Ordered backpack on 8/9/(order# ***) via FacebookPaid $for shipping The item was to arrive in 4-weeks As of 12/9/18, I have not received the product I have sent multiple emails since September to this company asking for the status of my order, but have not received a response I feel that this I have been scammed

They suck!! Eight weeks tried contacting multiple times, no reply no product no infoHow can I reach them to complain??? Paid over $processing fees Want my money back

On sept ,I placed an order for a rain jacket that was pay shipping only I have not received the product , even after sending several emails with no response I have decided to file a complaint I payed with PayPal , they have my money and I expect my product or an immediate refund This company should not be allowed to advertise such practicesI feel like they are scammers and should be treated as such The only order # *** is all I received, so no other way to track order Thank you for the help [redacted] **

Ordered the free backpack, only had to pay shipping costs Has been @ months and still have not received anything, not a confirmation code nor a response from emails I have sent them to try to clear up the problem Very disappointed, I work to hard for my money to just give it away to dishonest people

I submitted an order on Aug 6, with this company and still have not received my products I attempted to contact the company via email to resolve the issue directly and have never received a response

In July, I ordered a product that was estimated to ship in 3-weeksThe email confirmation stated that I would receive another email with a tracking number once the item shippedAfter seven weeks and no word, I contacted support, which is only available via email (there's no phone number or physical address provided)I waited another couple of weeks and tried emailing again, twiceI also messaged them on [redacted] (which tells you automatically to send an email) and commented on a post asking for assistanceI still have received zero communication from the company, but I see that they have now turned off messaging, commenting, and reactions on their [redacted]  pagePrevious comments (of which there were other complaints and requests for shipping updates) are no longer visibleThis company appears to be engaged in fraudulent activities

On 8/6/I saw an advert on [redacted] , offering a FREE backpackI ordered this backpack, plus a flashlight, and I paid for the shipping on both of these productsOn 8/7/18, $was debited from my bank and received by themThe fine print said 3-weeks for deliveryOn 9/26/18, in the 7th week post order, I emailed them asking for an update on shipmentI never got a responseOn 11/18/18, another weeks after that, I emailed them asking for a refund, again with no responseI know these FREE deals seem too good to be true, but I also purchased another item from them on what appeared to be a legit-looking websiteThey took my money and now it seems there was no intention of actually providing these items I ordered, free or not

They advertised on [redacted]  for a free backpack, I just had to pay shippingPaid on 10/15, to this day I have no backpack and have sent three emails with no responsesHad to file a claim on PaypalOne would think that they would want business when they advertise through [redacted] Guess notWouldn't buy from them now, even if they were the only company that had an item I wantedNon existent customer service

I have tried to contact this company about an order I place in August Like others, they said that they contacted me, but I have not received an answer I regularly check my spam, but they have not contacted me I know the product was free and I paid the shipping, but this is outrageous and I am totally disgusted with this company I am letting everyone know that Alpine Outdoor Store is a sham and a cheat Horrible customer service and they only want to get your money and keep order is sent out Please do not deal with this so-called company

"Free" backpack is a scam! Merchants are not allowed to charge you before they ship an item But they charge you $for shipping then tell you the item will arrive in 4-weeksMonths later item NEVER cameI emailed them at the month mark asking for an update about when the product should arrive, and followed up a couple of more timesBy then almost months had gone byMost banks will not contest charges after daysI think they are banking on people forgetting because of the long wait and then having their hands tied because they missed this windowI mean who charges $for shipping anywayThat's basically the price of now what I'm guessing would be a cheap sy bag anywayI was able to contest the charge with my bank who gave me a full refundStay away!
