I understand. But after further digging I really am not sure what he is talking about. He was...

removed from our do not call list, but asking for ABN to be held liable for any other affiliated company not contacting him is impossible. There are hundreds of processing companies out there. And that fact that he is a business owner doesn't not necessarily exclude him from a national do not call list. He was removed from our personal call list immediately when it was requested. I am not even sure what mailed letters he is referring to. These could have been sent to other processors.

Anyway, with that said here are the history notes. He set an appointment up with us more than once to come out & see him. In addition, his wife in the end was the one that had communication with our company & wanted to see what we could do as far as saving them money. I am not sure what transpired to upset [redacted] in the end, but he was removed & has been removed from our call list since the 29th when he spoke to our manager. Below are our account notes as well as call history with this merchant. Which include them reaching out to us & setting appointments with our company.

ON 1/29/2015 (An Appt was Created for the Sales rep to visit again as a reset meaning they called back a previous apt that was not closed. ) (CC notes RESET CL owner is [redacted] he takes CCDC nice guy wanting to see more on our low rate guarantee to see if we can show him any savings each month also wants to learn more about how apple pay works)
I have added this To the DNS on 1-29-2015 at a level 4 (Never call back ever).

Lets clear up a few things. Definition of af*fil*i*at*ed ( a subsidiary group or a person) officially attached or connected to an organization. ABN is affiliated to [redacted] ABN is a ISO (Independent Sales Org.) for [redacted] Midway down 1st page of app. and agreement under the header "Important Information" [redacted] is mentioned. The only reason Sales rep showed up first time is because your call center agents will not accept the word "NO" The 1st time sales rep showed I told him directly to tell ABN to no longer contact us. Received multiple calls after that. Tried to tell inside call agent not to call, but person stated "we are not trying sell anything just compare." Since all previous request go unnoticed I fell my only recourse is Revdex.com.
Sales presentation is a total out right lies. Non disclosure that you are signing a contract with many differnt companies mainly [redacted] and [redacted] Inc. Customers are only presented with a 2 page app. and agreement. Card machine page means nothing since it is headed Invoice and Receipt Form. Thes fees are not shown on cost comparison. Which makes your comparison a total lie. sales rep says .5% for all cards. Early termination is charged by [redacted] not Abn. Making a no cost no fee termination of agreement a lie. The word "Servicers" is interpreted as being ABN, [redacted] and Global, so who's going to make the rules? I could go on but your response will tell the the truth or that you are trying to hide things.
The letter in mention is for the comments made about me insulting my intelligence. This was overheard when sales rep was on smart phone with inside sales manager. Yes if you are within several feet of a smart phone you can hear what is being said on the other end. Your phone call dates may dates may be right, but what transpired on phone is false. my wife never takes these calls for the last 18 months. What dose the "KW" before our name mean?

Mr. [redacted] was put on our do not call list on January 29th when he requested we do so, prior to the Revdex.com complaint. Resolution to Mr. [redacted] complaint that he be removed from our call list has been completed. We have addressed his complaint.

While we strive to provide all our merchant's with the best possible service, it's important for us to know when that fails to meet expectations. Per the signed contract, all the fees billed are agreed to at signing. However, as a courtesy, we have processed a refund of the remaining $33.26 charged...

Be careful dealing with this company. They tried to get me to switch today 3/01/2016. The salesman told me that he "his rates were cheaper" or he would give me 200.00. Well I then showed him my 2015 1099 from my current processor on 81000 in sales they charged me 2047.00 in fees, or 2.52%. almost half of these sales were non-Qualified. there non-Qualified rate is 3.24% + extra statement fees and transaction fees. Also when I looked over the two page agreement it was missing a lot of fine details,the salesman assured me that it was complete. upon reading this I found a web address with an additional 15 pages of contract. The salesman never knew it was their. He then called his boss and asked if I would talk to him and his boss told me that I " did not know what I was talking about" I told him the 1099 had all the info and he said it was wrong. the conversation went downhill from their. The Salesman also took an image of the 1099 without my permission and transmitted to his boss. In Conclusion be carefull, do not share any info with them. and I did not get my 200.00.
