*** ***:Apologies for the delay in responding to *** *** It takes about 30-days, sometimes more, for our accounting team track down any un-cashed or returned payments We understand *** ***'s frustration However he has, in the past, received payments from us
that he has cashed so that should disprove that we have been dishonest Due to the circumstances regarding his last payment, it appears that the check may have gotten lost during transit We have gone ahead and voided that check, so should *** *** ever receive it, he should not cash it A new check is on the way to him and he should see that check within days. Sincerely,Rosemarie C***Member Relations Manager

*** ***,*** *** had total accounts created on ***'s site As per our TOS, we do not allow members to have more than one account as we consider this a fraudulent practice; multiple/duplicate credits for completing the same types of surveys. We have since removed the additional
accounts and have released *** ***'s payment It was processed today, June ** and will be mailed out tomorrow, July * He should receive his check within 7-days.Should there be any other concerns or questions, *** *** should feel free to contact us at ***.Sincerely,*** *** *** *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The email registered with this "company" is different from the one used on Revdex.com due to privacy concerns. My complaint is NOT about their privacy policy is, among other things, about their NON-AVAILABILITY of their customer service to privacy concerns (evidence available). To summarize and make it easier for *** representatives to follow the concerns (all are supported by evidence):*** does NOT work/existHere is the error: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanentlyEmail forwards on their end to ***they send UNSOLICITED emails with links to surveys in spite of requests to stop their spamming.3. prior to the request to stop spamming, their sent emails contained links to marketing surveysUpon clicking on those links, here is what I got***

Email registered with vindale (Revdex.com please remove this from my complaint): ***I really care about my wasted time in exploring their deceptive website.Since then, I requested my account with vindale be closed on their end and to donate the available funds in my account to themselves

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Once again *** has refused to explain how a landing page can even be seen if a person has failed to complete the survey in questionA landing page should not even exist if I had not completed the survey, let alone if I had been screened out of the surveyPerhaps *** might be interested to know that their partner in crime has refused to even respond to my Revdex.com complaint against them specificallyWhat does that say? All they are doing is asking me to provide proof that they know does not existThey know that no confirmation is ever sent to a person's email and they also know that confirmation in the form of screenshots is not available because some of these surveys in question go back a year and a halfThey can talk big about how if I had screenshots I would be given credit but that is not true because they would just find some other excuse to not pay meThe fact of the matter is they are partnered with a site that is nothing but con artists, a site witch the Revdex.com has given the grade of F and which has numerous complaints against it by sites which police the survey industry. llso, they need to go read the IRS's definition of contract labor because they are VERY CLEARLY in a contractor/contractee relationship with every person who does surveys for their site. There may not be written signed contracts with the survey takers but there is an implied relationship because money is changing hands for a service being renderedThey advertise that if a person accepts a survey and completes that survey that compensation will be renderedThe fact that they are required BY LAW to obtain a person's tax ID information when a person EARNS over a given amount t of money is PROOF that these are contract labor relationships. If they were NO labor relationships, there would be no tax reporting requirementWhat they doing is no different than if I hired someone to do a job for me and then refused to pay them by using the excuse that I didn't have the money to pay themIt is fraud and they need to learn that before someone files a complaint with the IRS or another government entity.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above

***, Apologies for the delay in responding to this complaint I, personally, went on an extended vacation for a few weeks and my workload got backed up. I have corresponded with *** *** and believe I have reached an understanding and solution to his issue Should he
have any further questions, he can feel free to keep responding to his ticket or writing to us at ***. Sincerely, Rosemarie C***Member Relations Manager

*** ***
I'm not sure where *** *** saw that she would earn an average of $per survey Can she provide information on that? Any higher paying surveys are based on profile criteria as well as availability as they fill up much quicker ***
*** should also note that she only completed her profile for $and did not participate beyond the date she signed up (9/**/16) We only allow our members to request payment once they reach a $threshold. Sincerely,Rosemarie C***Member Services

[redacted],Thanks for the reminder and apologies for the delayed response!  I'm not really clear on what this person's claim is.Our privacy policy is put in place to protect our members.  We state that we do not share their information with others -- this is any information that they disclose...

to us in their profile.  It does not include any information that they enter on a third party site.In addition, the email this person entered is not found on our database.  If we can get an email they signed up with, we can look into their account.  If they could also provide specifics on which surveys gave them errors, that would be very helpful. Sincerely,Rosemarie C[redacted]Member Relations Manager

To Whom It May Concern:We have advised [redacted] to discontinue use of Your Surveys if she is not happy with their service.  In reviewing her account, I see that she has been credited for many of their surveys but there are times where she is disqualified.  Our site does not credit members...

for disqualifications; only completions.  To note, she has been provided with some partial credits as a courtesy. She would like for us to disassociate ourselves from this company and due to the circumstances, that is something our management does not want to do at this time. We have also given [redacted] the option to close her account and be rounded off to a payout amount, but she does not want to discontinue use of our site.  We are more than happy to keep her on as a member, but we ask that she accept our partnership with Your Surveys.  Those surveys will not be removed from our site as many other members enjoy them. Sincerely,Rosemarie C[redacted]Member Relations Manager

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

As I have REPEATEDLY explained to [redacted] the issue is that, according to the surveys themselves and ACCORDING TO [redacted]'S OWN LANDING PAGES, I HAVE completed these surveys and yet I have STILL been denied credit.  Yes, they offered to discontinue my account and, as they said, I am not interested in that outcome.  And NOT doing surveys from YourSurveys is also not an option as 90% of the surveys I am offered are FROM YourSurveys.  I pointedly asked [redacted] how it was possible for me to receive confirmation of completion both from the surveys themselves and from [redacted]'s landing pages and how was it even possible that I am receiving [redacted]'s landing page if I was screened out of these surveys?  I was BLATANTLY IGNORED.  That tells me that they can NOT explain how this is happening.  I contend that YourSurveys, a company KNOWN to cheat their survey takers is POCKETING the money that has been RIGHTFULLY EARNED by those taking their surveys.  They throw around the comment that "we didn't get paid so you don't get paid" as if it somehow EXCUSES their fraud.  It does NOT.  And, if the survey takers are not being credited for completed surveys, where IS the money going?? I had not considered the possibility of [redacted] receiving part of this fraudulently-kept money but it WOULD help to explain why [redacted] is so protective of these losers.  People might enjoy doing YourSurveys projects but I've yet to hear how many other people are complaining to [redacted] about being stolen from by them. I know sites like Survey Police are FULL of complaints so it's very hard to believe I am alone. If [redacted] does not wish to remove YourSurveys from their partnership, that's fine.  They DO however need to make sure that YourSurveys is NOT cheating people doing surveys for [redacted].  And it does interest me how [redacted] can be so quick to protect YourSurveys, a company with a HORRIBLE reputation both with the Revdex.com and with organizations that police the industry, while allowing their membership to be ripped off by those people.  Perhaps, I need to ask that [redacted] ALSO be investigated in this matter.

To Whom It May Concern:Apologies for the the delayed response. We never paid [redacted] because it is a requirement that she have $50 in her account before she is eligible to make a request.  This information is listed in our terms, FAQ and request a payment page.In addition, [redacted] has...

been unsubscribed from our site since August **, 2016.  If she is continuing to receive email, she should forward the email to [redacted] along with the headers and we will take a look at which particular email keeps going out to her. Sincerely,Rosemarie C[redacted]Member Relations Manager

[redacted] [redacted] [redacted]   Dear friends  Plz cancel this compliant. Once the company heard I had filed a complaint with Revdex.com they immediately emailed me a prepaid [redacted] label and guaranteed me a refund. Thank you for your help.  [redacted] Sent from my iPhone

[redacted], Apologies for the delay in responding to this complaint.  [redacted] account was removed from our system after learning that there was more than one account in his household.  Per our terms & conditions and FAQ page, there is only one account allowed per household...

and any duplicate or multiple accounts are subject to being terminated and any credit due is deemed forfeited. Since [redacted] appears to be unaware of this condition, we will offer to pay out the $35.52 in his account to close out the matter.  However, should any other duplicate accounts be detected, the same offer will not be extended. Note that the payment can only be made in check form.  [redacted] should notify us if this is acceptable. Sincerely, Rosemarie C[redacted]Member Relations Manager

[redacted]The surveys presented on our site can disqualify a member after a series of profiling questions.  [redacted] was actually able to reach a $50 payout and received his payment via PayPal on 10/**/16.  We feel this matter is closed as he continues to participate on our site...
