Amber was fantastic; knowledgeable about the product she is selling, very patient, accommodating and attentive to detail Scott, one of the owners, was also great and very accommodating, as well as SandraThe service department on the other hand was not attentive to detail and the pre-delivery inspection was poor America RV just needs to shape up their service department and they would have stars all through a review

In October 2014, I purchased a new XXXX Xer from these folks and as of this date, January 14, I have yet to have a trip without problems with the unitWe have used it four times and each time I have needed to bring it back for a different issueThat being said, is not entirely the fault of AmChoice I believe the overriding issue here is too much success too soonSelling more units than the pre delivery and service deptscan handleThe delivery sequence of my unit was very poorIt took two days of fixing and adjusting to get the unit ready to leaveFrom there, whenever I needed to bring it back in for a new issue, this is the procedureYou first have to get into their schedule, so you can bring it in to have it looked at, so they can get the Manufacturer's Warranty Approval for the repairNo one knows how long this can takeOnce they receive this go ahead, they then re schedule the unit back into the shop for the actual repair, after all the parts have arrivedAgain no one knows how long this will take and again, these delays are not the fault of AmChoice I believe where they need to improve, is being more thorough with the repairs they do performI brought mine back in after a trip because I thought they never filled or checked the hydraulic fluid level prior to deliveryI had to add quarts before I could bring it back inThey had no explanation for this and at first refused to reimburse me for the hydraulic fluidThey did reverse position on that, but the point I am making here, is no one searched for the reason the hydtank was lowMy next trip out, I found the hydleak had been filling the space between the underbelly enclosure and the framerailsWhen I investigated, I had hydfluid all over the placeWhat a messI am now going through the previously mentioned process to get this repairedI am told they are scheduling work into the first week of FebruaryI will have my unit there before then, but when I get it back, who knowsMeanwhile, I make payments on a brand new unit I can't use

Best sales and service staff that I have ever dealt with a same day delivery I would like to thank Scott and Cody the owners of America Choice Rv for the great deal that they gave me on the unit definitely looking forward to my next purchase

We would strongly recommend AMERICA CHOICE RV repair service Having an older motorcoach, we have visited our share of repair shops but this is by far the best we have experienced The Service Department was not only very professional but they were very knowledgeable They were able to diagnose our problem within one day, and were honest and straightforward in giving us alternative suggestions for the repair And when they ran into a problem (which happens sometimes), they worked with us always giving the extra effort to find a solution Another plus is that they have a full hookup campground attached to the repair center, so as full-time RVers, we were able to spend the night while they worked on our various issues over a number of days When we left, we were VERY happy customers

I recently purchased a brand spanking new 2017, Thor Hurricane 34fI inquired about it and less than a minute later, Bill L [redacted] was on the phone calling me back, even though it was a holiday (labor Day)I talked to him for a little bit, letting him know my price range and what I was looking forHe knew exactly what to show me online, we live far from Ocala, and since the RV is a 2017, I just wanted to make the deal on the phone, and have them deliver itWell it was so quick and easy it was almost scaryHe was attentive, available and really knowledgeableBy the next morning all was confirmed, approved , signed and on the way with all paperwork to be signed and this weekend I get my motorhome Class A! Cale was the finance person and he was fabulous he explained to both my husband and myself all the steps to be taken, all the documentation needed and all that was to be doneIt went without a hitch, now just waiting for my RV to arriveExcellent service !!!!!

We just purchased a DRV fifth wheel from America Choice RV Our sells person was Amber O*** who went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful I would recommend anyone looking for a Travel Trailer to go to America Choice RV and ask for Amber She is very knowledgeable of the products, very personable and will make your experience great

Such a great business Ryan was helpful, knowledge and took care of our problem immediately He sent employees Christian and Mark who were so good at their job and informed us about all that had to be done Our experience with America Choice was very positive and we highly recommend

My experience with Choice Tv today was positive! I was greeted by a guy named Joel He was nice and a great helpAlso showed me several different trailersI'm very pleased

I consigned my 5th wheel with America Choice RV in October 2014, in large part because I was so impressed with their customer service I was moving to Europe and I didn't want to deal with someone who would forget me as soon as I walked out the door Worst Experience Ever!!
During my initial conversation, I told them the amount I was looking for and they thought it would sell quickly at that price months later, in January, I contacted them to see why I hadn't gotten a single offer I wanted to know if they had gotten any feedback, either on the condition of the RV or the price Despite multiple emails, web chats and phone calls over the course of the next weeks, I could not get an answer to this simple question I was told that if I offered a personal cash bonus to the consignment person and the sales person who sold my RV, I might have better luck I believe the amount suggested was $and $respectively The rest of the time, voice mails and emails went unanswered and if I did speak to a live person, they assured me someone would call me right back, which they never did In response to one of the web site chat sessions, I received an email from the new owners, Scott and Cody It was a form letter telling me they were contacting me to make sure I received the information I was looking for They requested I contact them because they were constantly trying to improve their customer relations, processes and experience They said my feedback was extremely important to them I sent them several emails and called several times, still with no response
In mid-February I finally spoke with a sales person who said the RV showed well and several people had put in offers, but financing fell through When I renewed the consignment, (because I was living in Europe and had no choice) the new person I talked to suggested I drop the price, which I did, several times
Eventually the RV sold on July The new owners took possession on Aug yet I saw no money until I threatened legal action and negative reviews on August At that time, I received a call back within min and the money was wired to my account within hours Between July and Aug, I called times and emailed times requesting an explanation on why I had not been paid The new owners took possession despite my explicit instructions that the RV not leave the lot until I had been paid As with before, voice mails or messages were never returned Emails were replied to stating they would tell accounting When I did speak with someone, I was told accounting had been given the message or they would offer to transfer me to accounting or I was told anyone in management was with a customer but would call me right backOn Aug when my call was finally retuned, the person I spoke with acted as if we were long lost friends, asking me all about living in Europe and telling me if they had only known it was me calling all those other times, they would have called right back No explanation nor apology for the weeks of aggravation over the lack of payment

I know there has been a few complaints about America's choise RV 's but I would recomand them to anyone lookling for an RVThey are more then one would expectWe traded our Rv here last year, couldn't be happier with it*** the owner and manger will do all he can to make you happyHe is a busy person so you have to give him time to take care of his customersSome people are just in too mush of a hurry aqnd expect too muchI have spent the lst two winters here at Wild Frontier camp ground owned by America's Choise RV's*** wife Nori is in charge of the camp ground, she does all she can to make sure your stay is wonderfulWe have had our problems no fault of theirs but we were treated like good friends of theirsI can only say if you need a place to stay over night or for the season this is the placeI want to thank *** and his wife, Nori, for making our stay in Florida more then expected

We purchased a travel trailer from America Choice RV in Ocala, FL, a few days ago Our salesman was most helpful and very pleasant to deal with He went over everything with us when we picked up the camper the following day and answered all our questionsFinancing was easy and absolutely no hassle We have bought campers before, but this buying experience was by far the best we have had We would recommend them to anyone looking for an RV of any size

Poor communication with sale and service on unit with purchase. Missing items that should have been included in the camper and components not running correctly. Two months to get tag!!!. No keys for compartments and back tailgate to lock bike's or merchandise. 50.00 bucks to get those made!!.
