and the owners should do jail time for misleading and stealing from the American people!

Alphentyx Health over charge me $191.00. Alphentyx Health refunded 65% of the over charges, $124.07,I want balance of the overcharges,$66.07 refund.
I purchased two products from Alphentyx Health for $9.94, on line. I received an order receipt showing the total owed to be $9.94. The order was placed Nov 2, 2018. Additional charges of $191 was place on my *** credit Card on Nov 17, 2018. I called *** and they asked that I call the Vender, Alphentyx Health and ask for a refund. *** Supervisor told me that they would suspend payment now. I called Alphentyx Health and asked for a refund of the excess charges of $191.00. The first customer service person offered me a 25%, then a 35%. I declined the offer and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold for about 35 minutes and then a supervisor came on the line and offered me 50% and then 65% refund of the excess charges. The supervisor told me that was his final offer and that the total charges were legal and I should have read the fine print in the addendum on Alphentyx Health web site. The supervisor told me that I had not responded in 14 days from the order date. It took five days to deliver the product and the supervisor told it would take up to 10 days before I saw any difference in my health. I told the supervisor that Alphentyx Health was being very deceptive in their advertising and their charges. The supervisor said "that he had been around the block a few times"and that I should have known to read all of the fine print before I ordered. I did receive a refund of $124.07 on Dec 3, 2018, the day I called Alphentyx Health. I believe that this is a scam operating and what ever action Revdex.com can take to protect the public from these kind of scams should be taken immediately. I am sure I am not the first person to complain, as *** was aware of Alphentyx Health abusive scam charges and told me that most people who called Alphentyx Health got a 50% refund. Revdex.com's help would be greatly appreciated in resolving this matter in my favor.

Thanks.

Desired Outcome

Complete Refund of balance that Alphentyx Health charged and still owes me, $66.93. Delete all of my charge card and any other information that Alphentyx Health may have in any of their records concerning me.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I accepted the Alphentyx Health Offer because they did refund the $191 I requested. They called me and told me that they were refunding the full amount requested because my bank had called them and they did not want the bank to refuse dealing with them and they did want to get a negative ranking from the Revdex.com. If any one is going to do business with this company be very cautious. They originally offered a 25% then a 35% and finally a 65% from a "supervisor" who said that " I have been around the block a few times" and I should know that no one gets anything for nothing. In my opinion this is a thinly disguised scam.

I ordered and returned pills to Alphentyx Health I have not rec'd credit on account then they tried to bill for 2 subscriptions I did not order.
I ordered some pills from Alphentyx Health in Elfers, FL on Nov. 21 (Order ID)and returned them unopened on Nov. 28th. They received them back on Monday Dec.3rd. I have been waiting for my account to be credited. Today, we get contacted by our bank in Ohio, stating that there were two unauthorized debit transactions that they flagged this morning (One for $98.00 and another for $93.00 for subscriptions) BOTH from Alphentyx Health. I Just want my money back..$4.99 + $4.95 + $29.00 totaling $38.94. They have the products and I expect my debit card to be credited. Do you have any suggestions as to a best way to get my money back ? Have these guys been reported to you previously ? I am so ticked off right now, I have left them a voicemail but I want to make sure that the Revdex.com in your area are aware of these guys and their practices ! I left a voicemail at 1-800-986-6712 per the e-mail I received back from their "customer support" e-mail address.
Real Nice way to operate a business folks !!!

Customer Response • Dec 20, 2018

After speaking with a couple representatives from the company, this issue has been resolved in my opinion. A credit to my debit card is in the process of being resolved. Addison and Trey, the representatives were very polite and cordial and I appreciate their helping to resolve this issue. Me understanding that I could only get a refund on purchased products (and not shipping costs) makes sense and I agree.
Thank you.
