This is a bogus claim. They need to replace there UV Bulb, there own words say this. We told them to email us directly and we would send them one as a one time courtesy. Regular parts that need replacing from time to time are not given away free normally. We have not received any emails since we told them to email us direct. All they need to do is email us there address and what uv bulb they need and we will send them one as a one time courtesy
If she returned a machine for repair under her warranty then we need to know what address she returned it to. If it's been 3 months then we are sorry for the oversight. customer needs to contact us via email with his order details. We can trouble shoot any problem for him and if the machine was not neglected we can repair or replace for him. He would need to contact us via email. We don't do customer service over public forums.
I have read the attempt and would still prefer full refund as know the quality of their product and poor customer service. I have their request that asked me to send it back to them to prove they did NOT specify any way to ship it in particular. The unit was already not working when I had to return the item to them. I did cushion the unit, maybe not how they desired me too. The unit was still not working BEFORE I attempted to send it to them and while being a close to new unit, should have been working properly. If the product this company sells, is the quality people expect, it should not break within 6 months of the purchase.Thank you.

We emailed her pictures of her now damaged unit and she has not replied to our emails. She apparently want to fight with us using the Revdex.com over her neglect to properly package the unit. We have pictures and proof to show the unit was damaged from improper packaging. She only put have of the wrap around the unit, the post office damaged the front because there was NOT wrap around the full entire unit inside the box. Again, we gave her a picture. This is a closed matter. We can't honor a warranty when a customer doesn't bother to properly package the air purifier up. She should contact the post office about the damage if she feels wronged in some way. We have the unit here and have the pictures on file.
