I have received unsolicited telephone calls from this company. On two occasions the caller said nothing, but started laughing hysterically. Ultimately, I talked with a supervisor who apparently felt that there was nothing to be done. The supervisor refused to identify the employee, who was male. I have written to the owners of the company and have had no response to this unwarranted and troubling interference into my home and private life.
I am providing a review for Charles of Alternative Online Design. I was having difficulty with the site and undergoing a personal situation that made it difficult to connect with support services. He was always as helpful as he could be and referred me to support services when he had questions, as he was new to this business. Life circumstances demanded that I discontinue affiliation with Alternative Online Design, LLC, but overall the experience was positive.
Since this complaint Mr. K[redacted] has been in contact with his account manager and given the steps to complete for the end of his first year with our company.

I just finished talking to a company representative about their business opportunity. As with all these types of opportunities they want money. That did not bother me, however, when I told the representative that I wanted to check into their company more, he became agitated and did not understand why I did not just take his word. As we were hanging up, he got rude.
During the conversation he gave me his name and a phone number to the Main Office. When you call the number, it just says leave a message??
When I looked them up on the web, their web site just redirected.
This may be a good opportunity, however, the individuals you talk to set the tone of how the business works - not a good tone for me.
I have been with Alternative Online Design for 2 days and have already earned over $500. I was pleasantly surprised.
Finally a company that I can believe in. I want to thank the staff for its friendly and professional guidance. I really feel like I belong and are looking forward to the weeks ahead!
I received a call from Richard, a partner in this company and resolution is pending. They are returning our $395.00 in full. He was very cooperative and concerned about our situation.
Mrs. [redacted] has received one on one training for different aspects of social media advertising when it comes to her website. She also purchased directed traffic, SEO, and many other ways of helping her website generate the income she desired. To date she has made a 25% return on her investment in...
under a year. This business is a life time one and all of the money invested into her website is for the lifetime of the business. During the first year Mrs. [redacted] was informed on a number of occasions that our hosting, along with the ownership of the domain is only for one year, and after that time has ended she would have to purchase the domain name from [redacted] to keep it up and running. This purchase ranges from $8 to $16, and we would still help her maintain her website for the lifetime. We have upgraded her site over the year to keep up with online sales trends, and have even put together a comprehensive video tutorial site for her to use at her leisure. All aspects of the services Mrs. [redacted] has purchased from Alternative Online Design LLC have been rendered and are continuing to be rendered as contracted. There are never any guaranties when it comes to a online business, nor are there any promises or guaranties given when purchasing advertising from our company. We did recieve word from Mrs. [redacted] today that she has purchased her domain name and we are in the middle of getting her newly renovated site up and running.
Offered a full refund but was told she called her card company before calling us. It is because of this we cannot refund anything until the dispute has been dropped. Told her to contact her card company and have them call us using 3 way calling to get it all done. Refused to do this and hung up on...

I am attaching a response from Alternative online Design that they sent to the Attorney General of Arizona: As per the first page the on the 3rd paragraph it says that they do a process of called scrubbing to determine if the person is on the Do Not Call Registry, I have been on the that list for 12 years and I do know that when a telemarketer calls it says if you are a telemarketer to hang up or if not press a number it gets them through. The first time they called on the 21st of December, I did call on the 23rd and left a message to cancel because they did not give me any other number to call, they did not reimbursed the $199.99 back to my account, which they said they did when the other call came from a Ray Washington, phone: ###-###-####, which he told me that I had 6 months to cancel the site I wrote all this down and still have the paper I wrote on. The first site was so generic, there was no help in putting it together, it had off brand products to to sell, and that is why I cancelled that site. I never did hear from them due to the holiday and I assumed they gave me the refund and to this day the $199.99 has never been refunded. They mention on their response that they offered me a partial refund of the $4699.99 If they would have offered me why are we here, that was never offered. They called offered me as to deduct it from my income tax. The site is not been touched by me, how is it making money, unbelievable. This website was supposedly a new site but they just changed the domain name to one that was already built.Please read the letter they submitted to the Attorney General of Arizona and you will see how they contradict what they sent you. The Attorney General letter to me also stated the if the business was not properly registered withe Arizona Secretary of State that I could rescind and obtain a refund pursuant Arizona law (A.R.S. ss 44-1279) registration site is http://www.azsos.gov/scripts/nph-TS_Search_engine.exe. I looked this site on this and it was not registered and still isn't. I did cancel within the 3 day cancellation time for both sites and they have denied it and refuse to credit back my credit card. This business has scammed many people there are many reports on the internet to prove it, all you have to do is enter Alternative Online Design llc, and it will show many complaints. I have also attached a phone bill to prove the calls I made to Alternative online design to cancel the contract. Your time and consideration will be greatly appreciated. My resolution is for Alternative Online Design return all my $4699.99 back plus interest to my Capitolone card.[redacted]
They handle my account with professional people. Anytime I have called them for an issue with my site they were quick to fix and take care of any issues. I have made money from my personal website that they made and designed for me.

This firm grossly misrepresents what it will do for you and entice you into leting them set you up a website for 1450.00 dollars but will give you the Gold for the Silver price of $ 990.00 , which will create and additional $ 2,000.00 to $ 3,000.00 dollars a month and of course they have all put their mothers in this program and they are all making lot of money. Clinton represent to me his mother was making over
$ 30,000.00 dollars a year.
The company claims to set you up a website to sell amazon products for a commission and the website they setup will include 600 items and bring traffic to your website were consumers will buy products on your website. After you have signed your documents they will then have another saleman call you and try to sell you
$ 10,000.00 worth names that will be directed to your site and that you need the traffic to produce the income of $ 2000.00 to $ 3000.00 or no one will know you have a website , again this is done after you have spent the upfront fee but never disclosed during the initial call.
I refused the offer and told them I had no more interest and they then emailed me another proposal for $ 5500.00 dollars I again told them by email I had no faith in a company that played games as they had and to refund my money.
The best part is the salesman Clinton claimed that Richard M[redacted] who he claims is the owner of the company and is a good Christian man and wants everyone to be come successful again all this is before to get you to sign up for the $ 990.00 dollars.
Be wise and don't waste your time with this company they will tried to get you to send as much money as they can and will know the limits on your card and question you about it so don't give them any information.
I would like to extend a complete and full apology for any misunderstanding or bad communication between Alternative Online Design and yourself.
