I ordered their supplement online for a low introductory price & a month later they mailed more product & charged my credit card without my consent
on 10/10/18 I ordered 2 of their Alpha TRT products online. One was $4.99& the other was $4.95. They advertised it as an introductory price. On 12/4/18 I received another shipment that I did not order and I called them to question it. I was told that since I hadn't called to cancel within 14 days of ordering I was charged $98.00 & $ 93.00 to my credit card! No where that I could see did it say that on their website when ordering.I asked for a refund and was told that it was not possible. I was furious &told the representative that I was calling my credit card company & contacting the Revdex.com to make a complaint. He offered me a 35% refund & I told him that I wanted a full refund. He said I would have to speak to a supervisor and put me on hold. 30 minutes on hold & no on ever answered. I immediately called my credit card co. to find out that I was charged both those amounts again in November!!The first charges that I authorized when I ordered appeared on my credit card statement were from 2 different companies - on 10/10/18 $4.99 was charged from "Billionaire Health Clu" & on 10/11/18 $ 4.95 was charged from Healthyhappyholistics. The unauthorized charges appeared on 10/26/18 $ 98.00 from Healthyhappyholistics & $ 93.00 from Billionaire Health Clu.When I called to report the fraudulent charges to my credit card company that's when I found out that they have charged my card again twice in November but that would appear on my next statement. Needless to say I had to cancel my credit card & have them issue me a new one & call all of my insurance companies that auto draft their payments to alert them. So I am out a total of $ 382.00 due to these scammers!!! Clearly they are not a reputable company as I can see several other complaints on the Revdex.com website for the very same theft. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I want a COMPLETE REFUND OF $382.00!!

We give Customers 14 days to try a full 30-day supply of our product for just the cost of shipping and handling. After the trial period ends, if the customer has not contacted us to either cancel they are billed for the original supply at its normal retail price and enrolled to receive the products monthly. This is a type of 'Try Before You Buy' program we offer.

On 10/10/18 *** placed an order online with us. Then on 10/25/18 that trial ended and he was billed the purchase price of $98 for Alpha TRT and $93 for Performance TRT. The monthly renewal recurred on 11/25/18 for a total of $191 . On 12/03/18 *** contacted customer service to cancel her monthly renewal and per her request she was cancelled. We have sent an email to confirm the cancellation for her records.

We have issued a full refund of the purchase price of the products billed on 11/25/18. This gave Ms. Lo Russo two refunds, One for $98 and one for $93. In total she was refunded $191. We have attempted to reach her and left a detailed voicemail regarding this matter. In addition we do not require *** to return the products, they are hers to keep.

Charged $98 &$93 for "trail offer" supplements that were supposed to be free, unless you call in 15 days they said. No one told my husband this
On 11/13 my husband ordered booster recovery and on 11/28 our bank account was charged $98 & $93 dollars for a trial offer. I called the company and they said we were supposed to call in 14 days or we would be charged . My husband took one pill and vomited. We didn't know we had to call anyone or that we would get billed. The guy at the call center first offered 25% back then went to 35% and then 50% Back. I waited an hour to talk to a "supervisor" but no one answeeed, so I left my call back number. No one has called back.

Desired Outcome

I want a total refund from them. I will return all of the supplements except the one he took and threw up

On 11/28/18 Mr. wife contacted customer service to cancel his monthly renewal and per his request he was cancelled. We attempted to reach back out and speak to Mr. on 12/13/18 and the line was disconnected after the call was answered.

We have issued a full refund of the purchase price. This gave *** two refunds, One for $98 and one for $93. In total he was refunded $191. In addition we do not require Mr. to return the products, they are his to keep.

They would only give a us half of our money back. Im still not satisfied with tgat. I want a full refund, they can have their awful priduct back

Misleading billing, undisclosed fees, product doesn't work, no full refund policy, no ability to speak with a manager.
Purchase Alpha TRT advanced Testosterone booster and was shipped bottle of that plus Performance TRT energy and vitality support, didn't even know that and was billed almost $100 for each bottle, My partner *** tried to assist me with a medical issue and it was a terrible mistake. The product does not work as advertised. They bill in 15 days, apparently from shipment date not when they bill up front shipping fees, fees are not clear, random. Fees are not clear and ridiculously high for what amounts to a glorified vitamin. You cannot speak with a manager (I was on hold for over 40 minutes before I finally hung the phone up), they count federal holidays (Thanksgiving) as part of the 15 days, no warning before billing, always refers to their contract which is not clear and simple, *** didn't even hit submit button and billing was pushed forward, staff are unprofessional, company does not stand behind product, they try to negotiate discounts with you in lieu of full refund, flat out refuse full refund despite me offering to ship product back, they indicated they would charge us a $9.95 dollar fee to dispose of unused pills if we did send them back, finally provided us a 50% refund (said we needed to speak with a manager to get larger amount but after 40 minutes on phone, no manager appeared), forced to switch debit cards at bank, filed a dispute with the bank in person, just a nightmare company to deal with, very unprofessional, company does not deserve to have a license to practice business in this country. Public Beware, hoping Revdex.com can do something to prevent other victims.

Desired Outcome

A full refund (less the initial shipping charge). Product did not work as advertised and their billing is underhanded. There is no manager to speak with to negotiate this. Spent many hours of my time resolving this with bank and Alphentyx Health.

This is a type of 'Try Before You Buy' program we offer. You have to fully agree to these terms prior to completing the initial order.

On 11/08/18 *** placed an order online with us. Then on 11/23/18 that trial ended and he was billed the purchase price of $98 for Alpha TRT and $93 for Performance TRT. On 11/24/18 Mr. contacted customer service to cancel his monthly renewal and per his request he was cancelled. On 11/24/18 a 50% refund was issued to the account.

On 12/21/18 we reached back out to Mr. to ensure satisfaction and were informed we had the wrong contact number on file for him.

I sent for two sample bottles, advertised for $5.95 each, I bought two different types for a total of $11.90. I saw nothing OF AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL!!
I originally sent for two sample bottles of supplements, advertised for $5.95 each, I bought two different types for a total of $11.90. I paid with my debit card and didn't give it another thought. Samples arrived. On 11/19, I was charged $93 & $98. I immediately called the company support line and they told me there was an automatic subscription after 14 days. I explained I had seen nothing about that and I demanded a refund & also canceled the subscription. On 11/20/18, they only refunded $98. I DID NOT SEE ANY TYPE OF AUTOMATIC RENEWAL.

100% refund.

Vendor advertised a 14 day supply of a vitamin product for 4.99 and then charges $98 a month thereafter.
The vendor advertises a $4.99 trial for a vitamin product and then charges $98 a month until canceled. Called and cancelled -- vendor took $196 and would not refund that amount. Vendor DID issue a $48 partial refund, but I am still out $148 with no additional product.

I would like my additional $148 returned.

On 9/23/18 *** placed an order online with us. Then on 10/8/18 that trial ended and he was billed the purchase price of $98 for Alpha TRT and again for the next months purchase of $98 on 11/8/18. On 11/12/18 *** contacted customer service to cancel his monthly renewal and per his request he agreed to partial refund and seemed satisfied. We had sent an email to confirm the cancellation and refund records.

Since it now appears that *** is dissatisfied further, we have issued a full refund of the purchase price of the products billed including the cost of shipping and handling. This gave Mr *** 3 refunds totaling $200.95. There are no additional charges remaining on his account to be refunded. In the future please communicate these feelings of dissatisfaction with customer service so we can better assist you.

Just happy for the case to be over!

My account is debited without me completing the order form. I filled the order form only half.
I filled the order form online half, I changed my mind to order product, still they sent me the product, I did not use the product. After 15 days they debited my account $191. So I called for refund, she said "send the product back we will refund the money to you". I sent the product back. I called again to check for refund. Now she said" you did not write RMA No so we will not refund the money. She agreed that she got the product back.

Get me refund of $191 and $9.50

On 10/1/18 *** placed an order online with us. Then on 10/16/18 that trial ended and she was billed the purchase price of $98 for Alpha TRT and $93 for Performance TRT. On 12/16/18 *** contacted customer service to cancel her monthly renewal and per her request she was cancelled and set up to return her products for a refund. We had sent an email to confirm the cancellation for her records. On 10/22/18 *** called back into customer care to request her RMA number for returning the items. The refund is processed once the items are received back.

On 10/29/18 *** emailed asking for her refund. We requested tracking information for the return to expedite the refund process for her. On 11/12/18 *** called back in with tracking information for her returned item and we immediately issued the refunds of $98 and $93 to her account. The remaining $4.99 and $4.
95 was the original cost of shipping and handling.

We have issued a full refund of the purchase price of the products billed on 10/16/18 including the cost of shipping and handling . This gave Ms. four refunds, One for $98, one for $4.99, one fore $4.95 and one for $93. In total she was refunded $200.94. We have attempted to reach her and left a detailed voicemail regarding this matter. There are no additional charges remaining on her account to be refunded.

Received merchandise from this place, was billed for it and was not able to return and they refused to refund me.
I received a package from the above company containing Alpha TRT and Performance TRT which I did not order.Order #XXXXX, 10/08/2018, Ref no. *** when I CALLED TO RETURN THIS STUFF WHICH I NEVER ORDERED, They told me it was not returnable and they could only give me a partial refund. I don't even know how these people got my billing info or address.

At that time I received two more bottles of supplements. I immediately called the company support line and they told me there was an automatic subscription after 14 days. I explained I had seen nothing about that and I demand to return these items and they agreed, and also canceled the subscription, but only after they receive the returned product. I mailed it the following day (9/11/2018) I tracked the product and it was received 9/14/18. I waited a week to call them allowing time for processing. I called on 9/21/18, and they informed me that they could not return the money to my debit card but rather I will have to wait 30 days for a paper check This was my grocery money till I get paid again on October 3,putting me in a difficult position. Any help getting the money due back would be very appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Other (requires explanation) I supposedly have been put on a list to have a paper check sent within 30 days. I was given a confirmation number of ***. My financial situation is bleak and I need that money returned asap, preferably to the account which they received it, and took more from.
