Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted the post office and filed a claim - they are reviewing this claim I am still waiting on the business of proof for my harassing emails if you are going to accuse customers of harassment, please prove it! otherwise stop the lies to make your company look like this isn't your fault We have no idea if the unit arrived this way by the post office - I will let them make this determination, but it was packaged sufficiently with bubble wrap covering the entire unit.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Business wrote, "We have been emailing this customer each and every time they have emailed us." TRUE, but never did they bother to give me a tracking number so I could track the package In my years of doing business I have never had such poor customer service When I telephoned to get this information I received an automated message telling me to e-mail, so I did.Business wrote, "They apparently ordered from us to harass usMust be another one of our competitors trying to hurt our reputation." NONSENSE! I am a retired 100% service-connected disabled veteranBusiness wrote, "They take 2-weeks for delivery as noted on our website." Their invoice, dated Apr, states, "Please Allow 1-Weeks for Delivery." We emailed her pictures of her now damaged unit and she has not replied to our emailsShe apparently want to fight with us using the Revdex.com over her neglect to properly package the unitWe have pictures and proof to show the unit was damaged from improper packagingShe only put have of the wrap around the unit, the post office damaged the front because there was NOT wrap around the full entire unit inside the boxAgain, we gave her a pictureThis is a closed matterWe can't honor a warranty when a customer doesn't bother to properly package the air purifier upShe should contact the post office about the damage if she feels wronged in some wayWe have the unit here and have the pictures on file

This is a bogus claimThey need to replace there UV Bulb, there own words say thisWe told them to email us directly and we would send them one as a one time courtesyRegular parts that need replacing from time to time are not given away free normally We have not received any emails since we told them to email us directAll they need to do is email us there address and what uv bulb they need and we will send them one as a one time courtesy

if she needs a replacement UV bulb simply email us your address. We have not heard from you since we asked you this info on what your address is. Please email us. Not sure why you would file a complaint with the Revdex.com over a needed part like a UV bulb.

She purchased this months back. We don't refund orders on used beat up air purifiers. You damaged it by not packaging it properly when you returned it for repairs. We offered a replacement unit and that is all we can do for you. Replace it for you as a one time courtesy. You didn't take care of it or package it with any padding around it. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:This  is not bogus, I have sent Revdex.com a copy of the very first email to Alpine and I have sent them the order number of the machine I bought, I just want to know where to buy the uvc bulb. I think they have had enough time to send a polite reply to a real issue. If anything this company is undoubtedly the worst customer service orientated that I have EVER ordered from!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To tell a customer that this is bogus is the most rude thing they could say. So for future reference, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER!!!! I checked the other complaints on here and they also state the same issues. Sad that a light bulb is the difference between a happy or sad customer. We do not know why this complaint was allowed. Parts are in and out of stock all the time. If they need a part we do not have right at this moment then they need to be patient, it will be back in stock soon.
 
Hepa Filters are...

Washable and do not require replacing after only 1 year unless they were misused.
