The warranty on the windows that the customer purchased is supplied through the manufacturer We do not manufacture windows nor can we force a manufacturer to honor a warranty repair claim We repaired the first window that was not able to be covered under warranty through the
manufacturer at no expense to the customer As has been explained to the customer and which differs from the statements made by the customer, we cannon repair the window for them at no cost when it is denied as a warranty claim through the window manufacturer It is clearly stated on all agreements that the warranty is through the manufacturer, not Amazing Siding The homeowner will need to contact the manufacturer to rectify the situation and which has been explained on many occasions

We will be contacting this homeowner on Thursday 7/14/to resolve their issue

manufacturer of the product purchased If approved from the manufacturer, Amazing Siding will install the product for them at no charge However, if they do not submit a claim and get approval from the manufacturer we cannot help them with their warranty issues

Unfortunately, Amazing Siding does not manufacture windows, we install them As clearly stated, the warranty we provide is the warranty through the manufacturer of the windows the customer chooses for their home If the manufacturer of the window goes out of business, Amazing Siding
cannot control the approval or denial of a product that we do not manufacture As was communicated to the customer, they will need to handle the warranty process through the new manufacturer that purchased Gorell windows and doors Unfortunately, we cannot provide replacement parts for a window that the manufacturer is no longer in business

We are very happy to hear that you have no issues with your new windows and installation. We are, however, very sorry to hear that you feel your experience has not gone as smoothly as you had hoped. As with all custom
construction and remodeling projects there are several variables that may affect timing - such as custom product, special requests, and weather. In your specific situation, your large custom windows took longer than the average to design and create. Since you had requested to the sales associate that you did not want anything installed until after your return on March 19th, we tried to order them according to your requests. We try to give people an estimated time of shipment, however your situation is precisely why we do not like to give exact dates, as custom orders vary from project to project. As soon as we have information, we communicate this to our customers. Throughout your process there were also two epic floods that pushed our schedule back significantly, one in April and again at the end of May, which would account for the other delay in your process. After speaking with the office staff, sales team, and reviewing call logs and emails we have determined that you spoke to several office administrators as well as your sales associate throughout the entire process, as well as corresponded with them. To say there was a lack of communication is an exaggeration to say the least. Since you confirmed that there is nothing wrong with your windows or installation, and this is solely an issue of miscommunication, we must decline your request for a discount of your original contract price.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like it to be known that this is the first time I have heard from them in 6 months that they have determined they are not able to replace gutter guards to fit their gutters on my new rood. I would like a refund of the deposit they accepted in December of $928.

reference to complaint ID [redacted], and confirm that a representative is supposed to fix the roof problem that is causing the leak. The roof, siding, windows and gutters were all replaced by Amazing Siding, so the problem has to have been caused by them. I am confident that they will fix it. A representative did in fact come to see the damage on March 1. The inside repairs need to happen as soon as possible. I look forward to knowing what the outside problem was and that it is fixed. I also look forward to what the owners found out from submitting insurance for the inside of the house so that the needed repairs can be done. I appreciate Ryan's follow up from Amazing Siding. He has returned my calls and is following through on this for me.

Fascia and Soffit is not something that is covered under the lifetime siding warranty.  Amazing Siding is covered under a lifetime labor and material warranty but trim and accessories carries their own manufacturers warranty.  We will contact the customer to get them an estimate to repair...

instructed, the claim must be approved via the manufacturer of the window.  If approved and the product sent to the customer from the manufacturer, Amazing Siding will install the window for them at no charge.  However, if they do not submit a claim and get approval from the window manufacturer we cannot help them with their warranty issues.

On August 26, 2016 I filed a complaint with Revdex.com regarding Amazing Siding - see attached documentation.  I did finally receive the Lien Waivers and Warranties on August 26, 2016 as they were left in my mail box.  However, my list of items that have been brought to their attention since April 2016 have not been resolved.[redacted] and [redacted] from Amazing Siding in Kansas City, Kansas did stop by my home in October 19, 2016 and we went through the list of items attached and including pointing out the bulge on the side of the home where the siding is not laying flat -- [redacted] indicated he would go by Amazing Siding in Ellisville and see about getting these items resolved.  Never heard any more from [redacted] but have determined Amazing Siding St. Louis Office has went out of business.  I contacted [redacted] again on November 29, 2016 at [redacted] - he had thought items we had went over in October had been addressed and was not aware the St. Louis office had closed.  I contacted Better Roofing to see if I can get more pieces of siding to match what I have - it will cost me $36.00 to get pieces I need to do replacements on pieces of siding that the contractor messed up - I shouldn't have to pay for Amazing Siding's mess!Please advise what are the next steps to get items addressed in the attached list - if I have to hire someone to address these items - I feel I am due a refund or do I file a law suit? I can be reached during the day at [redacted] or at [redacted].I look forward to hearing from you.

theywere not  and were left in my mail box.   Amazing Siding has had a list of. Items that need to be fixed ASAPthey have had this list since April 2016 I am paying for sloppy work and I want it fixed.Sincerely, [redacted]

Gutters have been installed and are per the terms of the agreement.  I think the homeowner may be confused as to the type of materials that were used for the guttering as most all companies use the same type of gutter coil to fabricate on site.  We will work with the customer to come to a...

I purchased the windows n 2009.  I started contacting them about the issues in 2015.  The company had an ownership change and other things going on, but I have brought to their attention in January 2016 and kept up with trying to get them to respond.  My biggest frustration with the company is the lack  of customer service from the owner.

We are in the process of having a contract release completed.  After which we will issue a refund to the customer.

We have spoken with the customer and explained that we do not manufacture windows. We installed the customers windows and at that time we pass on the manufacturers warranty to the homeowner. The front of the agreement that was signed by the...

customer clearly states this. If the Revdex.com can forward me an email or fax number I will send a copy of the original agreement with a highlighted portion of the original agreement where you will see where it says we will issue the manufacturers warranty to the homeowner which we did in fact do. Since we do not manufacture windows, we cannot repair the windows without the assistance of the manufacturer. The homeowner would need to contact the manufacturer of the windows, file a warranty claim, and if approved we will repair the windows for them at No Charge as we issue a full lifetime warranty on the labor since this is something that we can control which is also stated on the original agreement. Since this is not a complaint about the installation of our service and is a complaint based on the installed product, I hope the Revdex.com will close this complaint without it affecting our public record and allow the homeowner to address the complaint with the manufacturer of the windows since that is in fact where the problem lies.

They have not ever responded to my request. Now that I have seen this, I will contact the manufacturer. However the fact that these people are willing to flat out lie rather than respond to it messages certainly said something about them.

The original warranty and lien waiver was mailed 4 days after the job was installed. We will get a lien waiver and warranty sent out immediately to this customer again.
