We've been in our home for over years, got a new roof shortly after we moved inOver time it has shown signs of age and wearA leak appeared about years ago, anyone and everyone that looked at it would say that nothing was wrong and the roof looked greatAfter many minor hail storms, roofing company's would come by and check out the roofThey would all explain that they could get it approved through the insurance companyInsurance company would always say that the roof looked great - with no issueThe leak still kept goingWe were beat down and very tired of the whole processThe major hail storm of was a new tryAfter getting the cars claimed and noticing new roofs on houses on the blockMy wife said to try again on the roofI went to my neighbors home, got the name Jack from Altitude ContractingHe and his company had just finished a couple of homes by us and they looked greatI called Jack, told him our back story and that I called the insurance company for a inspectionJack came out did his inspection and wrote up his reviewIn the mean time the insurance company approved us for whole roof replacement including guttersI submitted Jacks pictures and paper work and the insurance company approved themI talked to Jack about the deck and some questions about itHe came out took more pictures, wrote up that the deck needed to be replacedI submitted that paper work and it was approved before the roof work startedWhen the work started the new roof deck and roofing supply's were all here ready to goHe insured that we were happy with the colors of the new gutters and downspouts before that work startedJack answered EVERY question I had and worked with me and my insurance company when needed to insure that everything was coveredHe went way above the call of duty, I would get calls or texts checking in before the job and during the job when he was not hereHe's a very busy man but he still took the time to make sure we were covered, all questions answered and closedThe house looks great and almost new, with the face liftThank you Jack and Altitude ContractingNICE JOB
