I am rejecting this response becauseI never received the cat toy.I did however receive a rebate from my credit card company.I want the cat company to know I would never recommend them and never buy anything from them again. I thank the Revdex.com for looking into this matter for me

Regarding the above case number, the business in question, Amazingly Cat, sent me an e-mail and refunded me $29.95 for one of the items I received. I still...
have not received the other item, but when I do I’ll be returning it. I did appreciate that they didn’t require me to return the item, but just in case they come back and say I have to return it, I will be holding on to it even though I have no need for it.[redacted]

Regarding the complaint against Amazingly Cat....
I would like to pursue no further action with this company. Yes it had been over a month since I had placed the order and not received and was charged for the product and their way of contacting them was impossible but in the end, I did receive the product this week October 30th.- If the Revdex.com would like to pursue further action with having them update their disclaimer when ordering that it takes much longer to receive the product and that it is also shipping out of another country to the United States that would be extremely helpful to future buyers that is fine with me. I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have not received any emails from this company. The only correspondence I’m seeing is what is attached to your document. They are right, in that I want to return this second item (if I EVER receive it). I don’t know whether I should contact them directly to let them know this or use the Revdex.com as the “mediator” to finally resolve this issue?Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
