I think Alpine outdoor is running a scam on backpacks I ordered the backpack and only had to pay shipping well it's been almost months I ordered on August 31, I sent emails with no response and even tried to get in contact with them through Facebook and they in turn told me to send all complaints to their support email address I don't even see a phone number where you can call if my order is bogus please return my shipping feeMy order #

on 9/7/I ordered an Alpine Explorer Backpack (free but pay shipping)for $via PayPalThe email response stated 3-weeks for item to ship since it was a 'free' itemI was not provided a USPS tracking number nor sent any follemail stating when the item had shippedI sent an email 10/24/& 11/7/but no responseI tried to message on *** but auto response stated they do not use *** to communicate with customers, to send an email and a response would be received in hoursI have yet to receive the item or an email response

Placed an order in August, still have not received itI emailed the support email twice with no responseI’m a DVM student and do not have extra money to lose, I was hoping to use the backpack while I bike to schoolDon’t waste your money or time

I also ordered the backpack back in October It's been monthsI paid for shipping, and despite emailing them, I never heard from them againI think we should all be getting refunds

I have tried to contact this company about an order I place in August Like others, they said that they contacted me, but I have not received an answer I regularly check my spam, but they have not contacted me I know the product was free and I paid the shipping, but this is outrageous and I am totally disgusted with this company
I am letting everyone know that Alpine Outdoor Store is a sham and a cheat Horrible customer service and they only want to get your money and keep order is sent out Please do not deal with this so-called company

I placed an order for one of their "freebies" on Sept Since their FAQs state the shipping can take between 3-weeks, I waitedWhen the order was still listed as "unfulfilled" online by week 7, I tried to reach out to them via their support emailAfter total emails, all with without a response, I searched for them on social mediaMade several commentsFinally, on Nov 1, they responded to me via email (and did the same on social media), saying they had an issue with their email and that my order will be "taken care of" in a day or I never received a tracking numberAnd now, days later, still nothingI've followed up again a few times on social media and emailThey now have deleted ALL my comments on their social media posts requesting a tracking numberBut still no response via emailFrom other complaints here and social media, it is clear I am not the only one and they are likely running a fake business and taking people's money

I ordered some free just pay shipping items from this store and they were great! I actually went back and purchased more stuff for our camping trips! I’ve had friends buy stuff tooDefinitely recommend!

Me and friends fell for the "free backpack, only pay shipping" gimmickTomorrow is daysI've sent them emails and have received zero response I know it's only $total for shipping + tax, but still, this is awful business If I can't get my order I want a refundI also want a response to any of the emails I've sent! I would never recommend this company to anyone again!

I ordered "free " jacket Sept7, Have not heard a word from Alpine Outdoors Never even got a tracking number , but they took my money .....and you can't get in touch with anyone ! Lesson learned!!....Please leave a star rating , seriously None of the above but had to ck one to get out

I think this is a scam store They advertised for free backpack - just pay shipping I ordered, payment was processed and I received an immediate confirmation email for my order and that it would likely take to weeks to fill I has been weeks and I have sent or emails with no replies

I thought I'd get the "FREE" bracelet, and add one more, for a friendTWENTY EIGHT DOLLARS for processing !!!!
