That would be, evidence.May I remind vindale's representative that I am not seeking any material gain with this complaintThis is the second time they display this attitude in an attempt to close a complaint in a manner to serve their image as companyMay I also remind vindale's representative that both MO and NY have laws that impose sanctions for cyberbullyingLuckily for vindale, the NY state only “proposed”, i.edid not pass, criminal sanctions for cyberbullyingBHere is the EVIDENCEIn contradiction to vindale's representative claims, the evidence points to the following: [redacted] is not an unusual extensionvindale and their representatives may “feel” this way (again), but objective evidence (presented in the previous reply) from [redacted] contradicts their view of the internetMy attempt to contact vindale's privacy department by email was blocked, effectively making their [redacted] functionally non-existentHow exactly did they address this concern? At the time of this posting, their servers still blocks my email from contacting their privacy department (evidence available)if vindale's email server blocks my emails because they are coming from an unusual domain, how is it possible for their [redacted] to receive emails from the same email address without being blocked?in an email to vindale support, I requested my account to be closed and that no further contact from vindale was accepted (in a separate statement)vindale “terminated” my account yet they chose to ignore my privacy requests by saying that sending support satisfaction surveys was acceptableThis is an example of spammingUpon account closure, I requested vindale to donate my then available funds (USD), earned by honest work, to a charity of their choosingI did not hear back from them rethis requestAs mentioned previously, vindale surveys display a malicious type of internet behavior, i.e., fast switching screens, jumps from one domain to anotherProof belowI tried links I received from vindale in emails when my account was active.Most concerning: I managed to complete a survey which promised I earned USD but I did not log in, then it took me to another survey.This has conclusions:- promised rewards, I.e payments, are likely non-materializing- the data they put together for the companies they supposedly serve is of little value since I was able to successfully complete a survey (evidence available) with bogus information for the bogus payment I was receiving anyways- vindale belongs to a network of “survey” companies and they do not take ownership or have, much less pay for, their own surveysa [redacted] c [redacted] Link claims a pay of I was directed to various survey sites despite the fact I was not logged in.Links go from vindale to (example) [redacted] and the user is presented with claims“ [redacted] ***”the user then takes the survey, wastes time and then the page directs to either“ [redacted] .”to repeat a similar cycle.From the above, it is clear that [redacted] online behavior is misleading, deceptive and unethical Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I'm not really clear on what this person's claim is.Our privacy policy is put in place to protect our members We state that we do not share their information with others -- this is any information that they disclose to us in their profile It does not include any information that they enter on a third party site.In addition, the email this person entered is not found on our database If we can get an email they signed up with, we can look into their account If they could also provide specifics on which surveys gave them errors, that would be very helpfulSincerely,Rosemarie C***Member Relations Manager

The technical issues are still occurring and as of two days ago on the sign in page to my member page, my email address and the password I enter there to gain access to my member page will not leave the page after clearing my cacheI have re installed all programs on my computer, started , restarted and cleared the cache and the history and it will not vacate the pagethis may seem trivial to you, the concern for me is that my password is no longer encrypted and is available for anyone to see and use at their discretionEven if I change the password it is still not encrypted and will not clear the page after all of the above stepsThis is an issue in *** *** pageThey also did not tell you that when I requested my last payment from them, the technical issues in the page shorted me in paymentsI had to contact them about this error and it took over two weeks to resolve, which is the first time any issue I have reported has ever been resolvedI feel this is only because I have reported them to the Revdex.com and for now they will appease me with this single gestureToday I attempted to watch the only video that has been available on my page for weeks and it refused to workThere are still many technical issues within the site and they continue to occurMy complaints about not qualifying for surveys is not the only complaint I have or have reportedSurveys that don't run properly, a portion of this page involves reward mail , which I signed up for but haven't received on over nine months, when I ask about this I get no answer as to why I have not received this reward mail as part of my membershipThis company has issues in their site and refuse to correct these issues as a way to keep members from participating so they may reach their goal so they may receive paymentthings disappear off the page never to be seen again or"screenshot" again to prove the issue is in their siteMy frustration has not been satisfied by any means as there are still many issues that keep members from progressing on this sitePlease take the time to investigate the *** blog and the *** *** page and you will see the many complaints from other members, not just my complaintsThere are still many issues in this site that are not being addressed
